    How is a patient's religion or ethnicity more interesting to the doctor than symptoms? How is it ok for a doctor to ask a patient to diagnose and prescribe themselves medication? How can a doctor call themselves that if they can't perform the simplest exam or procedure? They would rather refer everyone to A&E and let a real doctor sort it out... 40 euros please.

    Unprofessional service. I got my bloods done last week. The doctor rang me today informing me of one of the blood results saying he "doesn't know why its abnormal" with no further advice. The receptionist then called me asking for €25 as the doctor discussed the results with me. The doctor didn't ask me if I would like to discuss or not, he told me the results straight away so I had no choice. I told the receptionist I will not pay as he didn't give me the choice to discuss or not. She admitted the doctors mistake, telling me he is new and has made this mistake a few times but I still have to pay as its a "big loss" for them. If a pharmacist dispensed the wrong medication for me would I have to pay for it as it was "their mistake"? I think not. Giving it two stars as the doctor who took my bloods was well mannered and kind, and the lady at reception was kind too. I don't know who's problem it is, if it's management or what but it was wrong to ask money for something I didnt want.

    I rang this morning to ask about appointment. I was told on the phone to bring Id. When I got there the receptionist asked me if I had a cough which I do and have a negative covid test also from yesterday. She then told me the doctor couldn't see me and that she explained this to me over the phone which she didn't. She was extremely rude and told me that she had in fact told me that over the phone..she asked me if I wanted to book in for a phone consultation then and after a little hesitation I agreed. She gave me forms to fill and when I completed them she told me to hold back and then skipped me when it was my turn to return forms to her. I just ended up walking out in the end..won't be returning here. I understand that things are different at the moment and I would have been happy to have a phone appointment but I didn't think seeing the doctor would have been an issue with a clear covid test in the last 24 hours. Total waste of my time.

    Went to the clinic today and they couldn’t see me, just because of One similar symptom of Covid. I made myself a covid test and it’s negative, I would never go there in person if I was positive. I am in pain for nearly a week and I just need to be seeing by a doctor, to get examined and get a prescription. Not everything is COVID. The patient needs to be properly examined, It isn’t the same on phone calls. This is, FORCING people to hide the real symptoms, just to be able to see a doctor. Thank goodness Cork is full of choices and I was able to see a doctor in another place, just one hour after a left the clinic. Disappointed!!

    I can’t explain how convenient this place is walk-in without appointment and operating till 7 Pm really convenient + online GP services. Coming to treatment it worked really well for me, Timely response and analysing the issues and providing the proper treatment plan. Going here for regular treatments since 2020. Reception and Doctor are polite and respectful. Thanks Doctor365 and services and all the hardworking staff.

    Very helpful to have an out of hours service that I feel I can bring my kids to be seen at quickly. I have always found the staff pleasant and efficient. I have found it to be quicker than South Doc so it is worth paying for the service as sometimes the wait time is long for South Doc to call back and offer an appointment. I would recommend Doctor 365 to others (and have done already)

    I went to this doctor with hope after hearing good things and struggling to fi nd healthcare in ireland as a new resident. I left feeling understood and cared for however this only lasted until I left the building. |I was promised follow up that never happened and referals that never came. After calling back a few times I finally spoke to the doctor again and was again given false promises, If you need a prescription or something that requires little effort from the doctor then im sure this doctor is fine at writing but that as far as i would take it.

    Amazing service. Was in the clinic few weeks ago with my wife. Very professional staff and doctor. No appointment required. safety precautions were in place. seen in few minutes. Doctor listened all our concern. highly recommended.

    Dr. Ana Pavel took care of everything and explained everything in detail step by step. Very well experienced Dr. The reception staff was also professional and well explained. Even though I didn’t have an appointment they still managed to accommodate me as I had been searching for GP for a long time. Thank you Arun

    Very disappointed. Not everything is Covid, just ONE similar symptom with it and they can’t attend me. I did myself a covid test and it’s negative, otherwise I would never go there in person. I have so much pain and I just needed a medicine, a prescription or whatever… I got nothing. Maybe they should start changing the Covid procedures, because it’s not fair for the rest of the people with other ills.

    Just went to the clinic with a blocked nose (sinuses) and to get my blood check done. was offered online consultation because sinuses are on "the list" or I can go do a PCR for COVID and then a normal visit and of course no blood taken for analysis.

