We were so excited to stay at this hotel as we are vegans with dietary restrictions (soy allergy). I had exchanged multiple emails with them and they assured me they could accommodate our needs. Fast forward to dinner, we sit down and no one knows anything about our accommodations. Our waiter went to speak with the kitchen to see what they could make me. He comes back and says they can make you a salad with asparagus!!!! So a 4 star hotel has a chef that can only make a salad? That’s honestly a joke. It is not difficult to make a plate of seasonal veggies tossed in olive oil. Super unhappy. We were just trying to have a nice romantic meal and had been looking forward to it for months. My husband isn’t allergic to soy so he did enjoy his vegan lasagna but it was overshadowed by the disappointment. The restaurant manager came over, apologized, and asked for our room number and said he would have something prepared proper at breakfast but we never saw that meal. I had also sent 4 emails about getting a bottle of vegan wine or champagne to be awaiting our arrival and none of those emails ever got answered. The hotel was cool but we would not stay here again

This is a really lovely property with fantastic staff. By far, our night here was my favorite during our time in Ireland. From arrival, I was warmly greeted by multiple members of the staff. The welcome drink was a nice touch to round out the check-in experience. A member of the staff also offered to help my mother get her luggage up to her room (and make sure she could find the room in the first place). He also took our luggage up to the room while we went in search of the car park affiliated with the hotel. The car park is just across the river. While it was fairly small, there were plenty of spots available for hotel guests to park. The walk back was only about 5 minutes, which made it pretty convenient. The discounted rate was very much appreciated as well! The lobby was stunning, as were the furniture/design choices throughout the rest of the hotel. Our room was clean and spacious - just what we needed to try to reorganize our things along our journey. The water pressure in the shower was outstanding! Location-wise, this is really a great location because you are close enough to all the activities in Cork without being right in the middle of all the commotion. The main streets are only a block away. Overall, I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting or passing through Cork!

Really nice traditional hotel, good cafe and bar and very nice staff. Just be aware as it's a city hotel the room will be small and the noise level will be high. Once you are okay with that the hotel has a lot of positives, and is kept really well. The Christmas decor is really fab, the ballroom for like 100 guests has the bar inside and is fantastic to attend a function in because its not too big and not too small and people don't leave the function room because the bar is inside the room. Only downside again, it's a city hotel, is the parking is a distance away in a garage and if its raining which it often is that's not fun. So pull up outside the front of the hotel in the loading area and unload and then head to parking deck after. Great spot though if you are in the city and want a reliable meal in a really nice setting. Escape spa I have visited many times, they have a small pool with nice waterfall features and a steam room, jacuzzi, a rest and relaxation room which is chill and you are wrapped under loads of warm blankets. All treatments have been really enjoyable.

We would go again. The cocktail bar was great and the one meal we had in the restaurant was high-quality with efficient, friendly service. We had a stained chair in our bedroom and the furniture was worn - not up to the very high standard of the public areas. I was promised a special turn-down service for my wife's birthday but it didn't happen. The location was perfect in centre of city and a 15 minute taxi ride from the airport.

Staff went above and beyond to make our stay incredible - I have never experienced such thoughtful or kind staff. My son left his soft toy dog in the hotel room and we didn’t realise until we were home. Not only was it kindly posted back to us in the U.K. but the hotel staff enclosed a fantastic booklet with photos showing the adventures the toy dog had around the hotel - my son was delighted! I was genuinely touched by the warmth and kindness of the staff. The hotel was also stunning and couldn’t have been better. Arriving to see the unveiling of Michael Collins’ portrait was a special bonus. I loved the reading room. Perfect location, incredible staff, beautiful hotel.

I can't say enough to praise this beautiful and historic hotel; rooms are spacious, clean, and well provisioned. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Location can't be beat - Cork highlights are just steps away. A big pleasant surprise was two guest Lounges dedicated to Fredrick Douglas - too much to describe, make sure not to miss!

We were surprised that this was a 4 star hotel after our stay, because it felt like a 5 star experience. Beautiful lobby, rooms, and cafe. Highly recommend grabbing a drink from their bar area one night- we enjoyed live music, amazing bites, and delicious wine, including alcohol free and gluten free options. The branded water and chocolate bars were a nice addition to make our stay memorable. I will be returning to Cork, and when I do, I will 100% be returning to this hotel ✨ The only thing I’d do differently is book a spa appointment in advance.

