My mum and I went here for afternoon tea. Our experience there was exceptional. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating to our needs. We ordered one gluten free and one regular afternoon tea. From the sandwiches to the little desserts , everything was delicious, perfectly curated. I would recommend.

This was hands down the nicest place we stayed on our entire Ireland trip. The room was perfect, and the main house, courtyards, and indoor pool area were all fantastic as was the impeccable service during our stay. Well down all! (Our only complaint at all about this place was the noise level in the more casual dining area).

By far my favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The service was impeccable! The place was imacualte in every corner. The room was comfortable and inviting and I wish I could have stayed there just for a day to enjoy all the services they offer. The staff were always kind and helpful and the front concierge made some excellent suggestions. The breakfast was amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed the pool as well! If you’re going to Ireland and stopping in Cork, I’d definitely get this hotel.

This place is very nice with a lot of amenities. We stayed here three nights. For a 5-star hotel, I really didn’t feel like I was a valued guest. The check in person was not very friendly and basically told me to leave when she finally poured us the welcoming Irish whiskey. The maid service skipped turn down service on our second night. I complained but never heard back from anyone. The restaurants have mediocre service including the breakfast area and the dinner place. The person Michael who brought in our luggage along with Javier were fabulous. In my opinion this hotel needs to improve their customer experience as it did not meet my expectations.

We arrived we drinks Simple paddy whiskey. They took me to sn old room. The mattress was very soft. The shower had mold. The furniture was outdated. The room. Required painting. There was significant mold all around the window frame and above. There is no way this is a 5 star hotel. They changed our room. Much better.

Called in for afternoon tea during the week and it was the most accommodating experience. This hotel lobby is spotless. Everything was gleaming the bathrooms were well maintained throughout my time spent here. The girl with short hair cleaning the bathrooms was so lovely and answered any questions I had about the history of the hotel. 10/10 staff and service.

Love, love, loved this place! We felt very welcomed by everyone who worked here and was very happy. The day of our check on we had a tire pop on the way in our rental vehicle and Europcar absolutely was the worst, and Michael at the hotel FULLY took care of us. We had our car towed in with the flat, and he went out to our vehicle removed the tire, took it to a tire shop, then had it replaced. He was AMAZING!!! I cannot say enough about him and the care and the amazing things he did for us. After spending 200$ on international calling between AA, Europcar, and tire shops he was able to fully handle our issue within two hours on my husbands birthday and totally saved the day for us, after having been crying from being so stressed and no one helping us. He truly made this review the 5 stars. The hotel, food, and spa treatments were also great. The only couple of complaints I had was the room was a bit outdated, and the massage I received with my spa package was a bit lacking. She didn’t do the front massage at all, only the back. As well as just wasn’t that great, kept doing the same thing over and over which led to some discomfort in certain areas. Had it not been for Michael, this review probably would’ve been 4 stars. We will come back because of him.

Hayfield Manor is a 5 star experience. Had a spa treatment and afternoon tea. Opted for a facial at the spa. The attendants and spa staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The treatment itself was relaxing. Had options of relaxing or exfoliating and opted for something in between. Spent some time in the relaxation area afterwards. There was sorbet, detox juice and a choice of teas waiting for us. There are shower facilities for after the spa too. Towels, robes and slippers are provided. Afternoon tea was fabulous. Not a bad thing to say about it. The attention to detail of the dishes to the friendly demeanor of the waiters to the decor was amazing.

One word - exquisite. This hotel will be the standard I measure all other hotels against going forward. The rooms were divine with every detail carefully considered (we even had a doorbell!). The staff was attentive, warm and helpful. We enjoyed hanging out in all the nooks (drawing rooms, landings, pool, or by the aviary, etc) to just read and relax. Hayfield Manor ended up being the unexpected gem of our 3 week European vacation, I only wish we could have stayed there for the entire trip!!

Stayed for a two night break in Hayfield Manor to celebrate a big birthday. We had a fantastic experience. We were greeted at reception by the general manager John. John knows how hospitality should be done! From leaving a special surprise in our room for us to arranging flowers at our table at dinner to lunch recommendations in the city and friendly greetings all weekend. He, and indeed all the staff are a true credit to the hotel. From waiters and waitresses, bar staff, cleaners and Frank the consierge - all stuff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. The hotel really has that old world charm. The rooms are lovely, the pool and outdoor jacuzzi are very relaxing, the food was beautiful. Would highly recommend a visit.

