In my opinion this place is so nice it is all about the Great Food, it is all freshly baked every morning in their bakery .There is a wonderful selection to choose from. Mouth Watering! Always. The staff are so welcoming and professional. It is a casual feeling of home that you forget that you have to leave. Unfortunately!.

Great spot for a coffee, lunch, cake, tea and a chat or business. Located just next to Hanley’s Garden Centre so you can have a browse on there too. Plenty of parking. Good menu choices, including healthy options, wraps, salads etc. Excellent baked goods, scones, cakes, pastries and very good coffee. The staff are highly efficient, and are not phased even at busy periods. Very genuinely friendly. Comfortable and modern decor. Family friendly. Business friendly.

Lovely spot for lunch with a good variety of options to suit all tastes. The garden centre that is attached has improved greatly over the years with a good mix of plants, structural, sheds and pond options.... Ps. Great cakes.

Poorly signposted, there is a sign at the entrance to the car park but after that you will need to know that the cafe is within the Hanley's shop halfway down on the right hidden. Nice surroundings in the cafe and great food selection. Could have placed it in a brighter location instead of indoors.

Just been to Jam for the last time. I say that every time but now I mean it. Every time I go there they don't have what I want. I'm not being awkward I'm choosing from the menu. Arrived today for lunch. A specials board had been put out by the door so I chose cod fingers with salads. When I asked for this I was asked to wait a moment. The lady came back and thought it was quite funny that someone had put out the board from the day before. It wasn't funny it was annoying, especially as the last time I wanted fish cakes and was told they didn't have any that day. So my note to Jam is simple - if you don't have it, make sure it's not on the menu. You are really letting yourselves down as the food is good.

Really disappointed with this place. Not only did the Thai chicken curry taste like it was from a jar, the rice that came with was only half cooked. Worse than airplane food. Also not near enough spud on the Dry Shepherds pie!

Great food,easy access handicap parking near the entrance, flat surface inside. The cafe is near Hanley's garden center so you can look around after your lunch and get some plants or garden furniture .

I always enjoy meeting friends at Jam. Great fresh food and coffee and beautifully decorated surroundings. I notice that they have started using compostable glasses. While this is better than the single use plastic, I think reusable glass glasses would be even better. It would be a 5 star rating then.

A nice place to stop on the way to the airport. This cafe is inside a garden center, and serve good food. Slices of cake are massive! Decent veggie selection

Went there for Tiramisu but wasn't available. Instead had a really nice black forest gateau! Great choice of cake. Almost a hidden gem.
