This is a great little attraction. It's pretty small and you wouldn't need to spend more than an hour here. But is very informative and for such a small space they have managed to use the space well. I have visited twice, once with adults and once with a 5 year old. The 5 year old did enjoy it but she was obsessed with the Titanic at the time, even so she fairly galloped through the exhibitions. They had exhibitions especially designed for children, but at 5 years old probably a year or two too young. There was plenty of reading so the adults got more out of the experience than she did. Still I am glad I went and the 5 year said it was good too.

A super experience, Joan was fantastic! I loved her enthusiasm and how she brough the story to life. Such deep knowledge. It was great to hear the Irish history of the Titanic passengers. I loved following the journey of who I was as a passenger too, nice little touch. I highly recommend.

100% worth the trip down to Cobh from Cork if you’re in the area. Super informative and surreal. Great to learn about some of the local families who involved with titanic. The music in some of the rooms was a bit loud when our guide was speaking but not a huge deal.

I was able to walk the same path the final group of passengers walked to board the tender which then took them to the Titanic. I was given a First Class passenger ticket of a real woman (Lillian) who boarded in this area. At the end of the tour, I was able to find out what happened to her. Lillian, did survive the Titanic, however her husband William did not. She went on to marry two more times in Wisconsin.

What an amazing experience this was. Although relatively short, it was packed full of interesting facts and stories, and the guides were very knowledgeable. Our teenage grandson found it fascinating, so it must have been good!

It was just ok for us. Somethings were more interesting to look at, but I wouldn't go to see as a standalone item to see (Part of our 13 hour bus tour).

Amazing place, interesting facts. The guides were very knowledgeable. It was bit expensive for the duration of the tour. Got to see a lot of pictures and read a lot of facts. Definitely worth visiting once when in Cobh.

Fantastic experience and a must visit. Children find this interesting as we actually walk through as ticketed named passengers. Go through with the guide to definitely add a great deal more to your knowledge. Jackie was our guide and made the walk through very real and inclusive. This is the very White Star building and pier passengers set sail from. As advertised an hour or more is necessary especially for those interacting with the displays. Extremely well done and a great bonus to the Cobh visit also making the Titanic much more personal. Thank you.

We enjoyed this unique trip through history as seen through the eyes of an Irish passenger. Before your journey, you are given a name of an Irish passenger and at the end you will get to see if your passenger survived. The guided tour is not too long but it is informative. I would recommend it.

Interesting to hear and experience the Irish context to the Titanic. Like Purser McElroy with Captain Smith. Good value, worth a visit. Great tour guide and staff.

I can highly recommend the museum. Few interactive displays and knowledgeable guide made our tour very special. Prices for the tickets aren’t expensive. Beside there is a nice restaurant with fresh food and drinks for all ages 😊 Walk around Cobh was very enjoyable. Colourful houses and green areas look nice and welcoming. It’s a lovely little town full of historic places and facts.

A short tour that provides insight to the passengers from Cobh that joined the Titanic voyage. Friendly staff, animated tour guides, and great displays. The tour is worth visiting at least once.

Titanic enthusiasts this is a must-see. It's inexpensive and interesting. You get your boarding card with a name from one of the actual Titanic original passengers. You'll hear amazing and sad stories of the lives of many. The original pier that passengers used to board the tenders to shuttle them to the awaiting Titanic for her maiden voyage to New York city, which many never made it. The pier received the name heartbreak pier for obvious reasons, many of the passengers could only afford one way tickets and didn't know when or if they would return to Ireland. Sadly many never had the chance. I highly recommend this great museum, the lady that walked us through and told us the story of the building the museum is in. It's the original building, where you'll stand in the same spot as many passengers stood waiting to board the tender boats. It'll have you left amazed!! The town of Cobh has so much to offer for tourists.

Great little exhibition and tour. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The original building and remains of the White Star Line's pier give you goosebumps, amazing to see. This is a small tour and exhibition but full of real life survivors stories and an amazing experience. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting Cobh.

You can also look around the museum at your leisure. I think my whole family enjoyed it.

Great experience learning about the Titanic, it's journey and its fate! Excellent narration by staff. The gift store had a wide array of souvenirs to choose from. Very close to the port where our ship was docked and walking distance to bars, restaurants, and the church! Beautiful picturesque town! Hidden gem!

We had an amazing experience here. Joan our guide was fabulous and super friendly. The cashier with the Italian grandfather was also so sweet sharing about her ancestry. This isnt a huge exhibit but it’s just the right amount to give you a sense of what the passengers on the Titanic experienced. I highly recommend

This is a little dated and corny, but the price is reasonable (11 Euros) and I still enjoyed it. We also saw the Titanic museum in Belfast and these complemented each other well.

Love the way the history of RMS Titanic was preserved for us to learn. It was such a great experience for me and how we got to see things from way back. This place is definitely worth visiting. If you purchase an online ticket for a time before 11am, you get a 10% discount.

The tour was a great addition. Upon arrival you are given a boarding pass and told who you are and what class of passenger. This is the actual place where the last passengers entered to take the small boost to the Titanic. It paints a real picture of the distance of social classes and the loss. When the tour finishes, you are directed to the museum where you can learn "your" history and whether or not you survived!