The Manor Bar, adjacent to the lobby, is a great spot to start or end your night. Delicious breakfast offering. Clean rooms. Friendly staff and guests. I love the extra sitting areas in the lobby and near the staircase. The Christmas tree in our room was a nice surprise. Would love to stay here again.

All I can say is once this was a five star hotel because of staff. Last time I stayed here I tried everything to get another hotel to move to because of staff however I exclude the receptionist who tried to facilitate. A bar in Cork to run out of Murphy's and trying to defend itself is a disgrace. In a previous role I worked with Club Med and I know what would happen to the Food and Beverage Manager. Poor management at it's best. Safe in the knowledge I won't be back nor will anyone I spoke to since. Such a pity as once I loved this hotel

Very pleasant experience from start to finish. Staff went above and beyond to help with everything including same night dinner reservations. The glass of whiskey at check in is a very nice detail.

From the moment we arrived and were greeted by the Concierge Michael were were treated like royalty. Nothing was too much trouble. All the staff were extremely friendly and very polite, they are a credit to the hotel. The room was lovely very clean and the food was delicious.

I booked this for my Mum and a friend for her birthday in May. The whole experience was seemless from beginning to end and Rachel in reservations was stellar organizing the details of what turned out to be a wonderful stay. My mum said she felt very special from check-in to check-out with champagne in the room and a wonderful dinner in the restaurant that evening. They had the best time and whenever I return to Ireland I think I might just have to stay here myself. Thank you for making a special occasion an excellent experience for her.

The staff are incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The property itself is lovely. While not right in the city center, it’s very accessible to the beautiful UCC campus and walkable to the city center (20-30 minute walk depending on where you are going). My husband wanted to stay indefinitely, but unfortunately for him we had a train to catch. He is trying to figure out when we can return.

I booked a three night stay at Hayfield Manor with my husband for our 7th anniversary and from the beginning of the process through the end of the trip, the staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating. My husband and I both fell ill during our stay and the reception staff were SO helpful, helping us contact urgent care and ordering cabs to take us to and from the pharmacy. We did the afternoon tea and dinner at the Orchid, drinks at Bloom, and spa treatments and everything was absolutely perfect. The bartenders at Bloom were closing up as we were having our last drink of the evening and spent at least 20 minutes talking with us about where we should go out in Cork for live music the following day.

The hotel and grounds are beautiful, and the staff is terrific. The concierge, Frank helped me plan my trip before my arrival. The breakfast is delicious with choices from the buffet or the menu. Dining at dinner was fantastic. The atmosphere being surrounded trees separated only by glass was stunning. The food was excellent with so many great options to choose from. Our room, The Merchant Suite was very comfortable.

I’m just back from staying at this wonderful inviting hotel. The only word to describe it is impeccable. The staff are outstanding and are without a doubt the friendliest, most accommodating and efficient staff I have ever encountered. Special mention has to go to Frank who gave us such a warm welcome and checked in with us throughout our stay. Also Kathleen couldn’t have been more helpful. The ladies in the Spa were top notch also. So what sets it apart? In my opinion it’s the staff and then all the little thoughtful touches…..convenient hooks, butter at room temperature, a nightlight in the bathroom, spare reading glasses in the restaurant. They had thought of absolutely everything. The pool was glorious…beautifully decorated in swaths of fabric with comfortable loungers overlooking the garden. There’s also a sauna, steam room, and outdoor jacuzzi. Dinner in the Orchid restaurant was flawless from the service to the food. They really know how to make a guest feel special.

Got a spa treatment here. Was so plush, from dealing with the lovely staff to relaxing after my treatment. If you are looking to get pampered definitely take a trip to the spa at Hayfield manor. Great value for money and worth every penny, came back home refreshed and totally relaxed. Throughoughly enjoyed, just wasn't there long enough, next time will be longer. Gorgeous lobby and gorgeous grounds, really lives up to it's reputation. Highly recommended :) will be back

Just had a lovely afternoon tea there today, a really special experience, especially at this time of the year with a wonderful and beautifully decorated setting. I must congratulate and thank the wonderful staff, especially one of the Spanish staff members , a professional and most helpful young man. Thank you all !

