Am not surprised now why OBriens was practically empty compared to the other cafes in the centre. I asked for scrambled egg....was told cant get it after 12.... fair enough, though Quigleys had no problem making it for me. I then asked for toasted cheese sandwich and single shot latte. None if the 3 staff behind the counter were interested... too busy chatting among themselves. I wasn't asked which type of bread I wanted but the staff member went about making the sandwich. The final straw for me was, when I was handed the latte, I asked if the mug was clean as it didn't look it. I was told it was just that the coffee had spilled all over the cup.....wait a minute I will wipe it for you.....and proceeded to wipe the mug with a dirty cloth!!! I CAN TELL YOU I WAS OUT OF THERE QUICK SMART! Disgusting

Very bad service, tables full of leftovers, no waiters to clean up. I ordered small macchiato and I got one shot of expresso with hot water and no milk. I don't know how people can get a job as barista without any knowledge of making coffee.

I have been dinning there for the past 5 years and I personally think this is the best salad sandwiches and coffee place in ireland for a quick healthy lunch or brunch . I enjoy the powerhouse salad with my soya capuccino while I am doing my paperwork on my laptop. Love the buzz and atmosphere. Always so busy!

Great to see coffee shops open again. All the tables are well spaced and every effort seems to have been made to combat the Covid19. Food is as it was before lock down and staff were as friendly as they have always been.

It was to find that they had outdoor sitting. We had coffee and cake. The coffee was OK, but the cake was kept in a refrigerated cabinet and the pastry was soft and wet.

Good coffee, pleasant staff but loses star for being untidy, and plenty staff there to wipe down the tables, straighten chairs.

Lovely spacious clean place to eat. Sad to see it closed while we are on level 3. Wishing the wonderful staff all the best. Times are so tough now
