    Left feeling worse than when I went in. Would not recommend Dr Cesyl Hernadez. Paid full consultation fee for a 2 minute consultation where I was asked no medical background. The problem I went in with was completely disregarded. Only when I was visibly upset by explaining the issues I was having did she soften her approach. I was then nearly scolded for booking the appointment as I was unaware a different appointment was for required for bloods and of course my initial reason for booking the appointment was barely addressed. I had read bad reviews for this place and thought maybe it was wrong or the doctor was having a bad day. However I just experienced it and I never leave reviews but this actually upset me. The only positive was the nurse was exceptionally nice and great at her job. The receptionist was also lovely.

    Went last year. The initial questionnaire takes much longer than the time they give you and did not have me complete it all (so what's the point?). The health screening was very limited, the blood exam is standard and you can't ask for anything (and the nurse would be patronising you about how you should not ask for specific tests, as this, that you pay 200euro, is general... - conversations with the door open BTW). Instead of telling me that I had to come with a fresh sample of urine before coming, they had me take one there: the bathroom is in front of everyone, no privacy whatsoever. The doctor was cold and in a rush, he saw me for 5 minutes. I did not enjoy the experience overall, and, considering that I also had to take time from work to go, it wasn't not worth it for that price.

    Went in for a health screening and get asked maybe 1 or 2 questions with a shake of the head as to why am i asking these question and just rushed out the door like sheep. I paid for a GP full health screening and spent less than 2 minutes talking to DR Cesyl Hernandez. Absolute joke of a doctor. Got help by front desk and the nurse which were the nicest and friendliest people to talk to and if i had know what i was getting i would have paid for just the nurse health screening and blood work. Looking at all these reviews and all the bad reviews are for the same DR. When are you going to do something about it?

    Had a terrible experience with a doctor here, consultation was so brief and he didn't listen to my description of my problem properly so was quick to misdiagnose.

    Have attended this clinic for blood tests and doctor consultations and every time have had a nice experience. All staff are very helpful and efficient & always put their patients first. Their response time to all of my enquiries was very fast. Highly recommend this clinic :)

    I don't even want to give this one star. the doctor barely looked at me, was very dismissive and prescribed medication I could just buy over the counter (medication on prescription cost more). I felt so uneasy the entire time here - the doctor didn't even introduce himself or anything like that. He looked back my throat (barely) and then asked if I had my tonsils out - my tonsils are visible - and told me I didn't have tonsilitis or strep throat - I wasn't even complaining of a sore throat, I had headaches and stomach pain. Front of house staff we're okay - seemed friendly enough but after I filled out my form there was nobody to be seen at the desk and I could hear laughing and talking from a room to the side if the reception desk. I wouldn't go there again, I'd prefer to queue in south doc or a&e for hours.

    I did a good review two weeks ago because they seemed to be very nice when I was in the clinic, no I deleted it. I just got today my test results after emailing them, they seemed like they forgot about sending my results despite they said maximum a week. Plus that they did the wrong test for my partner, she wanted it for something and they did it for something else. What a mess.

    Very good exchange by email at first. I had an appointment very fast the same day. (By phone), the consultation was very quick, and the doctor did not really bother trying to understand and listen my issue. 50€ is a lot of money for a 5 minutes “check up”. I wont be coming back.

    Awful doctors I went last October/september, where the doctor I saw referred me for a hospital appointment and I am still, nearly a year later waiting on a date, when I rang the hospital about a date they told me that my doctor can refer me quicker, when I made contact with the doctor I saw in union quay medical centre, he told me the hospitals ‘tell people that to fob them off’ 5 months ago I was fed up of waiting I changed doctor and I have already been referred and attended a hospital appointment within 5 months, the referral that my current doctor made. I am still waiting on a date for the appointment these doctors made over a year ago. Do not waste time or money on coming here.

    Not great, not great at all. Went in with tonsil infection as my own doctor was away. Was told to take paracetamol for pain. Went to my own doctor today and got prescribed with antibiotics straight away. Will not be returning!

    I needed an urgent consultation recently and I am so grateful that Dr Cesyl could accommodate me at such short notice. She was so kind, she listened to everything during the consultation and went above and beyond for me. A wonderful experience with a fantastic doctor! I cannot thank Dr Cesyl enough for everything she did for me that day.

    Doctor Mohammed is an extraordinary GP. his diagnosis is top notch,he always explains the issue and treatment options in details.once I found him I don't see myself going anywhere else. Also the entire process with union quay is very smooth and people are quite professional. Sometimes there is a delay in communication but that is totally understandable considering the heavy footfall in this facility.

    Won't even give one star rating to them. Staff in there are disrespectful. I was late few minutes and I was given out to tried to make an appointment for my 3 month old daughter who had a high temperature and they said that they were full. I was hoping they would let they will give me an appointment just to get her checked out but they just told me through email if I want to I can go to South doc. I wouldn't recommend them..

    Having been here recently with an emergency situation. I found the receptionist to extremely helpful. Dr Cesyl was so understanding and was very helpful with sorting out the situation. I would have no problem recommending this Medical Centre to anyone.

