Glenview Gardens is a unique 4 acre garden in West Cork. It's full of gardens with various types of flowers, trees and sculptures of animals. This place also has spaces for picnics and a self service tea room. There's also different animals in this place such as goats, chickens and rabbits that you can see. It's a beautiful place that gives you the vibes of a farm, garden and outdoor museum all at once. I enjoyed my visit to Glenview Gardens and would like to thank the people who work in that place for making my visit a great experience!

My first thought was, this place doesn't look very interesting.. I was very quick to judge because this place amazing! If you like fairytales that's your place to go to! The most admiring thing about it is that the owner of the place built it all by himself and it took him 12 years to do so! Everything you will see there is his make, and everything started from that little gnome house next to the bridge with the beautiful blue flowers!

Highly recommended. We visited them yesterday and I was very happy that I added it to my "Must see" list. To be honest, the very beginning (parking lot and first stood in the garden) is a little bit to clean and can create the wrong picture. But as further you get, the more it manages to be just awesome. You will find a lot of places where you can just sit and relax or where your children will have fun. And the creator of this garden is a really great person. Was a pleasure to meet and talk with you sir! Thanks for the great stay. And I loved your sign in the toilets (men left, women right cause... visit it to get the whole text πŸ˜‰).

Very nice place to spend an afternoon. Large showgarden with many different areas. Nice to have a stroll around and enjoy all the different plants and flowers. Lots to discover for children, from fairies, dinosaurs and gorillas to real animals like bunnies, goats and birds in the aviary. Dogs allowed on the leash, toilet and picnic facilities available as well as a self-service tearoom.

An absolutely stunning little oasis of pure pleasure, tranquility and beauty. Every colour you can imagine and then some more, this is a must visit place. Multiple gardens, all different, all breath taking. Around every corner is another pure delight of one type or another. Models of animals, dinosaurs and fairy houses will delight and entertain your smallies. The hobbit house is fantastic and decorated so appropriately. The vegetable garden and orchard are amazing too and serve to educate kids as well as impress them. And then, the flowers. Just wow!!! The themes, the colours, the styles, the arrangements are stunning and so satisfying to see. No words can do them justice so just check out the attached pictures. The owner told me they are constantly changing depending on what time of the year you visit. Bring your own food or picnic, find a table or bench, there's loads to choose from. Take your time. Take it all in. Travel up and down every twist and turn. Allow yourself at least 2 hours so you won't have to rush. You will take home a camera or phone full of stunning pics. Just go. Enjoy. You're welcome.

We try go here as often as we can as it's only half an hour from our home. It's a really beautiful place. The gardens are so peaceful and the kids have great fun finding the fairies houses dotted around. Also the hobbit is great for the kids as are the goats and other animals there. It's a really nice way to pass a couple of hours.

An absolute gem! A wonderful garden which the kids (and ourselves) thoroughly enjoyed exploring. A huge amount of tender loving care from the owners has gone into creating this haven. Bring a picnic and enjoy it in any of the picnic areas, and there is also a garden room where you can make you own tea / coffee. The fairy trail is really lovely, with quite alot of fairy houses along the way which makes a change from most fairy trails which often only have a small few random fairy doors spread out. The Hobbit house is fabulous. It's great that you can take your time to enjoy the truly wonderful garden in your own time. We met the owner on the way in and as we were leaving he came over for a friendly, light-hearted chat. It's obvious that the owners take great pride in this beautiful garden, and rightly so.

Awsome gardens and a cool gnome house. We took our kids with friends and they played in there for hours. The gardens are very beautiful and well kept. My only suggestion would be to have vegan milk option for tea, like almond or oat, and maybe some healthy snack options.

We had a lovely day, the hobbit house, fairies, gardens and the animal in closure are fantastic. You can see that great thought and hard work was done by the owners. We were disappointed that the cafe was closed, but we were advised by the owner where to get buy food nearby. I think that they should give people a map with directions of what way to go around, and where things are situated, plus bigger sign posts given directions of which way to go, as it's very easy to loose your way.

Glenview Gardens is amazing for all ages. The owners have really gone all out on making this a perfect day for all our families, and should be very proud of all the hard work they have put in. We will definitely go back again.

Lovely gardens to potter about in. It’s great for small kids too, so much for them to see and it’s a bit of a maze so I can imagine it’d be hours of fun!
