The bathroom in the Costa without fail are the most disgusting I have come across. Are use this Costa every few weeks when I take a trip down to Little Island. I can’t fault all its other services, but I must say the bathrooms are a massive letdown. They are leaking, often without toilet roll, visibly dirty everywhere, extremely rundown.

Great selection of cakes to munch on. All the classic coffee options. Loads of space to chill and relax with a friend over a cuppa. Clean, friendly staff. Closes a little early in my opinion. Would be nice to enjoy a little coffee break after work in a spacious venue.

Very poor service and not even a smile or apology for not giving cake slice with my tea and leaving me wait at til while served 5 more people after I had already paid. It had taken long enough to get served in first place even. Every unoccupied table around the cafe was dirty and with plates, cups not removed. The cake however was lovely when I got it and tea was fine but just not good service at all. Perhaps understaffed but manners and a smile are not hard to manage at the counter surely. I never give negative reviews but this really warranted it.

Very very nice place! Friendly staff and cool music!! I generally like every version of Costa but this place is really special! Very spacious, lots of soft seats! Didn’t wanna leave:)

This is a spacious Costa! Lots of sitting room. Friendly people and love the menu items. Plenty of parking too, and saw lots of dogs on the patio where they can enjoy their coffee too. ☺️ Hot chocolate was delicious!

A lovely male staff member saved my life with ciffe just before they were closing fair play I appreciate Costa to be honest. All sugar free milk alternatives available lovely strong coffee.

Arrived at Costa at a quite time, 2 people in queue and about 3 tables with people . I used the Bathroom first and must say it was disgusting, no toilet paper and very dirty. When I came back out to get a seat I counted 11 uncleared dirty tables. We found a clean one and sat. My we had no milk and my cup was dirty. I went back to the counter to change the cup and get milk and highlighted the issue that there are no clean tables and people are clearing them themselves! The staff member said 'yeah we have no staff'. (6 behing the counter!) Won't be back.

This branch of Costa is in a convenient location. It's a typical costa menu. Coffee is as you'd expect. The cafe is big and has and has plenty of seating and very friendly staff but frankly the toilets are appalling. It's the infrastructure not a lack of effort by staff, who are excellent. There's water leaking from sinks, apparently no, or totally inadequate ventilation and utterly bizzare layout that places two urinals basically blocking access to one of the cubicles! You'd expect consistently modern facilities from a big multinational brand like this. It shouldn't be a revolting experience to use the facilities!

Great place for good coffee and relaxing atmosphere. Loved the nibbles as well. Well worth a visit.

Costa Standard- I asked for flat white for here, they put a plate but coffee it was in paper cup and plus lovely design on top, thank you Costa 6.95€

It's my family go to coffee shop. Love the variety.

We went there this evening and didn't have the best experience. I ordered my coffee, in a takeaway cup from the gentleman taking the orders. We waited a short time before the lady passing out the coffees called out my order. As I was next in the queue to receive my order, everyone ahead of us had already left the queue, without hesitation, I went up and took my coffee, thanked the lady and turned by back to put milk and sugar into it at the smaller counter on the right of the till. A couple of seconds later, I heard my boyfriend say "no no, that's what she ordered too". I turned around when I was finished and the lady passing out the coffees was mid throwing her eyes up and shaking her head in disgust. I went to my boyfriend and asked what happened. He said that the man behind us in the queue clearly ordered the same as me and the lady went to pass the coffee to him and was visibly taken back when I went up to collect the coffee. She proceeded to sigh and shake her head and gesture her annoyance to the man at my taking what she believed to be his coffee. There was a long queue behind us and there was other customers looking so I approached the lady and informed her that I too ordered that specific coffee and that I was the next in line so I didn't see what was the issue with me assuming it was mine, surely it didn't inconvienience her? She brushed it off and continued on her business. We waited another while as my boyfriend had yet to receive his coffee. When the man behind me went to collect his coffee, she apologised, seemingly on my behalf. The man of course, oblivious to what happened and appeared confused. I found it a humiliating experience but more so, I found her to be extremely rude, to make such a song and dance about this harmless situation, mistakes happen afterall, but to make faces and gestures behind my back and apologise to the man behind me and not to me? There are many other over priced coffee chains nearby to go where each employee is more friendly and helpful then the next . Costas, should take note, some but not all of their employees should really do better.

Very disappointed with Costa, I always loved their Cafe in Douglas, Cork City and Little Island, but my last few trips, I found the Cappuccino badly made, so Costa is gone off my list.

If you need to relax with a nice coffee, that is your place. Sometimes can be very busy, but they have free WiFi too.

Staff in Island Costa warm and welcoming. Costa coffee is a good perker in the morning. I like their wraps and the cakes look delicious. I haven't tried them though...

Nice cup of coffee, I would think the best in that area.

Coffee was gorgeous... just perfect.... my only complaint was that the table was very sticky the sugar and the napkins stuck to it... we sprayed and cleaned it but it was still the same.

I enjoy my coffee there all the time

Staff not that friendly and overpriced american chain... Prefer to support local in the other two things so strongly absent as well !!!