    (Translated by Google) Horrible doctor! He asked why I did not go to the pharmacy to medicate me because I was not sick. I requested a blood test and he would not ask because he said I had no reason to. He deduces oque have by osmosis. You don't care about the patient. Practically you can self-medicate and diagnose without needing it. I do not recommend! (Original) Médico Horrivel! Perguntou porque não fui na farmacia me medicar pois eu nao estava doente. Solicitei exame de sangue e ele nao quiz pedir pois disse que eu nao tinha motivos para isso. Ele deduz oque temos por osmose. Não se importa com o paciente. Praticamente voce mesma pode se automedicar e dar o diagnostico sem precisar dele. Nao recomendo!

    Really really bad experience. The doctor saw me 2 min and looks like he was scared to auscultate me. A shame to be a doctor if you can’t stand to be around sick people. I paid 55€ for 2 min consultation and a paracetamol prescription, I guess I can be a doctor myself then.

    Awful service at this clinic. Reception staff are rude when you request a change in appointment date or an e-copy of your reports. Blood reports are lost by the clinic and cannot be found by clinic/ lab resulting in the patient being asked to redo the test. Long waiting time despite making an appointment in advance. Inability of the doctors to correctly advise regarding illness monitoring and preventive measures over the long term. Dates are incorrectly stated on the invoice which can create problems in filing claims.

    I was treated with a condescending behaviour, dr Cesyl did not help nor tried to explain me to me how a specific procedure is supposed to take place (I am not from Ireland and I was not sure how that thing works here). I was even invited to leave the room in a very rude way, I will not come back to this clinic, I felt absolutely not taken care of. And on top of that I had to pay a consultation fee for something I would barely call a consultation.

    Had an appointment with Dr Cesyl, and finally I had the chance to speak to someone who truly took the time to understand the issues I presented and provide effective advice to get to the bottom of those issues and find a solution. I felt heard and not rushed, and would surely recommend this GP as their service has always been fantastic!

    The girl that answered the phone was very rude and unhelpful. I asked for information on services offered and was shocked as the representative was unpleasant to deal with. A friend that recommended and used this service said the doctor, nurse and other person setting up her appointment were all lovely. However, my friend said the girl at reception was very rude!! Also, when I phoned to book an appointment for blood screening. I spent thirty five minutes on call waiting with no indication of long wait times. I will never use this service after my experience and would not recommend them to anyone!

    Everyone so helpful inside there, Dr. Mohammed explains everything to you from both mandatory and recommended vaccines. They’re so easy to deal with and can always fit in a busy schedule to make sure you get your vaccines on time! Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

    Worst GP, worst consultation. I arrived to the center on time and I had to wait for half an hour to see the GP. The consultation was pretty short, the GP was struggling communicating in English and had to Google the medications to prescribe. Then asked which medicine I was taking to ease up the pain and I've been prescribed the same pain killer medicine that I have taken over the counter.

    Once you meet doctor Mohammad, you will never want another GP! Due to moving several times in the last few years, I've met a fair share of different doctors - and sadly, a surprising number of them was completely uninterested in the patient, focused on quantity rather than quality. So when I met doctor Mohammad, it was like a breath of fresh air! He is extremely kind and considerate, really pays attention to patient's concerns and unique circumstances, doesn't get on the high horse when you mention that you found an alternate treatment that you think could suit you better than the default substance. You never feel that a problem you came with is too small to bother people, and doctor Mohammad will run you through all tests possible to find the root of the issue. Can't recommend him enough! The entire staff is wonderful as well, the ladies at the reception desk are always lovely and eager to help (being able to book an appointment via email is great as well), and the nurses are just as kind as they are professional. I tend to have problems with having my bloods taken but the nurses at Union Quay somehow never struggle with it. :) Great place overally, and in a convenient location too!

    The clinic is terrible at patient care. Three times I had several issues requesting a recurring prescription. The attendants are rude and acted as if they were doing the patients a huge favour. I paid the fee for the medication twice, once I partially received the prescription as an "emergency dose" and the second time it was refused, due to my fault, and if I had not called to inquire about my fee the payment would not have been returned or compensated. All of this with poor customer service. I had two appointments with different doctors. On my first appointment the doctor followed the same pattern of poor service, she was rude, interrupted me and invalidated my request. My second consultation was with a different doctor and he was complete different from first one. A patient and welcoming doctor who explained all his concerns about my situation and made me fell very comfortable. I also had a cervical exam which went very well, the nurse was very professional and welcoming. In conclusion, there are great healthcare professionals at this clinic, but the service is so bad that if it weren't for the easier location for me, I wouldn't try again.

