Restaurant with very repetitive food and always cooked in the same way Local not very cheap. Very good beer

I stopped at The Model Farm restaurant for lunch with a friend and her Ukrainian cousin. We loved our Roast of the Day mains which were amazingly large, fresh and with lots of flavour. The service was above average and the waiter was excellent. We arrived at a busy lunch hour, without reservation and yet it took them no time to get our table ready and to be seated. Visiting The Model Farm was a very positive experience and the food was simply fantastic.

Good portions and decent quality though I felt the standards have dropped Beef was very poor The entrance lobby was shabby, mats dirty etc Mens toilet poor also Staff were very nice and it was busy but more attention to detail would bring it back to its best

We eat out a lot around the country when travelling for work and this is an outstanding establishment. This place has an excellent menu, definitely something for everyone. It is fairly priced, and the portions are generous. The staff were friendly and efficient and everyone’s food was delicious. Would 100% recommend this place!

We had a really great Sunday lunch at The Model Farm. The portions were very generous and the service was very attentive. Can only recommend it.

Genuinely the nicest crown of Turkey I have ever tasted. Service was very good and quick. Will be returning for a Sunday roast soon.

We struggled to find parking in Cork City. So we ventured out a little and found this gem. It's rare to find a place that's doing something interesting with chicken wings these days, but these guys managed to make them special. The mains was great too, and the dessert, well see the photo. Incredible servings and great staff. You won't be disappointed swinging by here.

Always enjoy visiting The Model Farm for a meal and a drink! The staff are attentive and exceptional! There is always a friendly and inviting atmosphere when you dine! There is an extensive menu with loads of options and there is always a list of specials to acompany the main menu! I noticed from my recent visit that the menu has been updated! The regular favourites such as the Steak Sandwich, Fish Cakes and buffalo wings are still there and they have added a fantastic Fish Pie! I got the Fish Pie and it is absolutely brilliat! The food here will have you coming back again and again!

Ate in this place on Wednesday. We were lucky to get a table. The place was super busy and now I know why. The food is fab big portions. We had soup and a mains couldn't finish the mains never mind having some dessert. Would be going back whenever I am in cork again.

Popped in for a quick bite to eat. It was a nice day, so we sat in the outside area. Checked with the staff first. When she was giving us the menu, I mentioned that we were a little tight on time. She didn't return to take the order. I had to go in and get the girls' attention to give it. Was asked how I would like the steak cooked. I asked for medium rear, and it was well done! No one returned to see if we wanted anything else, eventually had to go in to pay. It wasn't busy. The food was tasty and the setting was nice, not complaining, just noting what was out of place.

Food is amazing quality with very generous portions. Very reasonably priced considering the quality and amount of food we got! Would highly recommend the beef, seafood pie, Murphy's pie and the hake! Super impressed. Will definitely be back!

Had early Friday evening dinner, hake for me, steak sandwich for Mary. My hake with lovely carrots and broccoli all done to perfection on a bed of spicy roasted potatoes tdf. Steak sandwich beautifully tender with a creamy sauce and her favourite onion rings.

Visited here recently on a Sunday evening. It was busy but the staff got us a table as quickly as he could. Food was lovely, with huge portion sizes. I couldn't finish mine! Tgecroast beef was melt in the mouth. Would definitely recommend this place and will visit again.

Had my husband's 60th Birthday celebration on 10th July with a group of 10 adults and 4 children. Food outstanding, service excellent and staff were exceptional, so friendly, efficient and helpful. Highly recommended.

I have just been here and just turned up with my children as it was a last minute decision. I must say it was outstanding. From the food to the service to the space to the atmosphere. It really was a lovely time eating beautiful food. And the price was far from excessive. Definitely return here.

We randomly stopped in cruising through town. Super happy we did! I’m from America and I LOVE wings-the spicy sticky wings here I think were my favorite of all time. I was blown away at how good they were. We got the beef and mashed potatoes and fish and chips and this is my fourth fish and chips in Ireland and I am pretty sure it’s my favorite yet! Finished off with sticky toffee pudding and it was insanely good. Overall just a perfect dinner and great service. We also had three kids and the spaghetti, burger and chicken and chips were incredibly good as well

We are regulars at the Model Farm as it can't be beaten for pleasant staff, good food, is spotlessly clean and nearby parking. The menu has a great variety.

We were lucky to visit The Model Farm. We spent 2 years in Cork, visited many restaurants however, this restaurant is one of the best. It's great atmosphere fully equipped by well trained and nice crew. Food variety is great but the most important thing is the great taste of starters, mains and the delicious desserts. Thank you guys for the great experience.

Booked in for last Sunday for dinner for a table of three. The food and service was fantastic. We were not left wanting. The decor is immaculate and the restaurant was warm and inviting. The staff were fabulous, helpful attentive and very pleasant to deal with. They and the food were a credit to the restaurant. We will return.

Absolutely love the food on the specials board Mon -Fri ,the roast is always outstanding . Coffee could be a little stronger .Plenty of parking , very friendly staff. Very clean premises. Went back here for an evening meal absolutely perfect pizza was so tasty . Lasagne was amazing Had a meal with my work gang here with 30+ people and they catered so well , standard of food did not change with the large group if anything it was better .

We were out there this evening for my birthday dinner staff were so nice so helpful nothing was too much trouble food was divine totally relaxed and comfortable really enjoyed the evening would definitely go back thank you so much
