Rooms are ok. They should setup handwash and bin bags before the guest arrive. It's a self catering b&b and no cereals ,just few bread provided

Brisk but competent reception. Rooms clean if a little worn. Main downside is firstly noise: You can hear everything that's going on in the hallway or next door rooms. It's on a main road. Second thing is the breakfast: It's ver sparse. The crockery and cutlery is not very clean.

We spent one night here in a family room. The hostess was friendly and there was the sweetest dog there too. Off street parking is available and we had a beautiful view from our room. Our room was clean and decorated nicely with modern, stylish furniture and a flat screen TV. The bathroom was small but adequate, there was however no soap. There were no pubs or restaurants close by as far as I know, but we drove into Douglas which was less than a five minute drive for dinner. Our beds were comfortable and the linen crisp. There was a block out blind and the guest house was quiet during the night. There is not a cooked breakfast available however there is a dining room with tea, coffee, toast and cereal available for breakfast. This was the best establishment we stayed in during our 8 night stay.

Julie is lovely and we enjoyed our 2-night stay. The location was perfect for exploring Cork, the rooms were spacious, Julie's recommendations for dinner were great, and her coffee was the best we had in Ireland. My one concern is that I wish I had known about no credit cards being accepted before I arrived. I may have missed it on the website or on email communications, but that was a definite drawback.

The service experienced in the coach house was something else. Julie was so lovely and even dropped us to where we were going in the city so we didn't need to get a taxi, I don't think this is something anyone can expect when they stay but it goes to show what a lovely accommodating person she is. Location was good, rooms were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

We booked three nights and got let down when on the day my room was not available and had to stay miles from my friends there was no cups or kettle in the rooms and breakfast was toast that we had to make ourselves

Very Friendly, cannot do enough for you to make your stay memorable, my number one choice of stay anytime I visit Cork City again, would like the opportunity to return their hospitality and offer them a place to stay in Spain on a visit... Thank you

Super bad service, the lady was extremely rude on the phone and hung up on me just for asking a question. What a horrible way to treat people.

The owners are so kind and accommodating! They help you get around the town if needed. It’s a bed and breakfast yet it’s very private which is nice. Beds are very comfortable, tv in the room and wifi is included which is really nice considering I work from home… even when on holiday. If I ever return I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Anyone who gives a bad review is out of their minds and probably miserable in life because my boyfriend and I were more than satisfied!!!! Come here!!!
