Staff could not have been more helpful, purchased the most gorgeous hoodie. Unbelievable quality and I can not wait to get back there for another!!

I won’t be shopping with G+C ever again. As a couple, we’ve purchased maybe 6 or 7 items between us and I’ve been terribly unsatisfied with the quality of clothing. Nearly every single item has shrunk or faded after only a couple of washes. I returned a pair of leggings that got stretch marks and balls after only one or two wears. I’ve also had a lot of hassle with ordering and delays and mix ups. After all the trouble, the CEO sent me a ‘€25 gift card’ which turned out to expire after only a couple months and could only be used on full price items. So the whole thing was just a hoax to keep you shopping. The clothing is not cheap, and it’s disappointing after making such an effort to support Irish.

The Staff in the Mahon Point Store are super friendly and helpful. I love the hoodies, 10/10 so comfortable and fashionable!

Went in during a very busy period but even still all the employees were more than helpful getting sizes etc...couldn't fault the store or staff

Staff were really friendly, professional and helpful. First time and very impressed with quality and variety and then sure to top it all, they packed the goodies in a bag that used to be a fridge! All the boxes ticked! I'll be back!

The staff were so unbelievably helpful, I had no idea how to pick out a gift box and the sales assistant walked me around the shop helping me what to chose. They were all beautifully dressed up for Halloween today, so lovely & helpful.

Gym plus coffee at Mahon Point is exceptional. Nothing seems to be a problem with the workers. Anything you ask them, they are more than happy to assist you and offer advise.

I have bought from G+C online on multiple occasions in the past & always found them to be super helpful & fast when assisting with online queries etc However this year has been a totally different situation. Placed an order on the 11th of November during one of their sales / promotion & im still waiting for 3 of the 5 items I bought - I have been contacting them thru the only communication form they have which is hello@g+c & I did get some response back but it only told me that they don't know why my order hasn't shipped but they will do so now (that was 29th Nov) but 1 item was not available any more. The other 4 items had to be shipped from European hub or something like that. This week (Christmas week) I received one of the items of the remaining 4 & despite contacting the said email address I haven't had a single response nor have I been refunded for the item not available. Its 22nd Dec & 3 of the remaining items are gifts for family members & it looks like I wont receive them in time or not at all - no one has responded. My wife called into the Blanchardstown store 2 days ago to buy the item above not available & told them about the experience we are having getting the order that was placed on the 29th Nov - they said they would contact Head Office & get them to call me with an update - unsurprisingly no-one has contacted me. Its very disappointing & probably my last time shopping with them as I like their clothes but after spending close to €700 this year Im still out of pocket for item not available & the missing 3 items, I still have no gifts for 3 family members & I've spent countless hours trying to resolve this to no avail. I have tried to make contact with anyone but its near impossible to find a phone number for this company - maybe they have grown too fast to look after their loyal customers. I had to give them one star so I could post this review - if I had the option I would have given them 0!! Buyer beware !!

Just want to say thank you for the kind staff who were very caring and welcoming. I purchased a hat and unfortunately it was taken in Stradivarius I went back to purchase another hat as I really wanted one and the staff were so kind they give me a free one. I will definitely be coming back to This shop in the future

Size of zip up top was different to other times when purchasing same size. I was swapping item for another one but in different colour. Purchased item during Black Friday sale yet had to pay the difference to full price today. Found staff member very unhelpful during the whole process.

Girl was so lovely , myself and my mam was in and she was so helpful and nice instead of buying one hoodie and leggings I ended up buy 3 and 2 leggings lovely girl and really good personality really liked her job
