Decided against having a short period at Blarney Castle so stopped in for a quick bite and a pint. Was very impressed. Despite the great Irish Pub feel and decor, the service was great and warm. We ordered the wings and the apple crumble. I have to say that the wings are the best I have tasted. From flavour to texture to presentation. Pleasantly surprised. Will definitely visit again on my next trip to Ireland.

We called in today 5th July for lunch and received a very warm welcome. Service was very attentive but not intrusive by the two young waitresses. The food, well I'll let the pictures speak for themselves - an Irish Stew with mash, and a Stir fry noodles with chicken. Very reasonably priced and I would certainly return if the option arose. Can't say more - give it a try and I'm sure you'll agree.

Very nice b&b! Comfy beds, nice bathroom, quiet at night. All the things that you want for a good night's sleep. 2 min walk to Blarney Castle. Kitchen was closed when we arrived at 9pm-ish, but grabbed some Chinese from across the street and owners of pub had no problem having us eat in the pub and provided plates for us. Very nice! 100% approve of this lovely b&b!

€6.50 for an Americano, latte and a fruit scone with jam, butter, fresh strawberries and cream. Brilliant value. Thought I'd been undercharged but was reassured by a staff member, that was the correct charge. The staff were pleasant and professional. Plus there was a lovely atmosphere and decent music playing. I'll definitely be back.

The food is marvellous at this grand establishment. The seafood chowder with notes of fresh dill and bell pepper, it’s the most luscious meal. I highly recommend. We came for a meal and stayed for an experience. There was a football game on and it was a lovely experience to participate in. The special of the day was roast pork and that was grand as well. I say this little but big pub is a must visit for dinner after visiting Blarney Castle.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Enjoyed a fantastic lunch and our sandwiches were yummy delish! Great service with a friendly and warm atmosphere. Our waitress was so kind to go out of her way to find directions for us to bus to Cork to catch another to Dublin Airport in time for our flight. A huge thanks to all of you for the experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I went there yesterday for lunch with my son and my mum. It was my sons 3rd birthday and the two ladies and man working there we so so kind and went and got him a surprise cake and sang happy birthday to him along with the whole bar. It was so special and it made his day. The food was also fantastic!! Will definitely be returning again. Thanks so much for the fantastic hospitality.

Delightful Irish pub serving generous portions. My son wanted the seafood chowder but wanted more than just a cup, he was told, “we can make it bigger” and they did!! My husband and I had the cod fish and chips, very good. My youngest had the burger with bacon and house made ketchup, SO GOOD. The staff were friendly and attentive. Great place for a bite and a pint!

Visited this place on a coach tour to Blarney - sadly we did not get in the castle due to time restrictions so did a little exploring and found this place. Great place nice staff and good beer! What more would you want on a sunny afternoon 😉

Indo-Canadian visiting from Toronto. Excellent service and very polite and hospitable staff. Stopped here on my way back from Blarney as a solo traveller. As someone who’s very obviously a foreigner, it can be a bit daunting travelling solo at times. I was a bit apprehensive at first. However, all of the staff were very kind and attentive and I noticed they were the same with others around me. Food was great too - I took a risk and ordered the stir fry and it was actually excellent! Perfectly poured pints to go with it! Definitely recommend a visit. Staying in a hotel in Cork but I imagine the great customer service and amicable attitude extends to their BnB. I would definitely eat and stay here. Keep it up!

Ate at Muskerry arms 2 nights and they did mot disappoint. First night our group of 7 seated right away, dinner was outstanding. Had the Ribeye. Tender and cooked to perfection. 2nd night, pizza in the outdoor beer garden. Simple and tasty. When in Blarney….I recommend!

The best pub stay of our entire trip!!! Our room was large and beautifully set up, the bathroom was great, dinner delicious and breakfast a treat. Staff, location and amenities were all 5 star. Thank you for doing it so perfectly.

Fantastic pub/b&b in a great location. The landlord was really accommodating and helpful and the staff very friendly. We had dinner and breakfast here and the food/service was spot on. Would definitely stay here again. There is a car park at the back of the pub for customers use.