Quaint old school manor that was turned into a high end hotel, this hotel was perfect for our stay in Cork. The courtyard was beautiful and the amenities were all one would expect for a five star hotel in Ireland. Breakfast was included and they have a drawing room, bar, library, hot tub & pool and a glass bar in the courtyard. Highly recommend!

This is our 3rd Christmas stay and as always it was magical. The ambience was superb and the staff as always went out of their way to make it a memorable stay Congratulations on the new cocktail/brunch bar a must if you visit the hotel.A slice of heaven.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hayfield Manor. The only downside was that we were only there 2 nights. The grounds and common areas are immaculate. The restaurant was excellent. The breakfast was wonderful. We had one in our party with gluten/dairy allergies and there were plenty of options, which is not always easy. I enjoyed the little touches, like the whiskey at the check-in desk and the receptionist letting me use the phone to take care of a problem with my rental car. I would definitely come back to Hayfield Manor.

Awesome hotel. Service was impeccable. Putter and golf ball in the room to practice! Bottle of Malbec and cookies awaited us. Dinner at Orchids was fantastic. Soft robes, turn down service, chocolates on your pillow. Spacious room. Lighted soap/shampoo niche in the shower. Attention to small details. Friendly staff. Amex Fine Hotels/Platinum extras were magic. 15 min walk to shopping, the English Market, and dozens of pubs. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience! We loved this hotel - agree it was charming! We were greeted with delicious drinks and friendly staff. The rooms were beautiful and the service impeccable. Our meals were delicious and over the top and the bar was perfect. A bit outside of the city but we enjoyed our walk there in addition to our walk around the grounds. Highly recommend!

Perfect stay on our trip to west Ireland. Can’t say enough good things about the people, rooms, drinks and meals at the Manor! Nicest hotel room we’ve ever stayed in.

I can't quite say how wonderful our stay was. Everything from the second you drive in the gates of Hayfield to meeting the beautifully welcoming + warm staff, every single detail is considered + executed to perfection. Our room faced out onto the stunning grounds at the front of the house + at this time of year (early November) the view was just exquisite as the big tress + their changing colours framed the whole view. The room itself was so lovely, warm, cosy + elegant. Dinner was outstanding in the restaurant. We loved it all so much that we just stayed in the hotel the entire stay, not even venturing out into the city. I had a treatment with GROUND wellbeing in the spa which was absolutely on another level entirely - I've always loved this brand + to be enveloped by it thanks to Yvonne in the spa was just otherworldly. I was in heaven. I can't recommend Hayfield enough, it's a beautiful Irish escape with all that is so precious about this wonderful land.

We only stayed for one night at Hayfield, really really enjoyed it. The hotel has a relaxed luxury feel to it, which makes for a lovely experience. But the best part is that from check in with Nathan onwards the team there never missed an opportunity to be warm, friendly and helpful. Looking forward to going back.

Very classy, family run, highly professional hotel in Cork. Pleasant young woman checked us in named Claire. Michael was the concierge and was so personable and friendly and helpful. Rooms were large, bathrooms and showers elegant and so comfortable, turn down service was available and the morning breakfasts were second to none! Fresh food made to order, hot coffee, tea or cappuccino's available, banquet room full of choices like fresh yogurt, all types of bakery, green salads, cheeses and meats, cut up fruit - they had it all! Just a stately, high class hotel within walking distance to the University, churches, restaurants and many sites like the Market and downtown area. I hope we can return one day!

Wonderful property - beautifully decorated, lovely pool area and great breakfast but what sets this hotel apart from the rest is their team. Every single interaction we had from Frank at the front door, Nathan at check in, then wait staff and check out was friendly, genuine and warm. Keep up the great work!

Afternoon tea. The atmosphere was lovely. I really enjoyed the background piano playing. The savoury part of afternoon tea was especially delicious. However, we had quite a lot of sweet treats left. I have never, ever before been asked to pack my own "doggy bags"; (As were other customers I noticed). I expected that it would be packed for us in the kitchen rather than being handed an empty box.

