We like to shop at Argos. They have a wide selection of items to choose from online and in store. The staff are friendly and helpful enough. The shop is wheelchair accessible. I dealt with a lovely lady called Lesley who had great item knowledge and a wonderful, very polite demeanour. A great service and a credit to the branch! 10/10 on staff for me

Great system, know what you want before you get there, you can reserve it. Call and pay for it and you are away. They are very helpful if there's an issue with your purchase and will refund or replace your item with absolutely no fuss at all. It's very reassuring to know that before you buy an expensive item like a TV. Other shops don't want to know if you didn't buy their insurance

Once you have your products reserved, you can use self-service tills to pay for them and then we hadn't long to wait to collect it. The staff are efficient and helpful. You don't have to have anything reserved though and it's possible to view all the catalogue items in store on their machines. Argos has a wide range of products and it's a handy option based on its location plus most items are reasonably priced.

Giving one star because of the blondie woman in the till. So rude, unprofessional and no humanity at all. It's not customer's fault if you're upset with the world. Just left the shop very angry with her treatment. Unacceptable!

On Thursday officially shop open till 6:30pm, I been there at 6pm, and was just after closing, so provided opening hours are not right.

I have just visited argos in Blackpool as I had a problem with a watch and met this lovely boy Kelden and he went through everything with me. He set it up for me. I must say his customer service was exceptional as nowadays it’s hard to find. Ye should be delighted to have someone working with you like him. The supervisor lady that was also on was lovely but I didn’t get her name.

Will miss this alot when it closes, always nipped in to get home items, great staff as well. Wishing them well for the future.
