Would highly recommend Carole Ville Bed and Breakfast. Susan and her family are very welcoming and friendly. The rooms are spotless and very comfortable. The breakfast is plentiful to set you up for the day. I have stayed here a few times now and I definitely will stay here again. So if your looking for a friendly and comfortable place to stay I would definitely recommend Carole Ville.

We ended up here, because all the places were booked in the city we wanted to visit. It was clean and nice and our hostess was pleasant and very helpful. Breakfast was less than amazing. We were looking forward to a fresh cooked breakfast but ended up with a continental breakfast instead. Instant coffee, is not the way to go in any country. The room was clean and ready, with the second bed option that we have found in many of our stops. Maybe it was the time of year of our visit, but check what breakfast options will be before you stay.

We had a wonderful stay in Susan's BnB for the time we spent here in Cork. The location of the BnB is in a very quiet area, yet close to the centre and very easy to reach by bus as well as on foot. Our newly renovated room was spotless and very comfortable: comfortable beds, bright and spacious, including bathroom (with rain shower! :D) and toilet. Also great were the little shampoo, shower gel and conditioner – just like in a hotel! Susan and her family were very welcoming and more than helpful – we were given lots of suggestions for things to do and places to eat, as well as tips on public transport. We stayed in this fabulous B&B for Jazz weekend in October! There was four of us and we all really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were spotless and comfortable and the host Susan was so accommodating to us and helpful she knew all the good spots in cork city for food and drinks! Location is great and plenty of parking too! She even dropped us into the city which was so nice of her. We will definitely be back to this B&B for our next trip to Cork ✨

Stayed with my mom..Susan went out of her way to make our stay so comfortable. I would describe it as a home away from home. Very comfortable beds. Very comfortable B&B. Great breakfast.Very close to Mater Private. Mahon Shopping centre and Bus stop just outside main entrance to bring you into city.

Susan was fantastic to deal with from the offset. I booked on behalf of my parents and Susan was only ever a text or phone call away with any questions I had. My parents had a very warm welcome upon arrival. The rooms were spacious, spotless, quiet & comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and my parents were thrilled with their stay.

The walk to the centre is about 30 minutes. For us the location was perfect because we visited the "Live at the Marquee". Susan was very friendly and gave us lots of tips. She even drove us to the train station. The breakfast was wonderful and our room very clean and nice. We had a great night's sleep. Thank you so much Susan!

We stayed at this beautiful Bed and Breakfast on Friday as we were attending the live at the marquee shows. The accommodation is perfect, the rooms are spotless. This is definitely a 5 star B&B. Highly recommended. The house is immaculate. Delicious breakfast with the best quality foods. Beautiful house in one of the best locations in Cork city. Great pubs and restaurants on your doorstep. Just a few minutes bus ride to city centre. But stop just outside. To cap all this, it is run by two of the kindest people. You will definitely enjoy your stay in Carole Ville B&B.

We stayed for a whole week and it couldn't have been better! The room had the perfect size and plenty of storage space. Everything was perfectly clean and the bed was super comfy. It's very close to the bus stop which makes it super easy going to the city center. The breakfast was also really good, with plenty of options to choose from. But the best part was the kindness with which Susan and Dennis received us. They were always available and gave us a lot of suggestions of things to do and places to eat. They definitely made our stay a lot better! Would stay there again no doubt! Totally recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of staying with Susan at the Carol Ville Bed & Breakfast. I cannot rate Susan and everyone highly enough, they are amazingly friendly and her warm welcome made me feel at home and made my stay as comfortable as possible. The location is excellent, the rooms are perfect and the breakfast was simply the best. Susan and her family are truly amazing hosts who went the extra mile and it was greatly appreciated. I look forward to staying with them again in the not too distant future!

Susan the host and her husband where fantastic and so helpful. We stayed for one night as we where going to the airport in the morning and they were so helpful and accommodating even helped draw a map to the airport for us. The rooms where so fresh and clean I love this and would stay again the breakfast was just perfect for us. Was giving 4stars for location but then realised it has a bus if needed right outside that goes into Cork City if that's what your looking for so up it to the 5stars.

My husband and I stayed five nights at this lovely bed-and-breakfast, operated by Susan and Dennis. Our hosts could not have been more accommodating. This Inn is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, near the city center of cork Ireland. The accommodations are very comfortable, immaculately clean, and they serve a wonderful breakfast. Susan and Dennis understand customer service and have a passion for what they do. If you like, you can take the city bus into the city center of Cork. The bus stop is literally right across the street. They were very helpful in answering our questions and additionally, had some wonderful suggestions on things to do in the area. When we return to Cork, we will absolutely stay at their lovely inn. Thank you so much Susan and Dennis for making our stay so comfortable.

We had a lovely time during our stay. The home and room are clean and well appointed. Our hosts were kind and welcoming. They offered great suggestions for local day trips! We would definitely stay here again!

Carole Ville Guesthouse was probably my best experience in B&B. It's owned by a traditional and charming Irish family with great human quality and awesome dedication to their work. Susan, Denis, and Lord Benji are extremely friendly and welcoming, and that is a plus. Breakfast was super delicious too

We stayed there for a wedding that was close by, and it was an amazing service from start to finish great great family run BMB. We were running late to the wedding and they offered us a lift to the hotel which was greatly appreciated. The rooms are very nice and comes with a really nice breakfast. Would highly recommend.