We visited Hayfield last weekend and the quality of our two night stay from start to finish was way beyond our expectations. We were greeted by Frank, the very attentive concierge who brought us to our beautiful spacious room that Overlooked the internal gardens of the Manor House. John had generously left welcome gifts in the room which was a really welcoming touch. The bedrooms and reception rooms of the hotel foster a traditional and comfortable environment and while they are clearly quite recently renovated to a beautiful standard, they have kept a classic, subdued approach to their plush interior which is totally in keeping with the service afforded to guests. The staff are true professionals, and while we felt all and any requirements We had were met on our stay, they were in no way overbearing or intrusive. The spa area is lovely as were all the meals we enjoyed throughout. The menus are in keeping with the traditional nature of the hotel and they include the providence and suppliers of the food on the menu which I find a rare attribute in hotel food. We had booked a table in cork city for the second night of our trip and opted to cancel that because of how lovely the environment was in Hayfield. All our needs were catered to in the most elegant manner and we felt comfortable asking for anything we required. I left feeling entirely recharged, and I honestly couldn’t recommend Hayfield more highly for a weekend away.

Spent a lovely afternoon having a massage and visiting the spa in this hotel. The staff were friendly and courteous and the spa was nice. There are better spa facilities in other hotels but the treatment itself was excellent. A polite, friendly and professional lady named Karen helped show me around and administered the treatment. Would go again probably for the level of service if nothing else.

I didn’t stay but the food is beyond poor - every time I try. Just had a main course of Caesar Salad - croutons heavy & rather than add to flavour they took from it, there was no aged Parmesan as stated on the menu - an inedible cheese lacking flavour - even a mature cheddar woukd have been better. Salad leaves were good but DROWNED in dressing. The bar is a beautiful space & the gardens are beautiful. The staff are more than helpful. The spa is fabulous too. But the food oh dear the food it’s a shame they can’t get it right.

We stayed for just one night in Hayfield and nearly booked on the spot to stay for another. The atmosphere in the hotel was incredible, and the staff were some of the nicest I’ve experienced - Frank, the concierge, was so helpful and so was the lady who checked us in, Orla. Felt like luxury the second you walk in until you leave while also having a family-run feel about it. We both had spa treatments and the spa area is very relaxing, with a large indoor pool and outdoor jacuzzi. Would highly recommend and will be back

We stayed in Hayfield Manor for two nights. Rooms are brilliant, great size, clean and luxurious. Great little touches from the hotel when I emailed them to let them know it was our little girls first hotel stay, these little touches made our stay even more special. Perrotts restaurant was great, lovely food and great service. Spa and pool was lovely and relaxing and very quiet as you request a time slot. Lovely hotel, will be back soon!

We couldn't have had a more amazing experience then the one we had with Erin, John, Frank, Ruth and the team at Hayfield Manor for our wedding day. From early on we knew they were the exact right fit for us, the attention to detail and responsiveness to queries was exceptional and we really felt that Erin understood our vision from the start. Everything from our tasting menu meal to the pre wedding planning meeting exceed our expectations. The day itself was incredible. I can't say enough good things about John the Events Manger, the table decoration, his attentiveness and genuine care for us and our guests were felt by all. Frank was on hand to help and chat with everyone and by day two we felt like part of the family. Nothing at all was a problem for anyone and everyone was so kind to us during our stay. Ruth at reception was incredible and handled any and all queries with grace and poise, she really is an excellent representative for Hayfield, warm, friendly and efficient. People are still talking about the party we had for friends on day two, the food was a highlight for our guests and they couldn't believe the atmosphere that was created by John and the team. Johnathan and Ben who looked after us were so attentive and kept everything on the road. Down to Johnathan making sure I always had a glass of champagne to Ben who looked after everyone so diligently, always with a smile. We stayed in two other top class hotels (5 and 4 star) as part of our honeymoon, and we can safely say none of them came close to Hayfield Manor. We look forward to many more happy memories in Hayfield Manor.

I stayed for 3 nights with my sister as a surprise 60th birthday present. The room, food and spa facilities are excellent, as is the location, 15 minutes walk to the city centre. But it's the staff themselves that made our stay truly memorable. When a taxi didn't turn up to take us to the station , one of the reception staff took us in their own car. Every morning we were asked if we had enjoyed where we'd been the previous day.I've stayed in plenty of hotels but never had such friendly and personal service before from a mainly young staff. Thank you for making our stay in Cork so enjoyable.

