Have to say I'm highly impressed by the hotel. The rooms are very nice and reasonably priced. Lobby has a great bar with some very tasty cocktails. Morning breakfast was lovely, and the staff are very accommodating. Will definitely be back again if ever staying in cork. It's a little out of the city but if you drive it's not a problem and there's a bus the picks up right outside the hotel.

You know what, fair play. We arrived about 8 hrs before we needed to leave for a flight the following day and this was exactly what we needed. Close enough to the hotel that it wasn't a total chore to get our bags there but far enough away that the planes didn't wake us. Check in was uneventful and the staff were present and helpful. The rooms were great, and when they saw we had our daughter with us they changed our room to a family room no hassle. Would recommend

Absolutely loved my stay here with family! The receptionists and restaurant staff were so friendly and the private cinema was a lovely addition to our stay. Breakfast buffet was delicious! However, just to note; one room didn't have a mini fridge and our third bed was foldable and not the comfiest despite the second room we had booked being twice the size, having enough beds for three people, fridge, kettle and coffee machine so I would recommend booking early in advance. Only downsides were one bed had sheets with small brown stains on them and we had to cover them with a second sheet ourselves. Unfortunately the fire alarm had gone off in the middle of the night but had eventually stopped as well.

Stayed 2 nights upon arriving in Cork. Very conveniently located right across the airport. Took a bus to explore the city. Sent a few messages for a special request but did not realized. But that was sort out quickly even at late hours. Staff are amazingly helpful. Food at both restaurants are great as well. Room can be improved with cleaner cups & getting rid of hairs in bathroom. I’m happy to return given a chance!

Nicole and Anita at reception were fantastic and the hotel had a lovely vibe. Can't fault the rooms, signature ones are stunning and very roomy. Nice view of city and suburbs.

Lovely hotel. There are so many little things that make the hotel great, table football and table tennis and kids play area on first floor to piano playing in the lobby in the evening. Above all else, all the staff are so friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful experience during our stay.

Beautiful hotel, lovely interior, spacious with sumptuous leather lobby couches, great lobby atrium. Lovely staff, I fancied a croissant and coffee for breakfast and a lovely waiter called John got it and brought it to me in the lobby. In fact I think there is a lobby, light breakfast provided but I didn't really search it out. Place is scrupulously clean, and v helpful room service.

Visited this hotel as part of a family christening and was pleasantly surprised. We pass the hotel all the time when coming into cork. The restaurant, bar and reception area are very smart, clean and tidy. Staff are very attentive and helpful. The meal we had did take a while to arrive, but when it did it was lovely. Prices reasonable also. Will definitely look into staying at the hotel in the future. Many thanks to all.

Love this hotel. So far the most family friendly hotel I've ever been to. All the staff are so friendly and the food is amazing! You can book your family in for your very own Cinema room and you can see the airplanes taking off from your room... Most importantly, everywhere is spotless clean! It's THAT one hotel always makes me feel home and sleep like a baby !

Had the most lovely stay after a not so lovely day. The staff were kind, caring, and so helpful. The New Yorker food was 4/5 stars, very enjoyable with a minor miss on the vegetables. Breakfast was so good, delicious food, wonderful layout. My favourite part was that adorable pancake machine! The room was clean, and the bed was comfy. Showers were so nice considering after many hotels the height is often not enough for a taller person but this one was so good. I 100% recommend staying here even just for a night!

Very nice hotel, only a 5 minute walk across the car park, from the Cork International airport terminal building. The staff when we arrived were excellent, all were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We arrived relatively late, so there was no food other than room service, however we were able to have toasted sandwiches in the bar with a few drinks. Would definitely recommend.

Room was comfortable as was the bed. The hotel was quiet at night so good for sleeping. Went for fish and chips for dinner and this was of high standard. The breakfast didn't stand out, typical selection on the standard range, will try something different tomorrow. Good selection of spirits, beers and cocktails. The bar area was busy but the staff are on the ball. Heated mirror in the bathroom which you don't find in too many hotels these days. Lots of parking and good access to major road networks

Very convenient to Cork Airport. Impressive food and drink options in well appointed surroundings. Attentive and efficient service. Good parking facilities and option for long term parking if you stay before or after flying. Recommended.