Such a fabulous stay at the Imperial Hotel Cork. My wife and I spent three nights there this last week for my 40th birthday celebration. This historic hotel is in splendid condition and is so comfortable. Fabulous amenities and such a great location for bars, restaurants, shopping and anyone with a desire to explore Cork City on foot. However, what made the stay so special was the level of effort demonstrated by the staff team. Led by James and Geraldine (but demonstrated by everyone we interacted with - including Chrissy on the door and the Spa staff) the generosity of spirit and effort to ensure we were having a splendid time, was something special. Indeed, we've returned to Manchester, UK thinking that this hotel and its staff are a credit to Cork City. Needless to say that we will be back and our family are already planning a trip after we returned with wonderful anecdotes about our experience. Thank you to all. Oh, and we were delighted to read on our last day the Michael 'the big fella' Collins, even spent his last two days there (no better endorsement then that).

We truly had a wonderful experience and enjoyed our stay. The staff were extremely courteous and the breakfast was really nice. The rooms were extremely nice and cozy. Slightly old but is very well maintained and have a regal appearance to it. Celebrities such as President Kennedy, Princess Grace of Monaco, Charles Dickens have all stayed in this wonderful hotel. As a foreign visitor driving to the location, it took us time to identify the parking lot (Union Quay) across the river. The multi level parking (paid) is a good 5-7 minutes walk from the hotel. The lady at the reception was helpful in giving directions over the phone, however if a link / map had been provided at the time of booking/confirmation, it would have been a lot easier. Otherwise all good. There are a number of restaurants and pubs closer to the hotel if you would like to go out for a meal / drink. The room prices are absolutely reasonable and do not miss staying in this hotel, if you are ever in Cork.

Gorgeous hotel in a perfect location. Walkable to nearly everything! Rooms were nice and beds were extremely comfortable. Staff was also very friendly & helpful. My only complaint is that the Lafayette restaurant for breakfast opened at 11:30AM on weekends and on weekdays never was opened on time (8AM) which prevented us from being able to enjoy it.

Staff in the hotel were extremely helpful however some of the staff in the restaurant could have been friendlier. Both at night and in the morning the waiting staff who served us were most unhelpful and it felt like they had better places to be. We met some lovely restaurant staff but unfortunately were not lucky enough to have them to serve us

Strong recommendation for a stay at the Imperial Hotel in Cork. Excellent location in the heart of Cork near many stores, restaurants, and pubs. It's a bustling area that also feels very safe. The hotel itself is gorgeous and the rooms are beautiful as well. We had a junior suite so the room was very spacious and comfortable with a nice sized bathroom. There are three restaurants in the hotel as well which makes it very convenient to have breakfast, a cocktail before dinner elsewhere, or dinner at the hotel. The staff was very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. Can't say enough good things about the Imperial Hotel.

I really loved the hotel. The room was beautiful, the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. The staff were very nice and helpful. In terms of the breakfast the selection was more than enough for me and the actual breakfast itself was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you're looking for somewhere to stay in the city center of Cork. You walk out of the hotel and you're in the middle of the city center, it's really good for getting around.

Everything about m stay in the Imperial was just great. Checking was easy, friendly and efficient. I visited the bar as part of a group on a very busy night. We had ordered some finger food to tide us over before we headed out for dinner. The food was excellent, lots of choice and options and plenty for everyone. My room was amazing, clean, fresh spacious and immaculately decorated. Breakfast the following morning was cooked to order and of excellent quality using locally sourced produce. All in all a great place to stay in the heart of the city

A historic and classy hotel, located central in Cork City at a reasonable price. What better time to stay there than at Christmas, truly owns and embraces the festive feeling. Staff are so polite and friendly, and the dining options are simply not to be beaten. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. The parking situation is not ideal but without on-site parking they've offered the next best solution.

I can't say enough good things about the Imperial in Cork. It's in an amazing location and so walkable to many other places in the city for dinner and sightseeing. The lounge was a fabulous spot to enjoy a drink, and the service was top notch. However, the star of the whole show was Marni. Marni took AMAZING care of us, from welcoming us at the door with chocolate Bailey's shots, to booking our dinner reservation, to making a recommendation of a local gin and serving us samples as a nightcap. She truly went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing experience in Cork - which we did! We couldn't stop talking about how we wished we got to stay in Cork longer because of how amazing she made the experience.