Stayed 4 nights, Business & private trip, bye in Large everything was spectacular. The #1 thing that popped out to us was the quality of the service (even at 0200am after a pub crawl 😉). They all greeted us with big smiles, & willingness to help as much as possible. Only additional wish was that the Concierge would have worn his traditional hat. The breakfast menu and food itself were amazing, i can recommend the Irish Breakfast, the Pancakes, Eggs Benedict & Eggs Florentine (but we are sure anything on the menu will be a good choice). The Hotel garden is very appealing, they even have a small aviary outside with some small & medium-sized birds. Indoor pool & outdoor jacuzzi are a cherry on top, try to make some time for them. Only thing which i can't comment on is the dinner menu at the Orchids restaurant, which was unavailable for dinner because of other functions which booked it out - but as the breakfast came from the same kitchen, our guess is that it also would be yummy. Thank you Hayfield Manor staff for making our inaugural trip to Cork a wonderful time spent ✌️

Last week I had four American guests staying at Hayfield Manor. From the moment they were welcomed at reception by the wonderful Ola till they left it was perfect. They were treated to genuine Irish hospitality and supreme professionalism. They were meeting distant cousins for the first time. The hotel facilitated this meeting in the privacy of the library. They served deserts, coffee and drinks.A perfect evening. Thank You to everyone Brian Kennedy

Amazing place. Amazing staff. Amazing location and Amazing overall I had the opportunity to propose to my girlfriend here. In so doing I contact hayfield manner and their team did an amazing job in setting us up. They did everything possible to make the occasion special. They ensured our rooms were made up special, they had staff stay on hand late to get the 'glass house' prepped with roses, candles and candies. They were in constant (secret) communication to ensure it went off without an issue. Then when I proposed they were kind enough to record the whole thing so I could share with friends and family. Afterward the entire staff of the hotel, congratulated us and truly made us feel special. I will say this, when I travel I often stay with big brands, Hilton and Marriott mostly and they make me feel welcomed. But never before did I feel like I did at Hayfield manor. It was more then being welcomed they made us feel like we were family. Honestly can't say enough good things about whole staff at Hayfield Manor and the property itself

We loved the place! We received a very friendly welcome, Irish whisky on check-in, a piano player in the lobby and the professionalism of the staff made us feel right at home. The room was beautifully decorated, cosy and very clean. The bathroom was spacious, but unfortunately only with a bathtub and no extra shower. The furniture was a bit antique, but fitted well into the ambience. The whole service was exceptional. Breakfast was very tasty and extremely delicious. The town centre is about 15-20 minutes walk. We highly recommend the Hayfield Manor!

I would highly recommend this beautiful serene hotel. The staff are beyond helpful, courteous & friendly. From the moment we arrived they were so helpful. Myself & two cousins also had treatments in the spa & they were just fantastic. We dined in the restaurant on the first night which was beautiful, our waiter Chris was just brillant. The breakfast is made fresh & the choice you have is amazing, again I cannot praise the staff enough. It was a joy to stay here & I would highly recommend staying here and I will be back. Thank you Hayfield for an amazing stay.

We had an amazing stay. We were greeted by Frank on entry who after hearing we recently got married brought us complimentary drinks to the room. The food in the orchid restaurant was top class and the breakfast was also great. Frank really looked after us every time we left and entered the hotel, he gave us local tips on where to go and where not to go and is a gentleman. The small touches make hotel stays and Hayfields attention to detail is excellent. Thank you

One of the most amazing places I've ever stayed at. The building itself is so beautiful and the rooms do not disappoint. The staff are so kind and the service is amazing. The food is excellent as well. You won't regret staying here. I hope to come back one day!

Had the pleasure of staying a few nights at this wonderful hotel, it was a highlight of the trip. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. It's walkable to the city center area, but they also have a great restaurant/bar on site if you don't feel like leaving the grounds. Would rate it higher than 5 stars if I could, really hope to be able to come back soon!

Wow what a unique hotel apparently this was an English manner from the early 1800s up until the midnight teen nineties all the historical features are there obviously there have been construction addin construction with additions but the hotel in itself is fantastic and true English form. The staff was incredible the food was great it's great and the price is fair if you are ever in the city of cork I highly recommend you considering this hotel as your destination location centrally located maybe a 10 minute walk from The center city I highly recommend to domestic travelers International travelers and locals alike.... One side note if you have the opportunity to walk outside and enjoy the grounds you will have the opportunity to witness trees that were planted at the original construction of this manner there are plaques identifying the species they're age and a little bit general information.....