Best and friendliest B&B I've ever stayed in! We got the prettiest, newly renovated room, which was always cozy and warm when we got home in the evening. Breakfast was amazing and served with so much love and joy! Susan and her husband created a lovely, comforting atmosphere, gave us plenty of great insider tips on what to do in Cork, and even insisted on giving us a ride to the train station. 12/10 would recommend!

Wonderful and charming Bed&Breakfast with a very kind and helpful host 😊 We stayed for 1 night during our Ireland roadtrip and felt warmly welcomed by Carole! The breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of options to choose from, our twin bed room was very cute and cozy. The b&b is just a short drive by car from Corks center and apparently there is a good bus connection as well. Definitely recommend to stay there - next time for more than 1 night!

There are not enough stars to give to this hidden gem! Excellent pricing, spotless, absolutely delicious breakfast with the best food quality, the hostesses are excellent persons and very generous. They are always there to give you a hand whenever you need to. This place is fantastic, really.

This place was more than excellent. It was truly a remarkable experience. The hosts are the kindest people I have met and the room was pristine. They were always very accommodating and even helped us move our luggage when we were checking out. It is a hidden gem right next to the bus stop that takes you to City Centre and to Mahon Point. There is also a nice park to walk and some pubs nearby. Staying at this BnB was a far better experience than many hotels. I will definitely visit again!

I never write reviews though I've travelled to several countries and several hotels/ bnb's simply because I don't find a big urge to. However I just HAD to write about this wonderful stay. The stay is set in a quaint neighborhood and you feel like you're a part of neighborhood instantly. Susan and her lovely mother are extremely kind, accommodating and attentive hosts. If I visit Cork again, I know I'm not going to any other place. Rooms are extremely neat, it's a quiet place and breakfast is served too. 10/10 recommend this.

Attended a concert last night with my two daughters. Arrived in Cork with no where to stay. I rang Carole Ville but they were booked up. Susan rang me back to say to come ahead that she’d sort us out. Susan her husband and her mother couldn’t do enough for us. We were made feel so welcome. They were so friendly and helpful. Can't rate this place highly enough. An absolutely beautiful continental spread for breakfast (I'm a vegan, but if I wasn't I'd have devoured everything there - smoked salmon, boiled eggs, meats and cheeses, presented fabulously) lovely fruits and coffee and breads! The room was spotless, comfortable, the beds perfect. Tasteful decor, very clean and fresh, yet cosy. Despite all this, the highlight has to be the couple who run this guest house - a nicer two people you wouldn't meet! Nothing was too much trouble, they looked after us as if we were close friends to be honest, truly lovely individuals who I hope to meet again someday. Thanks so much for everything, and for the most delicious relish that will put a smile on my face with every spoonful 😄😉🥰

A lovely bed and breakfast with really nice owners. We stayed at their house for one night and it was absolutely great. After a very warm welcome we got in our room and it was wonderful and very clean. The breakfast was also wonderful. There is a buffet with all things you need for your breakfast. I really recommend a stay at Carole Ville B&B.

On one side of the house they said they have remodeled it and it definitely shows! The rooms were beautiful and the bathroom and showers were absolutely heavenly! They serve a simple but delicious breakfast of assorted cheeses, meats, toast, yogurt, and cereal but every bit of was absolutely delicious and they had plenty enough to eat! The owners of the establishment were very kind very friendly people with a mission to just make sure your having a good holiday! Making sure to give us plenty of recommendations for food and places to visit! If for any reason we were ever back in the area in Ireland we would definitely stay here again

Carole Villa B&B is an excellent choice for the traveler who wants value for money, cleanliness, a fresh, comfortable bed, all the normal expectations- ensuite, hairdryer, closet, lovely living room (separate from family quarters). Enjoy a lovely, leafy walk with beautiful examples of old style family irish homes on a walk of approximately 15/20 minutes to city center. Or if you are not in the walking mood then regular bus stops right outside the door.... The hospitality from the hostess, is absolutely one of the finest examples I have experienced in all my travels (work related) in a long time. She has (and willingly offers) a wealth of knowledge from a born and bred Cork city girl's perspective. It's lovely. 10/10

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Carole B and B. Will definitely be back. The hosts were so lovely and helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The rooms were spotlessly clean in a great location only a 30 minute walk from city centre and 15 minute walk to Blackrock Castle and observatory. Mahon point shopping centre was nearby with great shops and cinema. There was a bus stop right outside the door which ran regularly and brought us to city centre. We will definitely be back. We recently stayed over for a weekend as we wanted to explore Cork city. The location made Cork city very accessible. The place is charming and very safe. The host was very friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay great. I definitely recommend the place and we will definitely be back!

It was really a wonderful stay. Room, bathroom, breakfast area, all are well maintained and very luxurious. Host and her family are very friendly. She took care of all our needs. Bus stop is just in front. Also parking space is nice and big. Location and neighbourhood is really quiet. They cleaned the room and bathroom everyday. Electric kettle and hairdryer are there. I would highly recommend this B&B. And I personally would like to stay here again, if I ever plan to visit cork.

One of the best experiences of our maiden visit to the city of Cork was the stay, Susan, Dennis and the entire family are really wonderful. The bnb is close to bus stop, is very well maintained, rooms linens and towels were changed everyday making the stay extremely pleasurable. I would definitely recommend this stay to anyone planning to visit and discover Cork.
