Great food and good service. The prices have risen to the point of not being affordable for a family of 5 to frequent as often as we use to.

Always love Nando's for their super hot spicy sauce. Chicken here is easily one of the spiciest you can find in Cork. Great atmosphere for dine in. 6 months later, went again tried 1/4 peri peri chicken, sunset burger and grilled chicken burger. Love the spice level. Wonderful staff! Definitely definitely worth going again!!!

I love Nando's and never miss the opportunity to indulge in their super tasty chicken whenever I get the opportunity. Sadly I was in the Cork Nando's and had a pretty lousy customer experience which is not typical with what I have experienced elsewhere. They messed up 3 of 5 of our orders even after being categorical about what we wanted. The Supervisor (David) was not the most apologetic. When they eventually replaced it they brought 2 and left out 1. When I went back to the counter to tell them that there was 1 more order outstanding, the Super supervisor blatantly told me that he had delivered everything. I literally had to drag him to our table so he could count the plates. When he eventually realized (not sure he did) he could not even have the decency to offer an apology. Not all was lost though a lovely Rachel eventually saved our Nando's experience. She came over to the table and gave us the Nando's customer care we are usually accustomed to. Want my advice? At Nando's in Cork ask for Rachel.

Lovely and spicey food. Just at the heart of city centre. Plenty of spaces. Huge collections of sauces. Wide varieties of food items. The decoration is really artistic. A very good place at Cork to eat and spend time.

Dreadful- service awful, food worse - at best frozen warmed up. Traditional fast food higher standard lower price. Toilets given recent pandemic were even more suspect. I wonder how long is left on contract for this franchise? Better to go hungry than eat here. One star given as I couldn’t give any lower.

Always a lovely dining experience at Nando's we had the 10 wing sharing platter (hot) with 4 regular sides, 2 garlic bread, 1 peri chips, 1 corn on the cob and an extra Peri chips. For drinks we got an endless fanta, couple of refillable waters, and a rubro peach iced tea. For dessert we had the choc a lot cake which is one of the nicest chocolate cakes we've had in a restaurant, would strongly recommend it. Staff are always lovely, the food is amazing and the atmosphere is friendly, warm and vibrant. Would strongly recommend it.

Friendly staff, extensive menu, and yummm food! Plenty of vegetarian and vegan options too. Prices are very reasonable for the size of the portions. Food can be ordered through scanning a QR code or paying at the till. Food came very quickly, this place is efficient! Don't overthink it, just have Nando's 😊

Food was great and the staff were very nice. A bit over priced considering there is no table service but it’s still good.

They told us if we can wait 15minutes for the food to be prepared. We were waiting for 45minutes. The burgers on the menu were presented as they were round and big. That’s not the case. Moreover - the bread was as dry as Sahara desert. Would not complain if the prices were sliced in half. Would not recommend.

The service was great, but the food was just okay, nothing out of the ordinary. And it was quite expensive. I expected the burger to be a bit bigger.

Absolutely awful. Order on the QR code, may or may not get your food. Terrible food. Terrible service. Rarely allocate 1 star on all counts but it’s as bad a place as you can eat.

The place is nicely decorated, and it's spacious. Staff is very helpful and friendly, but that's the best I can say about this place. Food was scarce and bland, and it was expensive. Like the most expensive chicken burger I've ever had, and it wasn't that good. Drinks weren't any better. They offer three beers, not even as a pint (only 33 cl cans), and none of them is less than €6. Their system to order is cumbersome, to say the least. Id rather say that it's stupid. You have to order on your phone, and pay in advance. Yes, even if you are already sat down, at your table. You must give them your email address in order to start the process! That's mental! And the final step doesn't work properly. So I had to go to the till, and the waiter had to capture again my order, and I had to pay there. Worst experience in years. Not returning.

Even if the customer service and ambiance was impeccable, I would have to comment on the price of everything, I find it a bit expensive, yes the food is good but nothing exceptional, not worth 24€. It's maybe that here in Ireland everything is more expensive but normally I would give the meal I ordered nothing more than 18€ even by the Irish standards. Still the service was excellent the ambiance of the restaurant really relaxed and the food was great, the only thing that leaves something to be desired is the price.

One of my go to spots in Cork. Always busy but not too busy. Very efficient service. Food is always good and tasty. Boneless chicken thighs..mmmm. A little bit pricey but I always cone away feeling satisfied. Nice veggie options too.

Portion sizes are incredibly disappointing. Have been dining at Nandos for 25 years and the portions at this location are very off-putting. The staff are excellent.

We held our wedding reception there on Thursday. We booked in advance and they went out of the way to help. The staff and mangers where wonderful. Thank you Leah and the whole tea.

Shocking pitta. €10 for the pitta. €3 for the side of coleslaw. €1 for chilli jam. All came in the pitta. No separate site. Pityful amount. What a waste of money. €14/€15 for a small bun you would be better off making at home.

I went last night with my family and a waiter called Sean was looking after us! I just want to say his service was 10/10 and so attentive to the table and nice. Food was very good like always!!

For the money we spent, it was lifeless, cold and the food was completely overrated. What really annoyed us was we had to book our meal through the scanner app, pay for it then and there, wait for it to be brought to us without even a condiment put on the table. Spending alot of money, one would at least expect a friendly face to serve you, if I knew we had to walk around to find cuttlery and condiments and set our own table, order our food through my phone, I would have taken my children to McDonald's.

Ate here on the weekend. About 40 minute wait to get a table which was fine because it was busy. Our food came in relatively little time. They could have done a better job of spreading out the pero salt on the chips. Overall am enjoyable meal but is not getting five stars because it was too pricey.

The food was good. Prices were higher than expected. Ordering from a QR code on the table and putting your credit card info into their website felt a bit dodgy for me.

I think I ate the Fino Pita incorrectly. The limited time sauce was wild. Great as always. Love that you can order quickly online as needed. More restaurants should do that.

Very busy city centre place with selection of specialties and good service.

If you compare nando's to other fast food this is way better I love the fact that they write the calories of each dish plus the free drink refill. The one in cork city center is very nice, a bit chaotic but nice. I would definitely go back!

For those who know the American chain “Applebee’s,” this is a half step up. Clean interior and kind waitstaff, but the insistence on using the phone app (which includes registration!) is a serious hindrance. (Please, can we just submit our orders?) The food itself is okay. I ordered “butterflied chicken,” and while I know what “butterfly” means, I was expecting a decent piece of meat for €15. What I got was a piece barely larger than the average hamburger patty. (Not the chef’s fault—maybe corporate will read this.) The ability to get one’s own bottle of hot sauce for the table is nice; we had to get our own cutlery. (Our group was 7 people—maybe that’s why? But it was a lighter Tuesday afternoon.) Overall, don’t see what the hubbub is. You can do better. Give the workers their due, though.