We checked out this morning and enjoyed our stay very much! Great location. The room was beautiful, cozy, super clean, and amenities were very good! We had breakfast every morning in the restaurant and the food was great. The staff definitely the stars!!! They were friendly, pleasant, and helpful! Highly recommend this hotel!

Very classy hotel, we booked through a vacation planner and drove ourselves. We found the hotel fine but the parking was new to us. Called the hotel and they explained what to do. They were very helpful and kind. It was very busy around the time we came through Cork so we were a little frazzled. Make sure you stop in front of the hotel and there's someone outside the door waiting. They'll take your baggage and give you a parking ticket to go to the near parking garage. I'd stay here over and over again. Staff is very kind and courteous.

After some long and hard travel, arriving to The Imperial felt like the true start of the vacation. We were greeted by friendly and welcoming staff in a magnificent main hall that exuded elegance and history all at first glance. The check-in process w Marta at the reception desk was quick and easy while still being warm and hospitable. Along with our room key, we were given perfect instructions on how to navigate the hotel and helped with booking our breakfast plans for the next day. The room itself was a perfect extension of the elegance and history on display in the main hall. The bed, bathroom, and terrace were immaculately clean and well themed to tie the whole experience together. Ordering room service was made as easy as possible by the reception staff, and our delivery was fast. Breakfast at Sketch the next morning was, from start to finish, more of the same impeccable service we had come to enjoy. The food was not only cooked to perfection, but plated perfectly as well. Our stay was delightful and made us want to immediately return before we had even left. If you can, make it a priority to stay here and enjoy all of the various amenities this wonderful place has to offer.

Really nice hotel, every staff member was very friendly. Room was clean, and well presented. Very comfortable bed, good shower facilities. No parking on the premises, but they provide a safe car park within walking distance for a reasonable price.

Very nice interior, classic design and very well maintained. Overall good service although the guy serving in the bar on the night we stayed hadn't the best attitude. And the guy we met there when we arrived said we couldn't order lunch in the bar, which I thought was strange. Room 123 was fine but the view was pretty awful. Breakfast was very good. Parking was a bit of a hassle however as it's away from the hotel and the drop off in front of the Imperial is normally very busy. Apart from a few small issues a good experience!

Fantastic hotel, Cork City is lucky to have a hotel like this. The attention to detail is great. From their water bottles to the chocolates from the English Market left in the bedroom! Breakfast is one of the best I ever had. Staff were brilliant and so helpful. Can’t wait to return

We loved our stay here. It’s in an amazing location and the hotel staff is so friendly and helpful. The only downside is the parking garage is about a 10 minute walk away. Super clean and the details here seem to all be thought perfectly out.

This is a beautiful hotel. We reserved hot tub rooms and that was fun. Very comfortable accommodations, historic building, fantastic service from every person we interacted with in this hotel. The restaurant was very yummy. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

From arrival, the experience was wonderful. It is like stepping into a bygone era, with its stunning decor and airy foyer. Check-in was swift and the room was beautiful with plenty of sockets and a large window which can be opened to allow fresh air. The room does also have air con. The beds were very comfortable. We had a triple room with three single beds and had plenty of space to relax. We were also provided with a fridge to store alt milk. Before going out to dinner, we had a lovely time in the adjoining wine bar, Sketch where we enjoyed Champagne and cocktails served by attentive and friendly staff. We all had a good sleep and the checkout experience was just as friendly as was our arrival. Luggage is stored free of charge in a room opposite the Reception desk.

Very well appointed. Rooms are extremely comfortable. We had a super king Deluxe room. No view from the window but we weren’t there for the views. ;) very close to Oliver Plunkett Street which was a delight to walk around. Great parking location nearby and very easy to walk around the city.

The standard of service from food and beverage staff was far from the 4 star status of the hotel. We could not use the shower in our room as the water pressure was very poor and the temperature lukewarm. The bath was fine however. Great central location, pleasant decor and cleanliness. An overall disappointing experience considering the nightly rate and 4 star rating of the hotel. Better training and supervision of bar and waiting staff required.