We love Cork international hotel as we arrange to meet family there for a meal on our way home. The service is first class and the food delicious. We will be visiting many times in the future. I had to put a photo of the ladies toilet as it’s amazing!

Beautiful place. After a late flight, we didn't check in til 12pm, and were worried there would be problems, but no, all straight forward and super easy thanks to Ian on reception. Was able to get a couple of beers also to wind down thanks to Tim the barman/tidy up person. Will stop again no bother.

I've stayed several times and love the friendly staff. The rooms vary widely in amenities and size and comfort. The room service menu is better than the choices available in the restaurant. The breakfast choices are good. Particularly nice is the free shuttle to the airport. Tim our driver was simply wonderful. Although a bit pricey, it is super convenient and comfortable.

Lovely hotel, rooms well appointed, plenty of hot water in the shower and beds very comfortable. The hotel is very well soundproofed, which aided a good nights sleep. All staff were very nice and helpful. Very handy right beside airport, only a two minute walk. For guests checking out early, there is complimentary tea/coffee and pastries to grab and go. We had dinner in the restaurant which was really nice. Overall a lovely experience and I would highly recommend.

Made welcome on arrival at the amazing Cork Int Hotel, much recommended by Cork Taxis. Reception cheerful and swift for check in, establishing my requirements for the airport connections for the following morning. Stunning room - thank you reception! immaculate and well cared for with great attention from housekeeping. New Yorker Restaurant at UK Bank Holiday Weekend were calm with a fully booked table planner. Kelley swiftly located me a table as a lone guest ensuring colleagues wined and dined me. Truly grateful to Kelley with restaurant team for making my supper an enjoyable evening being a solo UK NHS traveller returning to the UK. i won’t forget their kindness, making essential travel enjoyable for future visits, thank you. Really really good. This is not my first stay, however it solidified my initial experiences. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and well appointed. Staff are very helpful, demonstrating good customer service and flexibility in changing circumstances (like the storm we were stuck in). Add to this an excellent restaurant/bar menu!

Let's start off with Location, easy to find via road, not so easy via foot from the airport, especially in the dark, but we found it eventually. A very warm welcoming from a man at the entrance,i presumed management, checking in was swift with a professional service from reception. The room was clean, large and easy to store all items of clothes.i was very impressed with the expresso coffee machine in the room too. The shower was one of the very best I've had in a hotel. The bed was super comfortable, and the noise level from outside was minimal. The new Yorker bar was stylish with a wide range of drinks, meals, etc. available at a reasonable price, too.I found the bar service excellent, and my Murphys was poured to perfection. Breakfast was very good, with a wide range of choices and I found the food delicious and well cooked too.The staff are quick to respond to your needs when required. The lounge area for seating was impressive, and I sat there a few times to relax with conversation. The staff in general was polite, friendly, and professional. My only gripe was the fitness room,it was very basic with equipment that looked very out of date too. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Cork Airport Hotel is perfectly situated for anyone wishing to do some sight seeing around County Cork, it is also perfect if flying from Cork airport and seemed to attract a lot of business people but unfortunately our trip did not go as planned. We were staying for 3 nights with our 2 young children, our son has additional needs so I had requested an early check in. Prior to traveling I rang the hotel and double checked everything on my booking but when we arrived the receptionist informed me I was early so I told him I had booked an early check in which he then said our room had to be checked by house keeping when our room wasn't ready. Over an hr later with our son who has ASD banging his head on the soft furnishings to try regulate himself, we got our room only it wasn't the room we had booked, not only that but my 3 yr old found 6 half empty drink bottles and food left from prior guests in the fridge. I called housekeeping to have them removed and went down to reception to try get this sorted. I spoke to the manager who was very helpful and who handed me over to Karen who did her best to accommodate us in another room. Karen gifted us a cinema experience which was nice and kids enjoyed but on checking out reception charged me for the experience so I had to explain about it being a gift. I'd paid for cookies and milk to be delivered to the room on our second night for the children but they never arrived and on checking out and explaining this I was offered the cookies and milk for the car journey home, the milk was not going to work in a car but I did accept the cookies. The room we had was really big but dated, there was a tear in one of the chairs and our son became focused on that everytime we were in the room which was a nightmare. We went to the playroom but it was very basic and small so it didn't hold either child's attention for long. This hotel is perfect for adults but I just don't think it works for kids, food was delicious, staff were friendly and cleanliness was really good but for us, as a family with a son with additional needs, it just didn't work

