The food was delicious and the staff were super nice. I heard some funny comments about my hat because they didn’t know I understood Arabic but everything was chill. Would definitely come back again.

I had heard nothing but great things about Cafe Izz and it exceeded expectations. I had the falafel and it was huge. I finished with the vegan cinnamon roll and I nearly had to be rolled out of the place. Theres is a huge variety of food, suitable for vegans, veggies and meat eaters and I would absolutely recommend. Do it

Stopped into this delightful cafe as part of a local food tour…(Fabulous Food Trails) the food was AMAZING! Fresh, delicious and great portion sizes. Cafe is small (may be a 8 or so tables) but offers take away as well. Owners are so friendly and have a wonderful story. Menu is not overwhelming- everything is worth trying especially the coffee!!! A must!!!!

Never tried Palastinian food before. I tried the sliced halloumi, falafel and musakhan. Hands down the best lunch we had in a while! We will be back!

Beautiful n authentic Middle Eastern (Palestinian) food… the place is bit small n crowded but feels very cozy… it reminds me of home tbh. Love the food there, and finished with some nice dessert n authentic coffee.

Cosy spot for authentic Palestinian food. The flavors have a very nice punch and are not at all muted as many other restaurants will hold back to cater toward a Western palate. Coffee is served traditionally strong with stuffed dates. Generous portion sizes, great ambiance, and fast service.

Food is amazing!! The menu has a large selection of food and covers a number of dietary requirements. Everything tastes freshly made. The range of desserts is great and I have only ever seen desserts like this outside of Ireland. All food is available for sit in and takeaway. Great to try some real Palestinian food!

I visited Izz Cafe, Cork City today. I got a take away, but next time I will eat in, to get the full experience 😊. Our food was fresh, delicious and very tasty. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

great vegan options, wish there was more so we could try more things! have been multiple times to sit in and take away and always happy with our meals, so fresh:) beetroot & plain hummus is delicious and miniatures in picnic boxes are so convenient bc full portions can be a lot! Spinach and Zaatar are my favourites but falafel is good too:) Vegan cinnamon roll is a must🤍🥮

It has been months that I'm craving for manaish/manooshet and found this place. Ordered labnah and zaatar. I feel like it's a bit pricey for this type of food that I ordered. The taste is fine but the labnah is a little bit salty. Will come back and try different flavors next time.

Very delicious, the bread is huge and wonderful! Beetroot hummus - a revelation!!! My only regret is that my stomach couldn't fit the desserts. Well, next time I'll start with dessert because they looked super tasty :-))

I absolutely love this place. Everything is delicious. The Manooshet is a great size and very filling. The picnic plate is a great option as you can order smaller versions and taste the different flavours, all amazing. The bread loaf is always warm and fresh, just divine with the toppings - hummus is my favourite. The Palestinian coffee paired with the staff dates is an incredible experience itself, would highly recommend. The cinnamon roll is amazing. The staff is always lovely! I will keep coming back!

I love Izz! Reminded me of being back home if I’m honest. Food is great and so is the appetisers platter. However, Tabbouleh and Vine Leaves could be better they aren’t the best really (they are only okay). Everything else is fabulous and staff is nice and friendly. Overall a place you could visit once every week or two for a change.

Amazing food and amazing people. Great taste and gives that authentic touch of Palestinian food. Very proffessional and the branded side of things looked great too.

We dined here for lunch and the food was reasonably good. Maybe could improve a bit with the Maqluba. It lacked a bit in salt. But otherwise the Zaatar with cheese that we tried was really good. Overall the service also was good. They accommodated us 20 min early from our booking time.

Beautiful food, full of flavour. I recommend the baby aubergines with walnuts. Also, their speciality coffees are so good.

Just the most amazing food I've had in cork in a while. Would recommend to anybody and it's lovely to support a small family run business. Need to book in advance as it's so busy!

Iz Cafe is located by the quay: the setting is cosy and nice with some views. The portion for my order was very generous (pictured is less than half of the spinach main), it was delicious and ingredients were fresh, exactly what I needed for dinner. the staff at the front were very friendly and patient and helped explain the menu and cater to custonmers’ needs. All in all, five star and would definitely recommend

Easily one of the best food experiences i had in Ireland. The place is very creative and cozy. The portions were larger than i expected. The food was as aesthetic and authentic as it gets and thats coming from a Palestinian. I would definitely revisit with friends although I live in a different county. The staff were very kind and attentive aswell.

A lovely Palestinian restaurant, the food was amazing, albeit something very different to what I am generally used to (the spices are very prominent, but not overwhelming; just different). The waitress who was serving us was very approachable and attentive. The atmosphere is quiet and cozy, I would say it is missing some music in the background.

I've probably eaten at Izz Cafe/got take aways atleast 20 times, and I have never been disappointed. Each time the food is fresh from the oven, and every dessert is simply scrumptious. Superb halal food. I must say Izz Cafe is probably some of the best food I've ever eaten. Wish you would come to Tralee!
