Nice doughnuts. Prices are higher than what I'd pay gladly for a snack, though. They sell ice cream too, which tends to go well with a doughnut. My only complain is about their crazy opening hours.

Best Donuts in Cork, but the service is very variable dependent on how busy it is.

Great doughnuts ๐Ÿฉ๐Ÿ’“I visited the shack store in the Wilton shopping centre at the start of March 2020 and we loved all the doughnuts so much we went back to cork at the start of this month (July 2020) to get more ๐Ÿ˜ Lovely staff who are extremely kind and helpful ๐Ÿ’“ I didnโ€™t know that they had a store on Oliver Plunkett St. so next time I am in cork I will visit that store for sure ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป They do boxes of 6 which is super handy if you want to bring some home with you ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป Highly recommend everyone visit some day โ€ผ๏ธ

Took my three small kids here, they loved the doughnuts. The coffee is also very good. And there was a lovely helpful girl at the tills which makes a pleasant change these days. She was patient and helpful while the kids were changing their minds on what to order. Cute seating area outside. Overall a very nice experience .

Good donuts and quick snacks. The staff are friendly and helpful. Great spot to chill on Oliver Plunkett street. They have introduced outdoor seating which is fabulous. They are wheelchair accessible and friendly. There is wheelchair accessible parking in a nearby parkade. #familyfriendly #accessible #wheelchairaccessible

The first time I went here was to get water but the fridge was blocked so I couldn't even see it, so I asked if they sell water here, the two girls who work there started looking at me and at each other and giggling, I felt so uncomfortable that I actually had to explain to them that I don't see the water and that's why im asking, the girl is obviously so lazy that I felt bad for "making" her get me the water, they still didn't stop with giggling and eyes rolling and when I was paying for my water, the way they were talking to me made me feel as if they were mocking, terrible customer service. Today I went there to get coffe, and I ordered flat white, one of the girls was there and I felt as if I were talking to a zombi, her tone of voice was dead and I felt like I shouldn't be asking for coffe even with the fact that I was in coffee shop. The attached photo is the photo of coffee the girl made me, I asked for flat white and i got this, something like "small capuchino" with over heated milk and one of the worst frosts I've ever seen in my life. Can't speak for doughnuts, cakes or ice-cream but coffee and customer service are just terrible. This was today, August 25 around 2:30 pm, can't remember what date exactly was when I had the water situation but the second girl is pretty young, in her 20s, blondish with blue eyes.

It is a nice shop and I do feel sorry for the staff members that will be out of a job due to the company going out of business. I gave it 3 stars because the products are expensive especially the Donuts 6 for โ‚ฌ15.

A wide variety of donuts as well as the standard selection of hot drinks (and some cold drinks as well). It's cozy and very cute. The staff is friendly. Unfortunately, there are not enough seats to enjoy your sweets right there. On the other hand, that might be for the better because you can't just keep ordering more donuts once you've left.