Blarney is a quaint little town, and Muskerry Arms is right in the middle of it all. The rooms are very nice and clean and right above the pub but without any noise from the pub. It is a short walk to the Woolen Mills store as well as the front gate to Blarney Castle. We had a great time in the pub at night and a delicious breakfast the next morning. The service was good. There is one flight of stairs up to the rooms, which is tough with luggage but manageable. I would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved this bar! Such friendly service within walking distance of the Blarney Woolen Mills hotel where we were staying. We stayed 3 nights and went to this bar all 3 nights!! ❤️❤️❤️. A small piece of home almost 4000 miles away!

Thank you to the Muskerry Arms’s team! I love the atmosphere of the pub. It’s a spacious place. I took the Muskerry breast burger (17.95€). I don’t recommend to take fries because it’s not handmade and it’s bathed in oil too.. Otherwise it’s a good burger with his salad and delicious coleslaw! Just to know they don’t have Chieftain here (Franciscan well) Share a good moment with your friends and people you love!

Stopped in for lunch after our Blarney Castle tour. Jerome greeted us with a warm Irish welcome and took great care of us while we enjoyed excellent seafood chowder and Beamish. Great experience!

Gorgeous food and unreal staff.... 😎 A stones throw from Blarney Castle. Edit: You're very welcome Ruth. We got lucky and parked at the front door. Seated by the time i got the car locked too. Kudos to you all! Busy wee area. 😎🇮🇪

Didn't stay at the B and B, but had the pub food for lunch on a trip thru Blarney. It's was delicious. The pub is quaint and clean. The service was quick and polite. I had a chicken and bacon panini and it was absolutely delicious! 👍🤤

The restaurant is charming. The food is very good, the only downside is the desserts. They don't seem to be homemade, but if they improved the desserts they would definitely earn the fifth star in my rating. I highly recommend visiting this corner of Blarney for authentic Irish food.

Nice place to stay. Food was very good. Parked in front so did not need to move car to Blarney Castle parking. Got coffee and hot tea at the Centra next door then 5 minute walk to Blarney Castle. We were first on line to kiss the Blarney Stone, no wait!

One of if not the best b&b I have ever stayed in. It has it all from comfy modern rooms to a bar that has everything you could want. To friendly staff and the best breakfast I've had in a b&b in a long time. Can't recommend this place enough. Gary the owner even took time to talk to people and the beer garden is amazing too and the wood fired pizza with 1st class. 10 out of 10 all day long.

This pub has such an authentic Irish charm and right across the street from the Blarney castle. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The staff was do friendly and the service was fast. We felt right at home! Definitely a strong recommendation

Great place for a spot of lunch. Has everything a visiting American is looking forward to in an Irish pub in probably the most iconic of Irish town's Blarney! I'm not an American myself. I found the staff excellent and very helpful and a credit to their job's. I'll definitely be dropping by again and hopefully someone else will be the driver so I can avail of a pint of the black stuff whilst there.

I stayed in the Muskerry Arms, for two nights as part of a group. I can only report good things, Jerome, meet me with a huge smile and a very genuine welcome. I felt very welcome, it was like a home from home. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were lovely, attention to the smallest of details, extremely clean. The food was excellent. There was entertainment in the bar, music was fantastic, danced the legs off me! Thank you, Jerome and Staff, for a memorable two days.

The must stay place to get an early start to visit Blarney Castle and kiss that Blarney Stone before the crowds gather! Literally 500m from the venue! The bar, restaurant etc. provided fantastic service and the boutique rooms were special, clean and comfortable! The Guiness in the main bar was 1st rate as was the service and food, and it got my road trip with my elderly mother off to a fantastic start! Book now, you won't be disappointed!

The room was tidy, but it did smell more cigarette smoke. When we told Jerome (who was incredibly nice!), he apologized and bought us a round at the bar. The waitress told us that some guests smoke in the rooms despite it being non-smoking and expressed her frustration (she was so sweet and empathetic). The staff at the bar, restaurant, and B&B are absolutely amazing. I wish we'd stayed more nights. The bar was fun, and the crowd was friendly, with a mix of locals and travelers. It was March 16th, and there was live Irish music, but it wasn't rowdy - just cheerful and fun! It was one of my favorite parts of our vacation to Ireland. Also, the Blarney Castle is REALLY close, a 5-minute walk, and actually visible from our room on the 3rd floor!

