Unprofessional
service.
I
got
my
bloods
done
last
week.
The
doctor
rang
me
today
informing
me
of
one
of
the
blood
results
saying
he
"doesn't
know
why
its
abnormal"
with
no
further
advice.
The
receptionist
then
called
me
asking
for
€25
as
the
doctor
discussed
the
results
with
me.
The
doctor
didn't
ask
me
if
I
would
like
to
discuss
or
not,
he
told
me
the
results
straight
away
so
I
had
no
choice.
I
told
the
receptionist
I
will
not
pay
as
he
didn't
give
me
the
choice
to
discuss
or
not.
She
admitted
the
doctors
mistake,
telling
me
he
is
new
and
has
made
this
mistake
a
few
times
but
I
still
have
to
pay
as
its
a
"big
loss"
for
them.
If
a
pharmacist
dispensed
the
wrong
medication
for
me
would
I
have
to
pay
for
it
as
it
was
"their
mistake"?
I
think
not.
Giving
it
two
stars
as
the
doctor
who
took
my
bloods
was
well
mannered
and
kind,
and
the
lady
at
reception
was
kind
too.
I
don't
know
who's
problem
it
is,
if
it's
management
or
what
but
it
was
wrong
to
ask
money
for
something
I
didnt
want.