    Excellent service. Quick to answer the phone, very polite, helpful and responsive. Got an appointment for phone consultation within minutes when my own gp refused to even talk to me on the phone. I was very unwell and needed to attend A+E. The 365Dr service helped me so much, was much cheaper and more accommodating than my own GP. They even helped me afterwards with sorting out my illness certificate for work. Cannot stress enough how important it is to have affordable health professionals who treat you with kindness and support. Thank you for the work you do.

    Absolutely fantastic service. My daughter was very sick I had rang South doc and was told there was a 4 hour wait to get appointment. My husband called the doctor 365 and we were given appointment straight away. Would highly recommend.

    I would like to recommend Doctor 365 for all your medical needs. From reception to Medical Consultation, you receive a warm welcome and a friendly, stress free experience. Also, minor surgeries are available on site, thereby; avoiding a visit to hospital Accident and Emergency departments. It is on that basis that I recommend Doctor 365 without reservation and I wish the management and staff continued success henceforth. Best Wishes, William Walsh.

    Had my first visit as I heard it was walk ins and my own gp could not see me, explained my symptoms to the doctor who didn’t say much,no previous history was asked and symptoms were also visible on my skin. He wrote me a prescription and explained what it was for, I also asked for a note for my employer as I was not able to attend work and because of this the consultant was €50 as sick note (which he only covered for 2days)was included on my receipt. Went straight into the pharmacy next door with the prescription which was handed back to me and I was told I didn’t need it for over the counter medications which was Zovirax it hasn’t helped with ailment as my own gp has always prescribed antibiotics for the condition. Will not be attending again.

    I am suffering from high blood pressure and skin condition of masks.... I had swelling my all ankle and feet. When I went saw doctor ...nobody checked my blood pressure not even looked at my ankle swelling ... i even knew it wasn't from twisting, because there is fluid what person told and reassured me in Privat Mater clinick... I been prescribed most strongest pain killers - Salpodol... wearing compressive sock...witch can call extra problems to me...which I even didn't needed as I didn't had pain it was swelling and liquid...I just cant understand how doctors like that are allowed to give any proper opinion... It is always you walk in... they look to you as like an stranger... they ask 1,2 questions and want you walk out .... I am great-full to have doctors like it... but You must remember people and patients are not animals... they want service and attitude what they pay for!!!!!

    We just walked in with our son and within 15 minutes dr Sajjad Ashfaq checked him out and helped us a lot. The receptionist was super friendly and nice 👍 Definitely coming back to them again if needed 💕

    On the HSE website it states that covid issues are free with GP'S yet this practice tried to charge 30 euro and when I asked about it they said they don't do it and most practices don't yet next practice I called had no issue. I mean it literally states it on the HSE website. This practice is ridiculous.

    Had a really good experience. Doctor prescribed me medication which were really helpful after trying two other doctors who could not find the right medication for my symptoms. Highly recommend this medical centre.

    Have visited this practice on 2 separate occasions with my Son and could not recommend them enough. It's a walk in practice so if you have a sick child you know they'll be seen to. I found the staff to be very polite and helpful & definitely deserving of a 5 star rating.

    I waited about 40 mintues to see the doctor. He rushed me, didn't listen to my symptoms or history and said I should go to my family doctor instead. I don't have a family doctor and he didn't seem to care about what I was telling him instead he just prescribed an antibiotic and i was out of the room in less than 5 minutes.

    Great walk in service. Each time I have been there the secretaries I have spoken to either over the phone or at the desk have been lovely. The doctors are thorough and considerate. Really convenient that you can get the prescription sent to the pharmacy next door.

    Very efficient and kind staff, with opening times until 7pm. Waiting room spacious and clean. Parking available outside premises. Charges very reasonable E45 for visit with a follow up E25 if needed. Excellent service indeed.

    fantastic service .. i found the doctor to be very very thorough and efficient. At the same time he didn't rush through the consultation. i've used the service twice in the last 2 months getting full blood spectrum and prescriptions .

    The clinic is local and is open often when i cannot see my own GP, which is very convenient for me. Unfortunately, after describing my symptoms, the doctor there performed no examination at all. No temperature, Blood pressure, or listened to my chest. Despite this, I still got my steroids and antibiotics.

    Absolutely shocking treatment just left the clinic and I am fuming , told by the doctor we don’t have your file so I really don’t know how to treat you . I am after back surgery and have intense stomach pain told go to my GP in the morning by the doctor !!

