Coffee was good, daughters iced lemon tea was better, bit overpriced. Nice layout and atmosphere.

Staff very helpful and very friendly. Comfortable seating. Underground car parking with a lift or stairs up to ground floor. This coffee shop is on way into mahon point shopping centre on the left. Underground car parking is at round about after just entering into mahon point shopping centre area just after the buildings on left. Good place to meet friends.

I'm personally not a fan of their coffee - it tastes over roasted to me. Make up your own mind.

In front of starbucks on a Sunday - it’s 9.15am and it’s not open! They are supposed to open at 9am - some people are doing a great job apparently! Fix your staff!!

Visited December 2021, place is big, and wasn't busy at the time (5pm) only one young team member could use more training, as it took him a while to sort out an order before ours. Haven't said sorry or anything to that person, or us. Customer service classes is a must for him. They're very strict on covid certs as well. The other starbucks shop(Mahon point) team member almost ate me alive when I ordered takeaway, but decided to stay for a few minutes after all. I told her she could be more polite next time, and ask me for the cert not scream. ..maybe that's how they treat customers in Cork shops 🤔🤷‍♀️

Starbucks seems to be the in place for coffee and certainly for the young. To me the small coffee although nice was expensive especially if like me you are a pensioner. Sorry I have found places just as nice and cheaper

Lovely place for spending time at the centre of City Gate, Mahon. The Starbucks is well docorated along with large places to sit in. Outdoor sitting place as well. Large parking area but not sure the exact location of the parking place. There is a front parking place but may be it's not the exact parking slot. Reasonable price and nice staffs. Gym is just at the same building. Even the small size of tea and coffee are big enough!

Need a cup of tea and a sandwich why working. Tea and sandwich filled the spot. Service was friendly and warm. The internet was second rate, very poor and a lot of times dose not work.

Amazing, such nice staff. The drinks are just fantastic. Highly recommend the “Caramel Frappuccino”. The atmosphere is so calm and enjoyable everyone there seems to be enjoying themselves. Plenty of space to sit with friends or to study. I loved it so much I became a rewards member. Overall reply nice place
