Best thing I've done in years👍 Our small group did the zipline first, it was fantastic and I didn't think we'd get so many flights. Quite nervous at the first one but after that couldn't get enough of it. Safety is a priority and equipment is top notch as are the instructors. We then had a break and pizza in the café. It was very nice, but more food options would be better. Then we did the Aquapark and this was a huge highlight of the day. It is so much fun, and once again all safety gear is provided+ wetsuits. You need a certain level of fitness for this activity as you will need to use upper arm strength to pull yourself up onto the inflatables and it involves swimming with a buoyancy aid. Lots of eagle eyed but friendly safety staff there to look after everyone. My only concern was safety of valuables such as phone, wallet etc as they must be left in the dressing rooms. Small lockers need to be supplied for these at reception, and I'd be glad to pay one or two euro for that facility. However if Ballyhass feel that these are overkill, then maybe they are, but I didn't see any staff watching over the dressing rooms. Thoroughly enjoyed my trip to Ballyhass lake near Mallow

Brilliant!!!! Visited here yesterday. Bank holiday Monday. Had it all booked for 8 and we had 8 eager kids ready to rock! I have never been here before, a few kids had been, as its quite a popular spot for school tours. We arrived, 15 mins early. Went to reception and we were greeted by a very friendly member of staff. She took our reference, we had 2 different activities booked. So first one was the zipline over the lake. The kids got their wrist bands, and went through their induction with the safety staff and off they went. Oh my god the thrill and excitement they had was absolutely brilliant!!!! They got a good few trips on the zipline, up and back down again on quiet a few occasions. Exceptional! Next up was the aqua park. I have visited a few aquaparks around Cork, Kerry and Waterford and I have to say this was one of my favourites. The kids were given their strict instructions on what they were allowed and not allowed to do while in the water. They had a great time!!!! The staff here are amazing. They were all chatting and interacting with the kids, something they all enjoyed. As we had a group of 8 kids, there was a few adults around, so to occupy our time we could spend our time walking the stunning area around the activity areas. Teas and coffees were also available along with pizza and snacks such as crisps and chocolate bars. I have to say this place is absolutely gorgeous in every way. The staff, amazing! The area is just splendid and the location is perfect! A MUST if you have kids, definitely plan to go back here over the coming few months.

Good family fun on the water obstacle course. Water was clean and not very cold. Small safety briefing at the start. There were 3 lifeguards around, 2 on the inflatable and 1 on a paddle board in water (all quite young). You will be exhausted by the end! But a good challenge. Wet suits and inflatables provided. You dont need to be a very strong swimmer but basic swimming is necessary as you will have to get from one area to the next or after slides to the platforms. Our kids are 6 & 9 and managed fine but the 6 year old needed help on some obstacles. The only thing i really disliked is no locker for belongings just a sheltered shelving area so leave any valuables in your car like phones, wallets, cash or expensive clothes. Also the changing cabins were very very basic just a shelter with benches, difficult to have any privacy at all, also they were really dirty. There are no showers afterwards either. Nice cafe on site but a bit pricey, staff were lovely.

We brought 21 Cub Scouts to Ballyhass Mallow for the weekend. Each and every one of them said it was the best weekend EVER. The team and crew at Ballyhass couldn't have been nicer to us, I would like to say a big thank you especially to Ben, Liam & Jack for making us feel so welcome. The kids especially enjoyed the high-ropes and the aqua-park. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Facilities fab, great set up. Thank you to Zoe, Dave and the team for everything- especially getting us on the water in March and making my dads birthday a special one … Thanks guys!

Spent the night in their amazing new Bunkhouses and had the most amount of fun I have had in a long time! The activities are all so well run and the toilets & showers were immaculate. We did Wake Boarding, Archery, the Aqua Park & Hatchet throwing (my new favourite activity!!!!) and loved them all! Would highly recommend staying overnight and experiencing as much of the place as you can. Just brilliant 👌🏻 The staff are all so friendly and