Was very excited this was on port stop on our cruise. And didn't disappoint. One of favorite Titanic museums I've been too. Part guided tour/part self-guided. Our guide was AMAZING! The building is the old White Star Line ticket office. As she told the story of the passengers that stood in that very building was a bit emotional.

I am so glad we visited the titanic experience. The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. You walk thru the originals path where the last passengers boarding the titanic did. They give you the name of one of the passengers that boarded the ship there and at the end you learn their fate. I absolutely enjoyed the whole experience.

Definitely a must visit if you’re interested in the history of titanic overall. The titanic experience is a guided tour with a narrator who’ll give you all the info on when the titanic docked in Ireland

Great imersive experience. Real stories of the last Titanic stop. Real photos taken by a Titanic passenger. Tour organised like a journey to the most known vessel of all times.

Cobh or Queenstown as it was known back then, was the last port of the Titanic and the original boarding platform is still visible and seen as part of the tour . If you book before 11am it's a bit cheaper , €9.90pp. the tour lasts around 30mins and you are given a boarding pass with a name. Part of the experience is to hear what you experienced on the ship depending what class you were traveling in and if you survived , which you will find out at the end using one of the interactive screens. Makes it more fun and realistic. All the staff were friendly and our guide well informed

Really liked this one from the start - not just a simple museum, but also some interactive experience. We booked tickets on the internet and arrived a bit earlier, since there were quite a lot of people waiting. Actually, I think it's really worth visiting

It's a nice experience to do and it's also right that the staff keep these memories alive. Cobh had an important role in that event. Join at the tour and you'll find out why.

Best museum in Europe about Titanic. Small but very beautiful since the guide explains very good about the people and history regarding the last city Titanic stopped in before heading towards the Atlantic. Amazing reconstruction of the 3rd class room, they should have done a bit more beautiful the 1st one since in the real photos of the boat looks fancier, good shop where you can get the souvenirs, a room containing some rests of the Carpathia boat that rescued the Titanic passengers and a very beautiful room where you can find very nice monitors showing you the history of the passengers, general infos, quiz and especially a beautiful construction that recreates the smells of different things on the ship such as the brandy that gentlemen used to drink, the gym smell and so many others such as 3rd class members socks ahaha. The building itself was the structure in which the passenger walked to reach the boarding deck. Only thing I suggest is that lower floor on which they waited for boarding and now is replaced by a café should also be included as a part of the museum. Very recommended by a great Titanic lover like me.

Very interesting experience with a different approach from what we usually know about the titanic, it’s a short experience but I very much enjoyed it, what I liked the most was the staff, since the moment my friends and I arrived they were so friendly and professional. I Can tell they are passionate about it and they transmitted it to us.

It's quite a smaller museum compared to the one in Belfast. But I had pleasant experience during my visit, as you'll be acting as the passanger as you going through the guided tour part. It is a fun activity to do while you are visiting Cobh.

Only ok, a little overpriced for what it was, going from room to room watching videos with a guide. The guide was a nice young guy but with an accent that was not easy to understand even for me, the only English speaker on the tour group, also any information given there could be watched online with a translation. The only bit that couldn't was actually standing in the footsteps of the last passengers to board, but they stood on the street outside the building too, so, to me it wasn't really worth the entrance fee.

I thought this would be cheesy, but it was totally worth it! It was a reasonably priced tour and very interactive. The tour guides were awesome, and it really brought the last moments of the Titanic to life. It made me want to watch the James Cameron movie again. Seeing heartbreak pier in person made it really hit home.

Great experience at the museum. The tour guide was lovely. Plenty of interactive options for learning different facts about the Titanic. What made my visit extra special was receiving my relatives name on a ticket and seeing her background featured inside. Would highly recommend.

Really enjoyable and informative tour staff. Great value for 12 Euro each and book in advance online because time slots fill up and you just jump the long queue at the entrance because you've pre booked your tour time slot. Very interesting, interactive and worth the money! Plus great gift shop!

My family of four loved our visit to the Titanic Experience in Cobh. I would recommend buying tickets in advance. We did not do so and waited 40 minutes for us to be able to do a tour. The tour is interactive, as each person is given a name card of a person from Queenstown who boarded the Titanic that day. Our tour guide did a great job at explaining the details of each display and sharing about the relevant details of the time. At the end of the tour there was 2-3 rooms of interactive screens, etc. I was encouraged to see how engaged my 16 and 9 year old daughters were. I would highly recommend. The only feedback I have: -the tour has several seating opportunities but our group was so large only half the people were able to sit. Make the groups smaller so everyone has an opportunity to sit in the seated section. -additionally several items from the gift store were out of stock (specific posters) or the sizes we needed were out of stock on several of the shirts.

It's a short tour, but what you get is very good. The tour guide was really good and told a great story. It is guided for the first part and then you get time alone in an exhibition at the end. Overall, it's worth doing if you're in Cobh, but I wouldn't go just for it as it's short.

Great day out with family for a very informative tour of the history of the Titanic.Hard to believe this was the last stop for so many passengers on that fateful day. A quick 20 minutes guided tour followed by a self-guided tour makes this a great outing for the whole family. Especially very interesting is the final part of the tour where one can see information of the survivors and non-survivors and background information that really hits home how many Irish families was affected by this tragedy.

Such a lovely tour. Smaller than othet Titanic tours we have been to, but done so well. Don't miss it. Please book in advance as they sell up quickly. They only do small groups at a time.
