have
bought
from
G+C
online
on
multiple
occasions
in
the
past
&
always
found
them
to
be
super
helpful
&
fast
when
assisting
with
online
queries
etc
However
this
year
has
been
a
totally
different
situation.
Placed
an
order
on
the
11th
of
November
during
one
of
their
sales
/
promotion
&
im
still
waiting
for
3
of
the
5
items
I
bought
-
I
have
been
contacting
them
thru
the
only
communication
form
they
have
which
is
hello@g+c
&
I
did
get
some
response
back
but
it
only
told
me
that
they
don't
know
why
my
order
hasn't
shipped
but
they
will
do
so
now
(that
was
29th
Nov)
but
1
item
was
not
available
any
more.
The
other
4
items
had
to
be
shipped
from
European
hub
or
something
like
that.
This
week
(Christmas
week)
I
received
one
of
the
items
of
the
remaining
4
&
despite
contacting
the
said
email
address
I
haven't
had
a
single
response
nor
have
I
been
refunded
for
the
item
not
available.
Its
22nd
Dec
&
3
of
the
remaining
items
are
gifts
for
family
members
&
it
looks
like
I
wont
receive
them
in
time
or
not
at
all
-
no
one
has
responded.
My
wife
called
into
the
Blanchardstown
store
2
days
ago
to
buy
the
item
above
not
available
&
told
them
about
the
experience
we
are
having
getting
the
order
that
was
placed
on
the
29th
Nov
-
they
said
they
would
contact
Head
Office
&
get
them
to
call
me
with
an
update
-
unsurprisingly
no-one
has
contacted
me.
Its
very
disappointing
&
probably
my
last
time
shopping
with
them
as
I
like
their
clothes
but
after
spending
close
to
€700
this
year
Im
still
out
of
pocket
for
item
not
available
&
the
missing
3
items,
I
still
have
no
gifts
for
3
family
members
&
I've
spent
countless
hours
trying
to
resolve
this
to
no
avail.
I
have
tried
to
make
contact
with
anyone
but
its
near
impossible
to
find
a
phone
number
for
this
company
-
maybe
they
have
grown
too
fast
to
look
after
their
loyal
customers.
I
had
to
give
them
one
star
so
I
could
post
this
review
-
if
I
had
the
option
I
would
have
given
them
0!!
