I was given the wrong order twice, and my glass of fresh lemon water tasted of tuna.. the tables had not been cleared after previous customers and the staff were distracted on their phones.. apart from that the place is relatively good for a quick bite to eat.

Food was delicious and the coffee was one of the nicest coffees i’ve had in a while. The only thing that let this place down was the brunette lady working behind the deli on 25th June at 3:30pm. She was extremely rude and by the looks of it even made her co-workers feel uncomfortable. The 2 blonde ladies working behind the deli immediately noticed our discomfort and jumped in and were extremely nice to us. Whoever owns this place should seriously consider getting rid of that brunette lady as if it wasn’t for the 2 blonde ladies we would never return to this place again.

An awful experience, all we wanted was to sit and have a sandwich the tuna smelled like it was about to walk out of the sandwich yet the manager still claimed it was fresh, they were very rude and the plates were thrown onto our table, serving customers was the last thing on their mind. It was just an uncomfortable experience in general, I'd recommend going to the location by brown Thomas if you want relax while eating your food. Unless you like getting looks smirks and having your food throw at you.

I like that they also have the outside area, oatmeal was delicious and so were the bagels and sandwiches - fair price, we visited twice

An average coffee shop with an outstanding customer service (which makes the difference). The simple ham & cheese sandwich was amazingly taste. Well done guys!

I wasnt overltly impeessed. Its very small and the tables are tiny. Unlike their Fermoy shop the i got one tint egg of scrambled egg and huge toast. Wont be going there again based on mean portion sizes.

Service and food were great! However, I was disappointed to see that there was only ONE front of house staff. Again, the girl was absolutely great but I had expected better workload management in a local cafe. Moreover, I had seen another O'Brien's with 2 staff and could have easily used a third person. As a hospitality worker myself, I hope that in time the public will start to take note of these things and support stores that do not normalise understaffing.

I had been in other oBriens for lunch and delicious but Thais place was different I ordered scramble eggs and there were simply disgusting there were made in the microwave I believe but honestly disgusting I wouldn’t recommend this place not for breakfast anyway. I don’t get if you don’t have kitchen to preparar fresh eggs why would you sell breakfast in first place.

The worst food i have ever tasted in my life soup was cold and the wraps were cooked in the microwave. Wouldn't feed it to a dog.
