Called in for breakfast this a.m. Was busy - a good sign, I guess! I had porridge and coffee. My wife had scrambled eggs on sourdough toast. All very reasonably priced and served quickly. Staff helpful.

Delicious spot for some breakfast, brunch, and lunch. I've been wanting to go in for a long time, and I am so glad we finally visited. Great breakfast options, steering away from your usual full irish, fresh produce and amazing, well cooked eggs with just the right amount of seasoning and not too wet or too dry. Delicious coffee and the Organic Açaí Smoothie in a bowl is such a nice touch! Prices are also very competitive at just €7 for the portions you receive is amazing!

Visited for breakfast on the first morning of our trip to Cork. A small, stylish and brilliant cafe with a well considered menu, great for both vegans and meat eaters. Loved people watching out of the large cafe window whilst enjoying a delicious breakfast and coffee. Would highly recommend. Staff were welcoming and a credit to the business.

Great cafe! Had a wonderful breakfast of avocado and goat's cheese on toast with rocket and red chilli. It tasted amazing! Lovely strong coffee too. My friend's breakfast waffles looked equally appetizing. Would definitely recommend Cafe Gusto for great food and friendly staff.

You come into a calm and relaxed atmosphere, the music is playing at a low level so you can ignore it or listen along which is a great option early in the morning when your still taking a run at your day! My poached eggs were cooked perfectly and the toast was piping hot when it came out, two simple points but I've eaten in other cafes that got it wrong There was a mix from elderly couples, to tourists, to office staff to random and the staff were friendly and helpful to everyone

A great stop for early birds and jet-lagged travelers, as they open an hour or two earlier than most places! The staff were very kind, atmosphere comfortable, and the food was flavorful. Highly recommend the toasts if you need to fuel-up for a busy day.

I've been here a few times and it's definitely my favourite place in the city for a sandwich or breakfast and it's good value. I had the acai bowl and coffee both were faultless, you need to be early here or lucky as the seats fill up fast!

We had the best sourdough toast here during our Ireland trip. Value for money. Coffee is less impressive though.

Great food. Their hot sandwich special is amazing. It's mostly sandwiches but they also do hot food which I haven't tried but my friend highly reccomends. Hot sandwich and capuchino is €11. It's small seating is high stools. Probably better for take away. But definitely highly recommended.

Perfectly small, difficult to decide on menu. Coffee was on point, and the avocado, feta, egg, chorizo ‘hash’ was delicious. I’ll be back

Really great place, amazing sandwiches and the hot food is also very good. I've also tried the breakfast which is also very nice. Service is very good. A bit of a wait if too busy, however you can call ahead ordering, which is great for lunch time. Really recommend this place, go back every week

Good service, great coffee, even better food. Often get the capuccino and grilled chicken ciabatta sandwich, which I recommended in particular. Glad I stumbled upon this place after Café Torino closed down.