Love this hotel. Our executive suite was massive. There’s a good restaurant and a little play area for kids. This is at the airport so great for a late night arrival or early morning flight

We arrived at the hotel exhausted from our flight. Without 30 minutes totally rejuvenated by the amount of care and complete relaxation felt thetr. Our check in was excellent. The room was beautiful and spotless. The hotel is the best we ever stayed in. The New Yorker was a fantastic experience. Pavlo and Dan went above and beyond with their service. Completely pleasant and engaging. Kelley was first class. Her interaction and professionalism with customers and staff was so amazing. She made sure we were looked after and her heartfelt care made our stay. I can't praise the hotel and staff enough. Our night porters excelled in their duties Ian was a pleasure to deal with. We will not only return to this hotel for ease of comfort for flights, we will be so thrilled to stay there for a break. You made our stay one of the most pleasurable experiences, this hotel is a must. Thank you so much for everything and we look forward to seeing you soon. Liam and Jen

Impressively nice hotel especially for the price. The location is outside of the city itself by the airport, so about a 10 to 15 minute drive but honestly very nice, less noisy, and much easier to park for free. The rooms are not the newest, but very comfortable. Extraordinarily nice restaurant on the premises. And most importantly, extraordinarily nice service. Thea could not have been more kind during our stay. Would stay again and recommend.

Inadvertently booked a day later than arrival. So upon arriving I was told that there were rooms available. They charged me an extra €70 . Absolutely disgusting. Rip off Ireland is alive and well. I would definitely not recommend this hotel

I stayed in the beautiful Cork International Hotel for Westlife 13.8.22. Greeted by lovely Laura on reception. Great atmosphere, ambience and decor. We came back to the hotel bar after the concert. Friendly, smiling, fantastic service and excellent customer service from Ewan and Michael. Michael made us the perfect cocktails. He knows how to make good one's. We'll definitely be back. I highly recommend. Thank you all.

After a stressful day( family funeral) issue checking in both receptionists and manageress very kind and accommodating. Lovely room.Went to the bar, had couple of drinks then ordered our food. Starters were very well presented and starters amazing! 1 of the best spring rolls I have tasted. Wonderful beef burger and fries and steak and fries cooked to perfection. All hotel staff very friendly and welcoming keep up the good work!!❤

Honestly, I was surprised how much I enjoyed my stay here (as it was a last minute stay pre-flight). The service was top-class, friendly and really helpful (without being over the top). Quiet, clean room, 5 minute walk over to the airport in the morning (shuttle was offered for free). Could have had a slightly more diverse menu (not a lot of healthy options), but otherwise a really lovely stay. Thanks again.

A fantastic day was had here. We can't say enough good things. We were late in our planning, but the event coordinator was patient and considerate of our needs. Organized our wedding and reception dinner, making sure that we were ok with the various options. She provided various wedding ceremony locations and dinner layouts, as well as a selection of foods for the dinner. A banquet table arrangement really brought our day and family together. The food was delicious and last minute provisions for vegetarian options were not an issue. The staff were excellent all around and worked with our marriage registrar. All this was done at very reasonable rates and in good time too. Thanks to everyone at Cork International Airport for helping to make our wedding day run smoothly.

Lovely hotel. Reception/lobby area is fabulous. The lobby toilets are absolutely to die for great modern interior. The room was quite spacious with great water pressure in the shower. Staff couldn’t have been nicer, we had one small issue during our stay and it was dealt with quickly and professionally. Really nice place to stay. Only knocking a star due to location, we chose not to bring the car down with us and we did regret it. Location wasn’t great for guests on feet although there is a bus route going just outside the hotel, we found it just a little difficult getting around into the city etc but again staff were great at telling us what bus to get and where to get it.