An absolutely amazing stay! Came here for our wedding anniversary from Arizona and it was wonderful. The staff treats you with care and ensures the stays are special. Our original room was very loud, which they accommodated immediately. The location is also perfect for near by attractions. Can’t wait to come back!

  • 2/5 evan b. 4 months ago on Google
The standard of service from food and beverage staff was far from the 4 star status of the hotel. We could not use the shower in our room as the temperature was only lukewarm in both the morning and evening. There was also no fridge in the room, which you would think should come standard. At dinner time, we waited 45 minutes for eventually the waitress to come and say that the kitchen was busy and another 15 minutes for the food to come out. Breakfast was horribly organised. Bring back the buffet style if you can't keep up with demand. Everyone around us was complaining and the food that came out was cold. Really disappointing. Staff also seem to not care anymore. Attitude was very poor. An overall very disappointing experience considering the nightly rate and 4 star rating of the hotel. This was our anniversary weekend and we came to cork the previous year also. The next time we visit cork, we will have to rethink the hotel we choose.

What is not to like about a stay in the Imperial. It is my favourite hotel in Cork city. Great Central location, yet peaceful old world ambiance. Steeped in history and home-comforts. I look forward to my next stay.

A beautiful, luxury hotel in the heart of Cork City. The service was friendly and very good. We had a very good experience. The jazz band playing there was brilliant. I don't like that we had to stand all the time as they had taken away all the seating. I'm too old to be able to stand for a couple of hours at a time.

If you're visiting Cork, I recommend staying here. Staff are professional, efficient and friendly. Concierge went out of her way to ensure we got parked. Served a welcome drink on arrival and greeted by lovely staff. Excellent breakfast served to your table. Definitely stay there again.

I'm giving this hotel 5 stars as the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is located right where you would want it to be to explore Cork city. The car park is located separately which is a six minute walk away but not a hassle at all. We had evening dinner in the restaurant and breakfast in the morning both were superb and again the staff were very attentive. The Imperial is tastefully decorated and very well maintained, definitely worth a stay.

Had a lovely time here at the weekend in their new cocktail bar. They serve Afternoon Tea here also, so myself and my friends treated ourselves and had a few cocktails after! The surroundings are beautiful and the Afternoon Tea and cocktails were delicious! We spent all afternoon and evening there. This is my favourite hotel in the city; so much history but still reinvents itself every few years, while still keeping the history visible.

Just back from a 2 night stay in this beautiful hotel in the centre of Cork. What an amazing hotel staff from the minute we landed at reception were so friendly and so helpful and welcoming Angel helped with our luggage such a lovely young man. We dined in the hotel restaurant beautiful food and Christine looked after us like we were royalty. We had treatments in the beautiful spa and it was 5 star and once again the staff were just amazing. Our room was beautiful and spotless and the hotel is beside lots of restaurants bars and shops we will be returning and anytime I stay in Cork it will be in the Imperial. Graham who looked after us for breakfast was great and you could tell all the staff really enjoyed working in the hotel and nothing was too much trouble for them. Congratulations to the Concierge who we dealt with today who is celebrating 37 years working in the hotel ( sorry I can't remember your name) and is a true gentleman and just brilliant at his job. So looking forward to returning again Blanaid Danielle and Deirdre 😊

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Yes, some rooms are small but full of character. Totally adequate for a couple or for me as a solo traveller. A few small room details could be improved which are too small to mention here. The location is perfect. I mean, it's the best. The breakfast was very nice and the fact you don't have to stand in line but are seated is so much better. The royal treatment. Above all else though, the staff are exceptionally friendly and cheery. This was a staycation for me because I'm from a town not too far from Cork but was a lovely stay nonetheless. I can't recommend this place highly enough. I will come again.

What an absolutely stellar place to stay. The staff was incredible. Beautiful hotel and perfect location. I recommend their breakfast too. My husband and I are from the States, and the staff went out of their way to give recommendations for cool places to visit. Really great stay.

