Very bad customer service, especially the old man Manager. In his mind, there is only profit. All the facilities are old. The toilet is very slow, so very messy. The most ridiculous is the shower has no water at all. When it's fixed, the water temperature can't be adjusted. Too hot or too cold. We wait for a long to fix, even until we left. I don't recommend it to anyone!

Very close to campus which is nice. The staff is friendly, but the apartment is nothing like the pictures. When we arrived there was mold in the compost bin, multiple lights out including the only bathroom, freezer door broken. One small fridge for 6 people, and the laundry is EXPENSIVE. €5 for one load.

A decent apartment. The toaster was broken and noise complaints were common before 10pm despite the lack of set quiet hours. Springs in the beds weren't very comfortable either. But it was nice and close to the city centre and super cheap.

I have to book somewhere to stay in Cork last minute and I couldn’t find any other alternative. I ended staying here and the place was very basic. This was not a problem because it wasn’t expensive. My problem was the cleaning. There was dust and cobwebs everywhere and that made me feel uncomfortable. The toilet area smelled (I guess because of a piping problem). To finish it off there were students staying during the summer and the noise of their parties kept us awake well after 3am. We had to find something alternative further away and move out after a couple of nights. We had a refund for the nights we didn’t stay.

Student accomodation that is rented out in summer. An appartment is a couple of rooms (each with their own sink), a living-room+dining+open-plan kitchen and a toilet/shower. It was clean and staff were friendly and available. We can easily recommend it if you do not set your expectation-level to a "normal" appartment. Pros: - price - clean and everything worked (fridge, microwave, hob, kettle, shower etc.). - friendly and helpful staff - Close to the city centre (convenient busses and a City-Tours-Bus close by). We walked into town in about 15 minutes. Saw many bikes. - car-parking (entrance is in the Goal Walk rather than the Western Rd, so best set Satnav for that). Cons: - kids said it smelt a bit. - Western Rd noise was audible at front (but not bad). - No food-shops round the corner.

Very convenient for students but maintenance of the general building and area is poor.

Pleasant appearance, clean and well maintained, son going into 3rd year in college and always stayed here, never had a problem and the management and friendly and helpful.

Affordable and comfy of you are traveling with a bunch of people. They also provide kitchen attached to dorms so 9f you need to cook some quick snack 🥨. Near to UCC so you can visit campus of you want.

Expensive student houses. Just few minutes from bioscience building, university college cork. Must book in advance to get a place as it's always busy. There is a coffee shop and groceseries inside the housing area.
