I'm a Secular Franciscan and I had my profession in 2017. Always a lovely and warm homily and invitation in this church. They have two side altars too, one dedicated to St Anthony and the other dedicated to St Clare. Each Tuesday, there is a special mass dedicated to St Anthony and Fr Hiliary says it. Pax et bonum

During the lockdown, when my own Church was closed, I had Mass on my TABLET from this Big Beautiful Church in Cork Ireland. It is Gorgeous inside, and the Priests are wonderful. There are lots of Masses. I plan to visit Ireland next year, God willing. When I do, I will visit Cork and see this gorgeous place. Anyone visiting Ireland, I would recommend a trip to this lovely Church. The Priests would make you welcome as I'm sure Jesus will.

I've casually found out this Church while walking around Cork. It caught immediately my attention, thanks to the flowers and the stained glass in the entrance. Unfortunately, the indoors are really simple and not really my type. It seems really popular though, because lots of people visit the church. I recommend a little visit in it.

Great architecture lovely stain glass windows at the entrance of the church Great place to come and pray in cork city cork has the best churches in ireland and is a real cathedral city. I also like the way they have the eucharistic adoration cross out on the alter

A quiet place to sit and reflect. Not like the hassle and bustle just outside the doors.

Possibly the biggest church in Cork City Centre. An incredibly beautiful church and always attracts tourists. It's large look from the outside is matched with great depth inside. An array of mesmerising mosaics present through the church. Confessions are heard in in the daytime on saturday before evening mass. They have mass at 7.00am on a Sunday which is the earliest in Cork City and is followed by mass at 09.00am and 12.00pm Sundays. Sunday masses are well received with people from different social and political classes coming together to pray and give witness to God. Only church I know of in Cork City that does not take any collections of money during mass. It's not rare to see people outside the church begging for spare change, it's part and parcel being a church in a City Centre.

I went to the church in a state of desperation after my brothers death. I requested a private consultation. The brother listened to me and consoled me. I emerged with a light heart. It was only afterward I realised that because of works to the church there was no heating in his room and he patiently gave me his time. I was warm in a thick overcoat. Thank you thank you brother. Praise the Lord Jesus for you

The Christmas and Easter celebrations in this church are beautiful. A very convenient spot for some prayer and weekly confessions in town.