    Fantastic service first time visiting the clinic as my daughter had an ear infection arrived at 10:05 and we lift at 10:40 after seeing the doctor and prescription sent next door. We'll done team. This is how doctor clinics should work.

    I waited about an hour for the dr to call me back and they were very attentive to my needs. I got exactly what I was looking for very quick and my prescription was sent to my local pharmacy straight away. Phone consultation was only €35. Really happy!

    Visited here tonight, wasn't very impressed. Doctor hardly spoke. Didn't ask me any questions just kept typing on computer. I will not be going there again. No one in waiting room but still there for 40 mins. 50 euro

    I am giving this two stars and the stars are simply because the receptionist is amazing and this place is so convenient. I unfortunately had a male doctor who seemed more concerned about getting through as many patients as possible. I was in immense pain, voiced my concerns and he did not seem to consider my concerns. Stated I had an ear infection just by looking into my ears which is fair and prescribed me meds. I am sensitive to medication so I haven’t been able to hold down food but attributed this to the medications as this is normal for me. Turns out after consulting my home GP, the doctor was prescribing twice the recommended dose. The dose he prescribed was for severe infections which he only confirmed by looking into my ear. No blood tests, no swabs. Another physician also confirmed my case was more likely viral and not bacterial, as I spiked 39 degree fever while on the antibiotics. So for future individuals, be careful because I am fortunate I know other physicians who looked out for me. Please look after yourself and ask questions.

    I had a walk in appointment for consulting the GP and it was so smooth, It was 50 euros. I would suggest an online appointment and consultation if you are looking for a cheaper option. I got the consultation and an appointment was made for my scan in the hospital.

    Very fast, positive experience. Since my own GP was too busy to see me when I was extremely unwell it was really nice to have somewhere to go where id be seen with no issues rather than waiting for out of hours service. We need more of these services.

    19 week pregnant girlfriend was prescribed a nurofen based product strongly advised to avoid by the pharmacist and maternity hospital. Additional €10 for a "sick" note Eventually refunded but wasnt refunded for the "sick" note even tho we weren't given a proper medicine for her diagnosis as the "note is still viable as she's sick"

    Reception staff were lovely, very empathetic and accomodating. Was seen quite quickly, the consultation was quite brief and there wasn't much discussion regarding the ailment, I was out in a matter of minutes. The price is very reasonable considering consultations in most GPs are 15/20 euro more expensive, would definitely recommend to someone who has an acute minor illness over the weekend/evening and just needs a quick prescription.

    Absolutely horrible service from beginning to end. The receptionist had zero manners, just threw a form for me to fill out - it was then i should have known to walk out and go to south doc. The doctor had the worst manners I have ever met, started typing on his computer as i sat down, then stared at me, which ended up quite awkward coz i didnt realize this was my que to speak - explained my symptoms and then he examined me in silence without asking any medical history/background. He spoke to me while he was behind my back washing his hands to ask if i was allergic to penicillin. He threw a prescription at me, I had to ask what I was being diagnosed with. I left in tears. I was in extreme pain and did not feel confident in anything that had just happened in that office. I am extremely tempted to go to the medical council about this issue - a vet would show more care, concern and kindness to an animal then these people show to their patients.

    walked in feeling unwell and had to get examined and get a sick note for my workplace. i am a 16 year old kid and this was my first time going to a gp alone waited. 40 mins to be seen and when i was seen the doctor did not help me just said he cant examine and give me a sick note because he doesn't know any of my background only good thing is that i wasnt charged. was not examined at all, rejected completely after 2 mins talking. disappointing experience in general

    Great great great service!!!!, when South Doc and Swiftcare couldn’t assist Doctor365 we’re there. Must be honest we didn’t know this place existed. Urine test done on the spot and waited for results. Super friendly and mega helpful (we were a bit stressed). As a parent so comforting to know this service is here and would highly recommend them.

    I am giving 4* solely because the doctor was absolutely amazing. Wonderful man from Sudan unfortunately I didn't catch his name. Other than that I was given the wrong information about blood tests 3 times from the different admins. I am 1hr away ( each way) so that was a total 6 hours back and forth.......Eventually I had my bloods test done... (FYI they are done on Monday exl BH, Wednesday and Thursday)

    I arrived at about 10.10am and was seen around 11.30am. It was a bit of a wait but that’s expected. Dr Abouzaid was so lovely and caring, listened to all my concerns and reassured me well. Overall a really good experience. Thanks so much!
