Avoid at all cost. Nobody runs the house, food was too long to come (more than an hour to get served and the place was empty), nobody greets you at the door etc... The plates were dirty and we asked them to be changed. The waiter does not speak English and does not know how to wait tables at all. Food is average/poor

Was so desperate to have some nice Indian food and found this restaurant in google search. Ambiance – was not crowded, dim lit, but there was a damp smell throughout Parking: there is no allocated parking and since the hotel is on a narrow road, please make sure to park your car ahead where ever you find space on the road Food: So sorry, it was absolutely disappointing. The meat they served was very old. We couldn’t even eat most of it. Biriyani was stocked and old as well. We ordered Daal tadka which was burnt. Naan was good. The plain rice and the complementary starter they gave was the one thing that was edible. I think for the price, they can improve on quality and taste.

They missed one item in my takeaway order and when i called them back to inform, they assured to deliver that item and took address. But, they didn’t deliver. When you are not in position to correct your mistake, accept it and move on. Please don’t make customers to wait for nothing.

I had a very average meal here when the opened a few years ago. I decided to try them again. It is still not good enough. The chicken in both dishes was tough and there wasn’t enough of it The dopiazza portion was very small and lacked any level of flavour. It was just a generic base gravy sauce with some onions. The tikka masala was too sweet. There is huge potential for a proper Indian restaurant in this location but unfortunately this is a very average one. Two best by a long shot are Raj Gaylord and Haveli

Got butter chicken main pilau rice , garlic naan and 2 pints for 30 quid with a poppadom and sauce complimentary. Which was a little bit on the pricey side for me but the food was excellent. Great portion sizes, quality superb everything was honestly delicious and the staff were super welcoming. Will be back!!

Food very greasy. Nothing resembling indian food. Only one child high chair. Good spot for hangout but I don't recommend food.

The food is very good and place is also very beautiful..If you are indian so dere are soooo many options for you... Initially we didn't know about this restaurant but searched on Google and found this..it's little away from city side so if you are alone try to come in day , don't go alone (it's just little away from city centre so little dark and secluded area )

*update we were refunded* Sept 10th 2023 - Beware ordering online! We made a large order online on Sunday Sept 10th, the order went through and we were charged BUT we never received the order nor did we get a confirmation nor did they answer their phone. I have tried daily to contact this restaurant to get a refund but there is no answer. If the owners read this I would very much appreciate you contacting me so we can resolve this.

Terrible service, waited over an hour for simple sausages and chips , asked waiter several time to check order status but never got back to me , when leaving I asked another staff about my order ( May have been the chef ) and they had no recollection of my order . Girl across from me had to ask for her water nearly 4 times before getting it. Everyone had to ask separately for cutlery, it wasn’t given to all . Some people were left waiting nearly 1.5 hours for the starters . The team were clearly not prepared for several orders . Very disappointed as I was looking forward to a good time with my colleagues.

Came upon this restaurant while looking for a place to have dinner with a group of friends. We were well looked after and everyone enjoyed their food! Thank you Indian Aagrah!

Indian food taste and quality depends on so many factors and food outside outside India is hard to meet expectations of the traditional palette. With this in mind, read the review (with a grain of salt). By far the best Indian food (tandoori) I have had here in Cork (please see my other reviews for other Indian restaurants). Tandoori paneer (starter) tasted very good followed by decent naan and paneer tikka masala. We also got biryani but that ended up tasting average.

We were looking for a place to eat and happened to come across this restaurant. The location isn't ideal but the walk was absolutely worth it. We were greeted very kindly and our waitress helped us out with explanations about the many different options in the menu. She made us feel very welcome in general! The food was delicious and the portions were more than appropriate. We left after a very nice evening and would love to come back if we ever make it back to Cork. We can definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic Indian cuisine!

I went to this place with some of my Irish friends to make them try Indian food. Some of the items on the menu were not available, but whatever we ordered was good. They customised the dishes with mine being more spicy than the ones for my Irish friends. We reserved our table, but the place was not busy so you can directly go as well. The food took some time to come, possible reason being the place seemed understaffed with only one guy handling all the work of taking and bringing orders, but he was nice and polite.

Ordered on deliveroo and the food was amazing. The deliveroo man got lost but even with the delay the food was super hot when it arrived. Everything was really tasty and well prepared. The Paneer Vindaloo was the best paneer dish I've had. Will 100% order again.

I wish I could leave a better review, but I can never ever get an order accepted for delivery. Something seems off to me.

Got the Paneer balti and korma. Both were incredibly salty. The paneer was really old and rubbery. Korma barely had any veggies. Liked their food a few months back. Has gotten worse over time.

Was a nice restaurant a few years ago. Really gone downhill. Restaurant was cold, unwelcoming and not very clean. Waiter was untrained. Food took ages to come and was very poor quality. Could not recommend.

Had the best Indian experience in Cork here today, great food, great service, lovely atmosphere, clean, comfortable, and also very good value for money. Try the butter chicken and pilau rice, it's mild and tasty.

Good and authentic Indian food. If you are not sure what to order, Abhijit is the man to ask for. Excellent service too.
