Lovely cosy cafe, great coffee and excellent staff. Well worth a visit !

Went there twice. First time got there at 9 30 when they open and they said they was not opened and i was in a rush so could not get my coffee. Second time they refused to take my 50 euro note saying they needed a smaller note.. so twice they ruined my morning whej all i wantsd was a coffee. Tbf there coffee is nice but no good if i cant actually buy it. Not going back again.

I went into the store in Douglas today and had a lovely coffee, but the man serving me, his name was Oliver I think, he had a very uninterested tone. He smelled awful, I would avoid the store next time if I saw him working again.

The server gavin I believe his name was well manner and extremely professional and make a nice coffee

€4.45 for a Large Americano, you gotta be joking me. Average over priced coffee wont be back. Better coffee shops in Douglas Court

Very dirty, useless staff and the worst overpriced coffee I have ever tasted.

€4.50 for mediocre coffee (a flat white in this instance), crazy, way out of line with local competition, up to 25% premium for the same/ worse product. Nice enough place and staff.

Nice and simple no much choice on cake and food

Such lovely young pleasent staff.. So helpful and a great asset to this franchise.

My opinion is that coffee is too expensive. A regular latte and an Americano for nearly 8 euro

Fantastic coffee, really tasty, and the staff are brilliant too, really good at multi tasking a large amount of orders at once and getting them done in good time, really impressive. The staff are really polite, their staff member Gavin in particular is really nice, always says hello even if he sees you walking passed there. Really pleasant coffee shop that serves such high quality coffee.

Need to get staff who enjoy coming to work . No hello , thank you or anything.

Very disappointed, was looking forward to a hot white chocolate but was refused a mug. Was only allowed a paper cup even though it was not to take away. Was told this is company policy as the mugs are difficult to clean. Will not be coming here again.

Nice coffee but got a shock at price for a regular coffee, spacing is good plus it's nice to be able to sit outside

Best frappucinos in Cork. Staff couldn't be nicer. Small bit pricey but worth the extra bit 🙌

Lovely coffee. Could be better organised for social distancing. Not clear where they want you to queue. If every customer has to be directed individually to queue outside there is something wrong with your signage.

A small cozy cafe but if the place is more than half full you feel that people are on top of you. Coffee is very good and they have a reward scheme for returning customers. There is a small seating area outdoors and the door closes with a loud bang whenever it is used. I am sure this is a constant source of annoyance to all patrons and should have been fixed long ago.

The creamy hot chocolate is amazing. The waiter who could easily be mistaken for Ed Sheeran was particularly friendly and helpful.
