I had a type of ciabatta called the Italian Job, very nice. And I think was a strawberry cheesecake, delicious. I loved my large soy latte served in a mug! ❤️ The people in charge are very polite and attentive. The place is really nice, has very relaxing decoration.

Dunno about their other products but their own brown sliced pan they sell is amazing. Best bread after Shtapleton's in Thurles.

Ordered a peppa pig cake here for my daughters birthday and it was fabulous.

Extremely slow service, got a toasted sandwich and it was burnt and pure black in parts. Very poorly managed, staff are disinterested in what they're doing and very disorganised, they look and act like they don't want to be there whatsoever. Sandwich was freezing by the time I paid (which took 15mins from getting between the sandwich counter and the till) . Hardly any cutlery left, people waiting at the till to be served and the girl was texting on her phone with her back to everyone. Jam/cream doughnut was not fresh at all, pure stale. Will not be going back again, shame as it was lovely when they first opened back up and they're one of the few sandwich places left in the shopping centre since O'briens closed... Better off getting a Tesco sandwich meal deal across the way!

I went to this cafe because I feeling very down in the dumps. The staff inside really turned my mindset around with their kinds words. This place makes great food and staff inside should be commended for their tiredlessly work in these hard times we live in. I will back again and hope more people come to lovely place.

warm welcoming cafe, staff are very friendly I come here on my breaks they have so many fresh cakes to choose from. I ordered what I was appetising it was absolutely Devine, their coffees are made with love, I love coming here

My daughter ordered me a box of mothers day cupcakes only to find after eating one found they were not fresh So i brought them back yesterday.when i spoke the lady serving people, was extremely rude to me saying she could nt refund me which i replied thats not what i wanted, just to receive the value of what my daughter spend. I felt humiliated by the woman who claimed she was the manager that day 20/03/2023.

This used to be a good cafe. The coffee was way too strong, and after biting into the plain danish(with raisins), the inside was practically 80% sugar so the whole pastry made a mess. Won't be back in a hurry😒

Always freshly bakes cakes, filling wraps/sandwiches, polite stuff and normal prices. I recommend Quigleys if you are around Douglas.

If there was less than 1 star I would have given it. Appalling service here last weekend when I brought my 83 Mother here. Refused food at 4.20pm on a Saturday when all she wanted was 2 slices of brown bread. They would only serve tea and coffee in Paper Cups so they wouldn't need to do washing up!!! Ridiculous. The only person who was pleasant and incredibly apologetic was Amy on the till. We took our business elsewhere.

I called in here while waiting in the shopping centre. I had been here once before in January of this year and service was very poor. If anything it was worse today. There were about four staff behind the counter and three completely ignored me and the staff at the till greeted me with “y’alrigh” to which I said “hello” but got no response. I ordered a coffee and a cream doughnut. When seated I found the doughnut was clearly not fresh, in fact it was quite stale. I brought it back to the counter where the same staff refused to agree it was stale. She sighed and offered another but I asked for a refund as it was clear they were all the same batch. She then just gave me my €3.50 back. This place has potential but staff attitude and service is appalling.

Nice coffee shop. Service was efficient despite being busy. Madeleine seemed to be handling everything herself but was pleasant even though under pressure. Just had coffee so can't comment on the food although the cakes looked amazing. Quiet atmosphere despite the busy local, adjacent to Tesco. A mixture of clients, older people, young mums with babies etc. A place anyone would feel comfortable..... However I did notice a lady with an older child in an adult type wheelchair buggy who couldn't be accommodated which was uncomfortable to watch. It wasn't a space issue. It appeared that she would have found it easier to order from the table but perhaps as it was understaffed this couldn't be arranged. I offered to help but her child suffers seizures so she needed to stay with him. She headed off uncomplainingly, probably frustrated but stoic.

I've started popping by here for sandwiches at lunch some days. The bread is top notch & it's alot more value than you get in many other sandwich places. Staff are lovely

None of the staff have had training in hygiene I'd say. The person making my sandwich dropped something picked it up , opened the bin and kept going making the food with he same gloves on. I ran over to stop her before touching the food but was too late. I'm not even sure she knows what she was doing was wrong. I would avoid completely

Popular local venue. My favourite. Has probably the nicest late in the world, slowly poured and served in a mug. Lovely staff and solid comfortable tables and chairs.

The girl at the counter was extremely rude, very unpleasant customer service from this particular person, people like that should not be working at place where being friendly and polite is necessity. Very disappointing.

Absolutely no gluten free options available and staff were obviously misinformed/uneducated on what food items contained gluten. Appears to be badly managed.

Got 2 caeser salad today it was worse causer salad I ever got it wasn't even a causer salad all it had was lettuce a small cut up piece chicken and causer sauce all for £19.90

The soup was badly mashed and the sandwich was too dry, service was good though. Will chose a different sandwitch shop next time

Quigleys is below par. When ordering my gorlfriend was YElled at. They cut their wraps in a way so inefficient it makes it difficult for one to eat, their coffee is geross and they got our order wrong. 3/10 would not recommend

Great iatte staff went beyond being helpful asked for honey and staff member put some in a bowl for me even though it was not on their menu. I like honey with my croissant.