Great service and staff were so friendly and helpful. Well located for visiting city and areas such as Kinsale. Room decor is somewhat dated, was not cleaned during my stay and silly things like sink stopper was broken. Room was spotless on arrival. Breakfast was great and had dinner one evening in the New Yorker and food was good, staff were really friendly, helpful and efficient. It was a busy spot, always a good sign in my book!!

Always love getting back here when visiting Cork. Its a little out of the way but worth it as you can see the planes take off and land. Kids enjoy that. Staff are always more than willing to help and accommodate any requests and always are very friendly. This is a hotel you can relax in and rely on the staff to make sure you have a pleasant time as possible. Cinema room, toy area and a child friendly environment throughout the whole hotel. It's a very well run hotel and it isn't as expensive as its close competitors.

Definitely the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The room was unbelievable. The staff at the desk were extremely polite and excellent at there job. Very welcoming and showed a proper level of care towards me and my partner. The staff in d bar/resteraunt were exactly the same. The Guinness was lovely the food was lovely and the service overall was amazing. Weather it be the food the staff the room the Guinness or the transfer to the airport, all aspects get 10 out of 10 for me. I couldn't praise the staff and their service highly enough. If somebody was to train in how to do there job in a professional and dedicated manner this is where they should be sent to learn. Best hotel experience I've ever had and I've been in at least 15 countries in Europe.

What can I say? The service from Nicholas and Tim was fabulous. I felt like I was staying in a luxury hotel with white glove service. These gentlemen are wonderful. We arrived in very late after numerous delays and we were meet at the airport by Tim-an amazing person who greeted us with a smile and was so helpful. Nicholas had our room key and paperwork ready for us to sign and was even so kind to make a toasted sandwich. Our room was awesome as well. I can say nothing negative about the hotel or staff. Close to airport with free shuttle service.

Quick pop in for a coffee, fab coffee btw. Served in the plush foyer. Reasonable really, served with a little homemade biscuit, which I couldn't resist. Definitely going back again. Parking was easy and plentiful. Great place if you are meeting someone getting a flight or just after arriving and very handy for a layover too. Lovely outdoor area too.

Nice hotel with friendly staff, room was superb, nice and spacious with a seperate shower room and bathroom. Larger than super king bed and air conditioning that worked. Only problem was the water pressure for the shower, it was very low. Also car park was a bit tight. Room service was a superb treat, not too pricey and delicious. Will stay again next time in Cork.

Super nights sleep, staff are friendly and courtesy bus driver Tim was a breath of fresh Cork air. I would have given 5 stars but as I was unable to access the website and needed a bed, I ended up spending an extra €35 by using Agoda. If at all possible, call the hotel directly for your room reservation. The manager saw that my room invoice was €125 but that I had actually paid €160 and she was unable to do anything, even to include a breakfast coffee. The rest of the stay was great.

I was there recently as I was attending a Parkinson's committee meeting. I suppose you call the room we had like a meeting room and it was bright and airy and we had air conditioning system as well. The only negative I would have had was I found the door in to the room to be very stiff and I'm very able body so can you imagine anybody with Parkinson's trying to open the door. To be fair, we had water both still and sparkling and tea or coffee. We also had paper on the table along with a pencil to take note. We couldn't have asked for any more. The staff did help with setting up a projector if we needed it. I say it won't be my last time up there attending a committee meeting for Parkinson's. Lovely hotel. Can't comment on the bedrooms/ food or anything like that as I never experienced any of that.

Fantastic hotel. It is a great property. Very nice lobby area with piano playing in the evenings. Great bar and restaurant. Well appointed rooms. Extremely friendly and personable staff. Kids play area on the first floor. And it was a great value for money as well. You'll never want for anything else while you're staying there. The staff goes out of their way to make your stay memorable and pleasant.

Stayed here to avail of free parking and convenient location for an early morning flight. We were pleasantly surprised. The room is beautiful and very spacious. Staff very friendly. We have to give a special shout out to the Welsh gentleman who was the happiest and most welcome person for 4am. You brought a smile to all of our faces.
