This
is
not
a
big
park
but
it's
perfectly
formed.
Mad
about
it.
It
seems
to
fill
so
many
different
needs.
People
walk
dogs,
a
lot.
There's
a
pitch
in
the
middle
as
the
focal
point,
really
good
surface
too
and
well
maintained.
Just
the
other
day
I
came
upon
a
big
bunch
of
kids
training,
Kilreen
Celtic
I
think.
Apologies
if
I'm
wrong.
Whoever
runs
these
sessions
deserves
a
clap
on
the
back.
Never
seen
so
many
happy
and
well
drilled
kids,
boys
and
girls.
Parents
waiting
to
collect
the
kids
all
seemed
equally
happy.
There's
a
path
running
just
beside
the
pitch
and
a
tarmac
one
further
out.
There's
a
bandstand,
I've
yet
to
see
a
band
but
it's
kinda
nice.
Very
old
school.
There's
a
skatepark
with
one
raised
side
which
small
kids
seem
to
love.
There's
a
basketball/
five
a
side
court
which
seems
to
be
the
domain
of
the
teenagers
but
again
great
to
see
kids
having
fun.
There's
a
Men's
Shed
next
door
I
think
and
I
think
they
also
do
work
in
the
park.
Please
forgive
me
if
I'm
wrong
here.
I've
noticed
a
crepe
van
working
alongside
in
recent
times
and
this
morning
there
were
a
few
more
vans
setting
up
for
I
think
what
might
be
a
small
market.
Not
that
I'm
especially
religious
but
there's
a
grotto
on
one
outside
corner
and
I
recommend
going
there
at
night
to
see
how
the
shadow
of
the
nearby
tree
falls
across
the
rock
behind.
Really
nice.
Like
a
Japanese
garden.
This
is
a
community
park,
I
love
it.
It's
all
things
to
all
ages.
Old
and
young
in
perfect
harmony.
Old
lads
with
Jack
Russells
and
young
fellas
with
skateboards
and
everything
else
in
between.Credit
to
all
involved.