    Finally after trying to call to the clinic I got a contact by email from an assistant. I was looking for a medical return. By email the assistant said the return is only in ONE WEEK, police from the company, I should pay again if I wish see the doctor. The problem here is ------- receptionists DOESN`T know about patient`s medical conditions. ONLY be more careful how to talk to people that use the service, it is VERY important in a health area. We go to visit doctors not for a game, but because we need. The way we talk to a customer|/client IS DIFFERENT the way we talk with patients. Clearly I am there only a client, not patient. I am not looking for free service or a discount (as mentioned by email), if it was the case I had gone to public service. I am look for RESPECT, answer my email was enough, but call me with a rude tone of voice and capitalist behavior when I am looking your health service it is show you doesn`t know where is the place you are working. I already payed for a consultation where I was only 4 minutes with the doctor, I couldn`t explain my situation, the doctor treatment was ineffective, and I never asked for my money back, free service or discount in next time. So be polite with your PATIENTS. You are not selling health.

    Can't speak highly enough of this practice. Felt very safe throughout my visit with all the Covid-19 precautions in place. All interactions - reception staff, doctor and nurse - were very friendly and professional. I was seen at my scheduled time and was delighted with the efficiency of the whole process (had bloods taken too). Full marks from me!

    I was very unhappy with the service I received here. I called to book an appointment in September but was told that I could only receive a phone consultation which I had no issues with. However, when I did receive this consultation it only lasted 2 minutes, I felt the doctor was trying to rush me off the phone and this service cost me €50! From this consultation I was told to book in for my bloods to be taken to see what the problem was which cost a further €25. This was fine and I went for my bloods the next day which was great and the nurse was so lovely. However, after this I never received a call to tell me about my results so after waiting 2 weeks I decided to call and ask about them only to be told that 4 out of 5 came back normal and they were waiting one further test, telling me that I would be contacted with the results after about another week. At this point I had not been able to eat properly for 4 weeks (which is what I told the doctor) and so had lost a significant amount of weight. I have not had a call from the doctors with final results and was not given any advice on what to do about this at all. I also on that phone consultation brought up another issue which again I received no treatment for. So after all that I received no treatment or advice. Nothing. €75 absolutely wasted. No customer care or any kind of care at all received. I am only 24 and was working as a waitress at the time and don't have that kind of money to be throwing away. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend anybody to go there, in fact I would discourage it.

    Recently had a procedure in here with Dr Charlotte. I found the process really great - I initally had a 15 mins phone consult and from there was referred for scans pre procedure. I received another call a week later as a follow up to discuss the scans before I came in for the procedure. It was pain free which was not the experience of a lot of my peers! Charlotte was excellent at explaining everything before during and after and I felt really confident about what to expect. I will continue to go here - the booking process was really handy as I was able to choose from a lot of options to suit my work hours. And when I had to amend the date due to a scheduling error I made that was no problem either. I preferred the booking online system rather than calling and waiting ages on hold to get an appointment.

    Visited here for the first time last week, called in the morning and got an appointment on the same day. Great service, the doctor was excellent as were the staff. No waiting around, very efficient and friendly at the same time. I would highly recommend!

    I would recommend Union Quay Medical Centre.. I recently got a same day appointment and was happy with the very thorough service. I paid €45 for a GP consultation which is a lot less than I usually pay. I didn't realise they have such a range of services - I would go here again.

    Went for travel vaccines to South America. Doctor went through where I was going and gave me a prescription with medications that I would need like altitude sickness and antibiotics which was a great help in my travels.

    I had a very good experience at union quay medical Centre. I was able to get an appointment on the day I wanted and was seen very quickly. The reception staff were very pleasant and kind to me. I was seen by Doctor Bonnar who was extremely professional and helpful. I would highly recommend.

    Could not recommend Union Quay Medical Centre enough absolutely outstanding clinic with the nicest staff! Always a pleasure here with very warm, efficient and competent people to greet you. Doctors are very punctual which is a massive plus when you are working and have other places to be. You can usually get an appointment first thing in the morning or late afternoon at like 5.30 if you can't do a Saturday which is ideal if you work 9-5!

    Doctor Mohammed Vawda is an absolute disaster. Advised me to go on Youtube to watch a video about breast self examination. Although I was right there next to him and he could examine me straight away. Later met Dr. Charlotte Denarie and she did all the test needed. Why couldn't he? Moreover now they charge you 30 euros for an appointment cancellation. Even if it was done within an hour after appointment was made. I could understand these fines if I cancelled couple hours before the appointment. Mystery.

    Awful experience. I felt like they just wanted to take my money. I've literally spent 5 minutes inside the surgery (if less), with no positive outcome of what my main discomfort was. I felt like the doctor just wanted me out, no interest shown at all, and It's not the first time this happens. The doctor advised me to watch youtube videos???? So unprofessional. They should learn to take care of patients and be more empathetic. The lack of human quality was huge.

    Seen some negative reviews here so I said I would share my experience. We used the medical centre for travel vaccines and had absolutely no issues from start to finish, from the first email to the time of vaccine the staff could not have been nicer. From admin to the doctor and nurse. I have no bother recommending the centre.

    Stay away from them. Worst service and a complete rip off. I was asking them for the past few months to get a medical form filled by the doctor. They asked me to pay additional amount which I paid but the job is incomplete. Lost my money for nothing.