Beautiful hotel, great location and staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, however our enjoyment of the hotel was significantly reduced by the nightclub atmosphere in Sketch. Overall this is a beautiful hotel and the staff make the experience, but consideration should be given to the price of the room , the amenities provided and the residence bar for those of us who want to enjoy the opulence of the hotel

  • 5/5 Tracy m. 1 year ago on Google
This is such a gem of a hotel. The rooms are unbelievably beautiful. Comfortable beds and pillows. Even though it is located in the heart of the City you wouldn't hear a peep from the traffic. I managed to get lost in this hotel it is bigger than you'd expect 😁 The concierge was one of the nicest men I've ever met and couldn't do enough for me. Thanks for such wonderful 2 days

What a delight! Back in December we didn't have Christmas plans when we saw their Grinch-themed 2-night Christmas package. It was our best Christmas yet! The staff spoiled us with goodies in a stocking on the door on Christmas morning, warm drinks at the door, and the festive atmosphere was amazing! Everyone was so welcoming and lovely. The food, the service, the rooms - just everything was exceptional. I'll never forget it. Highly recommend this amazing Hotel and their incredible staff.

Location is key when we book in the city and this hotel is within a 20 minute to almost everything. We had a very warm welcome by James and the staff was fantastic. Our room was very grand, loved the tall ceilings. There is a great wine bistro across from the restaurant alley side. Our only complaint would be the parking. It is about a 10 minute walk from hotel.

  • 5/5 Adrienne C. 1 year ago on Google
I only ate in this hotel and as a life-long vegetarian I enjoyed beautiful meals. On the menu was a cauliflower burger which was very tasty served with freshly cooked vegetables followed by a dish of strawberries, blueberries and sorbet. The meal was first class and not expensive. I used to eat lunch here also when in Cork city and enjoyed the food very much. The staff were excellent and it was a real home from home. There were several older people dining there alone so one fitted in perfectly. I would certainly dine in this hotel again. In addition, even though I wasn't a resident the reception staff called me taxies whenever I needed them. I would happily dine here again.

Nice hotel, no on sight parking you have to park on the other side of the water call ahead to get the location and passcode. Rooms are nice but don’t expect to get 2 people in the basic bed even 2 kids. Lots to walk around and go see. Careful about driving down the two way streets with one lane so far scariest place to drive.

  • 5/5 J S. 1 year ago on Google
Highly recommend! Staff is great. Restaurant was truly A+! Basic room has twin beds which a a bit small but the room has temperature controls which is a nice comfort. The hotel was clean and the holiday decorations were beautiful. I took advantage of a promotion that reduced my room rate and included 20 EUR towards purchases at the English Market which was a very nice perk. The only criticism is the garage is not connected to the hotel and is a bit confusing to navigate (5 min walk). Truly a good stay, in a good location!

Everything about this hotel is perfect. The staff are very welcoming and so are they receptionists. The room wasn't ready when we arrived which is fine because we had to bring our car over the car park. They took our bags and stuff whilst we went. By the time we got back the room was ready and our bags were up in the room waiting for us. The bathroom and room itself was spotless. The smart TV was also a nice touch for when you were just relaxing in the mornings. The location is also ideal in the fact that everything is just around you be it pubs and just shops in general. Also the theme in the hotel was great. Would stay here again.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The staff was lovely, and the rooms were comfortable. The rooms are not overly spacious ( we had the two twin bedroom), so keep that in mind if you like a bigger space. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. They provide water and items to make tea & coffee which was very nice. The history of the hotel is a delight. When we arrived the 76 bar was under construction which was disappointing because I booked the hotel for the 3 different eat in options. The hotel did temporarily open the bar one night for residents only to get drinks because Sketch ( other on site restaurant) was booked. 76 was a beautiful space and we loved sitting inside for drinks. Sketch requires reservations as it gets very busy! However, we did not understand the pull to the restaurant. Sadly, our breakfast did not meet the expectations we had of the place. We preferred eating out at a nearby place. Other than that, the hotel is amazing and the history makes it well worth a stay when in Cork!

To be honest, I was hopping for a lot more that they offered. They advertised Queen of Hearts package very well. But they failed to deliver. We booked in for one night Queen of Hearts package. On arrival we had the afternoon tea. It was an absolute disaster. The sandwiches had no taste. The sweets are even worse. At night, we had the 2 cocktails and another birdcage. We went for the vegan one. Again, it is nothing special. The next morning they brought us yet another cage with some breakfast bites, that were very disappointing. The breakfast is externally poor and lacking. I highly recommend the hotel to re think their chief or their menu. They really try hard to use the birdcage as a way to promote their food but they fail when it comes to the taste. The birdcage idea has so much potential, they just need to have better selection and tasty food. The food is a deal breaker to us. We will not visit again I’m afraid. However, the hospitality is great. And the bed is very comfortable. Small rooms tho. Thank you.