I was fortunate enough to join my partner in staying over and visiting the spa at Hayfield Manor over the festive period. It was a complementary night given to her in reparation for unsatisfactory service for a prior stay particularly in relation to dining room service. I wish I could say that the service we received was 5 star, however I have stayed in better 3 star hotels. From the moment we arrived there was no porter to meet us at the front door. Missing amenities in the room. The room service menu was unavailable as described on information leaflet in the room, trying to get hold of someone on the phone to bring a menu was a challenge and then having to follow up upon not receiving it after being assured that one will be up shortly. This is just the main points on the services amongst other minor amateur blunders which one would not expect from a 5 star establishment . However not all was so dire. The establishment its self was of high quality with lovely amenities(The ones that were in place.) The Spa was absolutely amazing and we received the service one would expect, Leaving feeling refreshed and relaxed. Having the pool area after the spa which consists of a hot tub, sauna, steam room and pool, allowed us to further indulge in the ambiance of relaxation. To conclude I would say that if you would like to use the spa then this a good recommendation, aside from this I will leave my thoughts with you to decide if you would like to give them a try.

So our stay from start to finish was excellent. I really loved Frank who we met first and he brought our suitcases into reception and even offered to bring them upstairs. He was so nice. I have stayed in a lot of 5 star hotels all over the world but there was something about him that would make you come back here. Then there was Alice who was at the reception desk. She was excellent and so nice and there was no delay. She had us checked in and my husband had a complimentary whiskey and everything at check in. Very nice touch. The room and the turn down service were beautiful and I really really appreciated the rose petals and welcome sweets and berries along with the chocolate bar, crisps and water. It was great as the hotel we stayed in when we were getting married didn’t do any rose petals or welcome note or anything at all. It was so nice and thoughtful for me who missed that experience when we got married. You have no idea how happy we were that the pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room were open until 11pm. We even asked again at reception because most hotel pools close early or you have to book to go down to it. My husband loves swimming so it was fantastic and I love steam rooms. We really appreciated it. It was so peaceful and relaxing. To end on another great note your staff are second to none and are extremely hard workers. I would highly commend every single one of them and look after them. They would make everyone want to come back to Hayfield Manor. Thank you for our most beautiful relaxing stay. It was everything we hoped and dreamed of. M & P O’Brien

Hayfield Manor is the ultimate treat and you will never want to leave! The food is amazing, the accommodation is outstanding and the staff and service is the best we have ever come across. They go above and beyond for you and make sure you have the best stay. Myself and my husband have just returned from another fabulous stay and we are already looking to book our next visit. Everyone should treat themselves and stay here!

Old world charm which I love. We stayed here on April 1st, 2023. Relatively small hotel very close to Cork City centre. Oozez charm. Great bedrooms with fab bathrooms. Loved the garden areas and aviary. Really good pool and spa. Very good restaurant, and the breakfast was one of the best I've had. But finally I have to say that the staff were second to none. I loved when they give you eye contact and immediately pick up on that you want something, and not the other way around. They couldn't do enough for us.... Serious kudos. I hope that I can revisit sometime because Cork City was a great experience.

We were met at reception by a lovely gentleman. We were offered a taste of a beautiful local whiskey while we checked in. Our luggage was taken to the room, bed turned down. Brilliant. Then we stayed two days. It remained at the same high standard. I was not available for my second breakfast so they packed a breakfast to go. I highly recommend this experience. I WILL stay there again.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. We stayed with our two boys (8.5 and almost 11) for three nights over New Year's Eve and I don't think we have ever had finer, more attentive, personalized service in any hotel we have ever stayed. We are a well-travelled family and I can say with absolute confidence that this was our favorite hotel out of this last trip to Ireland and a certain top in all hotels... ever! There was nothing that was too much, or an over-ask (we are not that type of family! I would rather do it myself to not have someone do something extra or be put out. This was out of the question at this hotel). We already miss Hayfield and it has been a week. This hotel shines ever so brightly! Thank you for making our three days so perfect!
