Set in the middle of a gorgeous garden, the food and service at Good Day Deli was impeccable. The lentil burger was the best vegan burger we ever had and those chips were full of wholesome homemade goodness. We also had the pancakes and those were exactly what is needed for a Sunday morning - crispy with a generous serving of berries. The flat whites were excellent - like the ones I had in New Zealand strong and robust. Servings were generous and we didn’t have space for cakes. :( Definitely much needed for the soul and we will come back! Brunch is served all day with an additional menu for lunch from 1230pm. We spent about 40 for the 2 of us.

Amazing hidden gem of a place. Beautiful location, with really friendly and helpful staff. Vegetarian focussed and sustainably run. Does get very busy, so calling in advance is advised. But even if you turn up and have to wait, it’s such a lovely location that it’s a pleasure to pass the time there.

Where do I begin. Good Day Deli is located in a fabulous place that’s not only historical but nature filled and relaxing. Staff was great and one of them offered to take a picture of us ( family of 3). Food was spectacular and unique. Definitely a hidden gem in Cork.

Hidden gem! Must go to if you’re veggie/vegan in Cork. Staff were attentive and friendly, food was delicious and the setting is beautiful! You can my a day out of it; walk around the gift shop, gardens and pay into the museum. We will be back!

Gorgeous glasshouse at the top of the site, nice friendly staff and interesting menu. We had the Halloumi burger and fish tacos. Both served with home cut chips and lovely house sauces. Loses one star for food because the fish goujons and chips should have been crisper.

One of the nicest cafes in Cork, located at the back of Nano Nagles, just head through the front shop, up the stairs and walk straight through to the back gardens. Coffee is unreal and the food is delicious. Can be hard to find parking near here but I always park at Father Matthews Quay or Grande Parade and walk to the cafe from there. Would also recommend booking a table in advance as the place is usual busy and can be hard to get a table for a walk-in.

Finding the place was a little bit tough because the google map is not accurate. You would have to go inside the shop to reach the place. I did not expect that the place would be so busy. I would advise booking the place in advance. There was a lot of people but luckily we were able to get a seat. Their customer service is impeccable. I was a little bit skeptical about their menu but when I tried it, all doubts went away, this is the best pancake i have ever tasted. This started the day right. Customer service is exceptional and food was really great. Really worth it getting here. Double thumbs up to the staff! Thank you for all your hard work!

Booking recommended! We were lucky to get a seat but usually it’s necessary to book in advance (and it’s absolutely worth it!). The lunch was outstanding, especially the smoked beetroot. Delicious coffee and kind staff. The garden is super pretty and the interior also well done.

Loved the ambience, the food and the staff. Great selection of dishes as well as sweets at the counter. The seating plan is lovely both inside and outside. The one small comment I'd have is my latte could have been more foamy but all in all definitely recommended

Beautiful food, tasty and delicious. I felt energized after eating there, and it's set in the middle of a garden, so every view is a masterpiece.

Cozy plaze located in a beautiful spot. Staff were very friendly. Food is good, with seemingly special care taken with ingredients (organic, fresh ingredients). For any meat lovers, note that there may we'll be no meat in the menu. The menu appears to be almost entirely vegetarian. We saw fish (for tacos) on the menu. I get the feeling that the menu changes pretty regularly.

The place is heavenly, very generous and calming atmosphere. The staff were super nice. The food was good but could be impeccable by allowing different types of eggs to be served.

What a hidden gem in Cork city!! This restaurant focuses on sustainable food packed with flavour, served with flare and a warm welcome. The location adds to the experience, situated in the garden of the Nano Nagle center. We booked for a Saturday lunch so were able to choose from the lunch and the brunch menu. I had the smoked beetroot benny, which tantalised the tastbuds. Every mouthful was exquisite. My other half had the big hallumi burger, equally delish. We saved a little space for the Beamish and chocolate brownie. I can't wait to go back again. I would recommend booking to guarantee a table and go through the shop to get there.

Lovely place a bit outside of the city center. Food is amazing, service very friendly. They also have tables in the garden.

Delish pescatarian menu in the lovely gardens behind Nano Nagle Pace. The halloumi burger and chocolate Beamish cake are particular favourites of mine

Good Day Deli do the best chips on the planet bar none. There is no physical menu but a QR code which has to be scanned. I assume it's all in the name of sustainability but, not gonna lie, it's a tad annoying unless you have someone with a bit of tech savvy along with you! It's not cheap but all the the ingredients are locally sourced and everything is handmade including the ketchup, imagine. The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming and the staff are so shiny, friendly and healthy looking it's delightful. My party did notice that although there are sweet treats etc on the premises they didn't seem to be featured on the online menu but I could be wrong. Definitely worth revisiting!

We went here for breakfast (family of 5). The setting is beautiful, like a hidden oasis. Staff couldn't be nicer and the food is delicious but what I am really disappointed with, is their prices. A small coffee is €4, which is the most expensive I have come across so far in Ireland. We also got 1 babychino and 1 small cup of cold milk, for 2 of our little girls, and they charged €2.25 for each. Most places I go to only charge about €1.50 for a babychino and any other cafe I have been to, do not charge for a small glass of cold milk. It'd be cheaper to buy a litre of milk in a shop. We also ordered a portion of toast for one of our little girls and they charged €3 for 1 small slice of toast. I love eating out and trying new places for coffee and honestly, this cafe is just going way beyond prices of anywhere else I've been to. So although it was nice, their prices have certainly put me off returning in the future.

Extremely expensive even for Ireland. We weren't advised that the wine special was €12 per glass ... words fail me. Food was good but not worth 110 for 3 people for a main course. Vastly overrated - venue is excellent but exorbitant prices.
