was
very
unhappy
with
the
service
I
received
here.
I
called
to
book
an
appointment
in
September
but
was
told
that
I
could
only
receive
a
phone
consultation
which
I
had
no
issues
with.
However,
when
I
did
receive
this
consultation
it
only
lasted
2
minutes,
I
felt
the
doctor
was
trying
to
rush
me
off
the
phone
and
this
service
cost
me
€50!
From
this
consultation
I
was
told
to
book
in
for
my
bloods
to
be
taken
to
see
what
the
problem
was
which
cost
a
further
€25.
This
was
fine
and
I
went
for
my
bloods
the
next
day
which
was
great
and
the
nurse
was
so
lovely.
However,
after
this
I
never
received
a
call
to
tell
me
about
my
results
so
after
waiting
2
weeks
I
decided
to
call
and
ask
about
them
only
to
be
told
that
4
out
of
5
came
back
normal
and
they
were
waiting
one
further
test,
telling
me
that
I
would
be
contacted
with
the
results
after
about
another
week.
At
this
point
I
had
not
been
able
to
eat
properly
for
4
weeks
(which
is
what
I
told
the
doctor)
and
so
had
lost
a
significant
amount
of
weight.
I
have
not
had
a
call
from
the
doctors
with
final
results
and
was
not
given
any
advice
on
what
to
do
about
this
at
all.
I
also
on
that
phone
consultation
brought
up
another
issue
which
again
I
received
no
treatment
for.
So
after
all
that
I
received
no
treatment
or
advice.
Nothing.
€75
absolutely
wasted.
No
customer
care
or
any
kind
of
care
at
all
received.
I
am
only
24
and
was
working
as
a
waitress
at
the
time
and
don't
have
that
kind
of
money
to
be
throwing
away.
Extremely
disappointed
and
would
not
recommend
anybody
to
go
there,
in
fact
I
would
discourage
it.
