Arrived late after work and the bathroom was dirty: sink, toilet and shower hadn't been cleaned at all. The next morning I asked at the reception to please send someone to clean it and someone left new towels but the bathroom was exactly as dirty as the previous day. Pity because the girl at the reception is lovely and the rooms are not bad.

DO NOT STAY HERE SUMMER 2023. They are renovating the apartments and begin work at 6am, every single day. Jackhammers, skips, the whole lot. It's criminal that they are allowed to charge for these places during this time. There is zero airflow in the rooms, so you have to sleep with the window open - which makes the sounds even worse. If I wasn't here for work and had to stay, I would have been out of here after the first night. Awful, awful place.

Booked a week and wish we had hadn't. This is student accommodation at hotel prices. No info on checking in, no wifi, poorly equipped kitchen, noisy location and very poor communication from the UCC staff. Thank goodness for the lovely Centra staff downstairs and Kingsley Hotel (check out the riverside bar) over the road. If you're looking to relive your student days (and not in a good way) this is for you ☹️

I was dreading staying here when I heard work booked student accommodation as hotels were all booked out. Have to say I really. Enjoyed my four days. Rooms were great. I would definitely stay again.

I enjoyed my stay here, rooms were quite nice, and the place was overall in a pleasant location. But in saying this I do have to admit that these folks at the front desk are not helpful at all and the appliances were worn out really bad.

I lived there for a year and it couldn't be better. Great apartments, well secure, well furnished, really comfortable. Great staff, the few times I had some problem they sent help right away.

A typical University accommodation, but it could do with refurbishment and little improvements here and there. WiFi- they need to fix it asap for every devices

Every room has its own bathroom but the fees and fines are a hassle.

Dreadful experience. Email confirmation gives no instructions at all as to where/how to park. It gives a pin code for some reason even though you have to check in & gain a fob! Carpark is underground, we got in there then couldn't get out - half 10 at night ....no phone signal, buzzers or contact details, luckily after 20 minutes someone came in to park so we could get out! It's not an apartment it's scruffy student digs with 4 single beds & you're charged a privilege for all of this. Won't be going back & wouldn't recommend to anyone besides some teenage lads travelling for a few days! I won't rant any longer but I was disappointed vs all other places I stayed whilst travelling around Ireland.

High quality accomodation. Summer rental available on a per night basis, usually functions as student accommodation during college term. Some apartments have balconies, all rooms en-suite. Underground parking, walking distance to city centre. Centra store nextdoor.

Nice cosy rooms, comfortable bed and cool shared space. Great view from the top floor. Security staff were a bit sassy, but sure it was grand, they got the job done.

Not a B&B, so don’t expect breakfast or family connection; but it’s great accommodations for multiple people, with kitchen, common area, and each room its own bathroom. Beats any hotel, and is cheaper.

The accommodation was nice, clean, quiet and comfortable but administration system didn't work very well. There was no record of our payments on arrival so my friend paid twice and then struggled to get a refund back because her details got lost. It added unnecessary stress to our trip. My shower just sort of dribbled out and I just put up with it because it wasn't worth the hassle of going to reception again. I wouldn't recommend the breakfast pack, its a slice of bread, small cereal box, apple, yoghurt, orange juice. It felt like too much and didn't feel more convenient. You could just buy a box of cereal, a pint of milk, a loaf of bread and pack of apples from the shop downstairs for the week and save yourself alot of euros. It would be better if they had a help yourself buffet to reduce food waste. Found it strange that we only had 4 sachets of coffee for the whole week for the whole flat but a new carton of milk every day per person which noone needed.

Faulty fobs, mattresses rock hard, staff had no idea what key fob belonged to which door. Actually got woken out of bed by receptionist accompanied by security over mix up of the apartment of which the key fob I was given was supposed to open a different apartment in what I was in. Nightmare experience.

Helpful friendly staff and lovely location. About a fifteen minute walk to the city centre. Accommodation is modern with elevaters/lifts to all floors.

Nice place to stay if you aren't looking for the hotel experience. Cook in eat out or have food delivered. Bus stop short distance away or hail a cab. Cost is very reasonable and away from the tourist scene.