Booked a Friday and Saturday night for my sister and myself! Booked a room with 2 twin beds! Room was entirely too small and would have been nice had there been a room with two double bed option to reserve also! We had breakfast both mornings, options were fine, but the scones were rock hard and the soda bread was not fresh! We sat in the lounge both nights for a bit and had some wine! Staff are very social amongst themselves. I would have expected since it was a lounge atmosphere, that staff would check on tables and customers drinking, and ask if they needed a refill or anything else, but every-time we needed drinks, we had to go to the bar ourselves to order, it’s not a pub and definitely did not meet expected service from a hotel that claims they are 4 star. I checked in online, but still had to check in at the front desk upon arrival to get keys because there was no touchless key option for my phone! Check out was inconvenient, because we needed to get on the road and there was no option to check out online. I tried to call and do it over the phone from the room but they told me I had to check in at the desk before leaving! We had to wait in line behind 2 separate couples who were checking out before us for over 15” before we were “checked out”. Parking is off site, very inconvenient especially since it was pouring rain. At check in, we had to drive around twice to be able to park and unload in front of the hotel because the offload area was tiny and cars were just parked there for long periods of time on a busy street! Hotel location is good, for city center walking, shopping, dining and some nice restaurants and pubs close by! We ended up parking the car in the parking lot and just walked everywhere!

This hotel looks really pretty and grand from the inside and outside. The rooms are larger than the other hotels I stayed in Ireland. There was a small mix up with our booking, but they fixed it quickly. The staff were always professional and friendly. The hotel is also well situated. The parking is a small walk away from the main hotel building.

Really nice hotel with nice old style bedrooms. The reception staff are very welcoming and extremely friendly and the Hotel is in a great location in walking distance of all of the shops and attractions in the city. The Imperial was well located for exploring Cork. Situated near the heart of the city and the bus stations it was easy to get anywhere. James was amazing! We stayed in the Michael Collins Suite with our 5mo old. He ensured we had everything we needed to care for the baby. The Michael Collins Suite was beautifully decorated with many additional comforts. This was particularly helpful when traveling with an infant.

This is a fantastic hotel in a very convenient location. We are very familiar with this hotel as we live within a forty minute distance but it was a perfect place for a night away. It's very comfortable and has a very welcoming atmosphere. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and genuine. A perfect place to stay to experience all that our adopted city and county of Cork has to offer and ideal for locals and visitors alike. Highly recommended!

My stay at the imperial was terrific. The staff was fantastic, very helpful and welcoming. The room I stayed in was on the small side, but was not cramped. I thought it was a terrific room and was clean and well organized. The room I was in did not have a particularly strong wifi connection, but it was easy enough to of to the lobby or another part of the hotel if I need a stronger signal. The restaurant had a good selection and the food was delicious. The hotel location is in the city center, so very easy to walk to local attractions, banking, restaurants and convenient stores. God willing, should I ever travel back to Cork I would certainly try to stay at this hotel.

Just back from a 2 night stay which we really enjoyed, Our reason for giving room a 3/5 was having shower in bath would prefer walk in shower and just being picky carpet slightly stained at doorway otherwise room comfortable. I do have an issue with car park hard to find after dark and if I was a loan lady visitor I would have been feeling unsafe I'm sure in daylight it wouldn't be a problem but we had late check in. Would definitely recommend the hotel and we will be back. Great location 👌

Over €400.00 for B&B and a mediocre evening meal. The room was tatty, the service was poor and the hotel has seen better days. Service at breakfast was virtually non existent although the breakfast was poor. And piece de la resistance, you need code to access guest bathrooms in lobby. Service in bar was poor too. The general condition of hotel was poor and cleaning was below acceptable levels. Second worst hotel I ever stayed in. When I emailed GM he replied I should have brought issues to their attention at the time. My view is I should not have stayed there and certainly never will again.