Went there for food tonight, we were told to sit where we liked, given menus given a drink and forgotten about, there were 2 other tables occupied in the restaurant we were in, around 7 waiters and waitresses and we could not get their attention at all. Worst service ever, after half an hour 1 waitress came to us, asked if we were OK. We told her we were going to order food but because we were left there for so long we decided we wouldn't bother. She said grand so we went across the road to the Claddagh restaurant, stunning food, excellent service.

Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great pub and restaurant in Blarney Village. We enjoyed a delicious meal of huge proportions.and a chat with owner Mr.O’Conner. Between this evening and the live music & atmosphere the night before we had a truly delightful experience all around.

Quite hit-and-miss. Had incredible fish and chips one week, ordered the same 2 weeks later and I couldn't finish it. But it's a good old reliable Irish pub if you're not into frills or fuss. Drinks are good, and location great.

I did not stay at the B&B but we had dinner here after the Blarney Castle and Gardens. The food is hearty and comforting Irish fare in a traditional restaurant/pub. I enjoyed the cottage pie and chips. Friendly service and a comforting meal.

Located near Blarney Castle. Pleasant family themed restaurant. Wood Paneled walls, ceilings, a knight in shining armor. Bar and touristy atmosphere, the service was efficient and comfortable. The prices were reasonable and the food was decent and good. We ordered: 2*Side dish of veggies included broccoli, cabbage and butternut squash. 3*Caesar Salad w Chicken Side veggies -Warm marinated chicken on a bed of mixed salad: per normal. 3*Large Battered Cod Fillet-Served with French fries, mushy peas, side salad & Tartare: mushy peas was nice. Cod was good, fried crispy batter with tender cod except a few thicker part.

Blarney Castle is the foundation of Blarney Village and Muskerry Arms Pub & Inn is its heart. Jerome, Gary, Jackie and Sean greet you like family whether it's your first or endless time seeing them. The entire team is terrific and willing to go the extra mile to ensure you receive service par excellence. Daily specials created by Tony, in the kitchen, and a full bar arrayed with an extensive whiskey & spirits list along with plenty of beers on tap. And cordials and tea for the non imbibers. Frequented by lifelong locals and daily tourists alike, everyone willing to offer a kind word or sort a solution to your woe. No need to rush here to order. They encourage you to sit and enjoy, taking your time to select your hearts desire. They trust you to keep a tab and take your time to savor the entire experience. Terrific live music offered Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday playing everything from Irish folk songsv and the Cranberries to Johnny Cash and AC/DC. Requests honored gladly! Multiple areas to enjoy a meal inside the pub or on the expansive outdoor Beer Garden with covered areas for the possible rain and a Pizza oven. When you come to Blarney Village, be sure to visit the Castle but allow time to savor Muskerry Arms as well. Slaintè!

A fantastic experience overall. We had a group of eight and the staff welcomed us without hesitation. The service was fantastic throughout the visit. The food was delicious. Mostly classic Irish pub fare with a few house specials.

Lovely place and very kindly they allowed us in with our pup. In Dublin is becoming more and more common for dogs to be accepted in pubs but seems to be more difficult in this part of Ireland. Great lunch and really reasonable price.

Just recently spent 5 days In The Extremely Welcoming Muskerry Arms. We can simply say food wise we have never tasted anything better. Thank You all in the kitchen for the delicious warm food especially the special bacon and cabbage. The rooms were clean to Immaculate standard. The staff went above and beyond and completely out of there way to be honest in making sure we were comfortable and looked after even as much by lighting a beautiful fire just for our 90 year old Aunt. Thank you Jerome She was warm and cosy. Jamie Thank You for Technology logic in showing us how to work the t.v. So Kind You were. Isabelle Thank You for your kindness when Our Niece was poorly in bringing the food to the room for Us. Elaine Thank You for finding Our Much Loved Bag we had left behind and handed it in. Wonderful permanent Atmosphere always a Smile no matter the request. Thank You Gary Jerome and To All your smashing smiling team. We certainly will be back. Love Ryan Pam and Family. Xx

This is a fantastic place to stay, and very reasonably priced. It is situated in the beautiful village of blarney, right beside the castle. The rooms are lovely and spotlessly clean. The food is top class but above all else, the staff are amazing. So attentive, friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back, and cannot recommend it highly enough. 5 star's
