Under Poor management who won’t accept refunds within the stated timeframes so makes the refund policy to be untrue, false advertising. Will not be shopping here again, do not shop here unless you plan to keep your items with no hope of a refund or being spoken to extremely rudely.

I've been going to H. Samuel in the square for over 25 years and they really should be teaching the rest of the jewellery shops how it is done when it comes to customer service skills and their knowledge. The staff are just outstanding and extremely well trained and educated on everything to do with jewellery. I'm always treated like royalty when I walk in even if I'm just there to get a battery for a watch.

Got a ring for Christmas as a gift. Have a gift receipt and have been to the store 4 times now to change it. Every time I walk in I’m being made feel like I’m intruding staff are very unwelcoming. Horrible atmosphere in the shop if I didn’t have to change the ring I would never shop here again but unfortunately I’m constantly being told to just keep coming back as the ring I want is never in my size I only have a gift receipt so I can not get a refund and my warranty is almost up. Until one young girl with black hair told me she can take my details and made me feel so welcome she was so helpful even told me she would order it in (this was never said to me every other time I was in). They couldn’t order me the ring but took my details. Very disappointing from a shop of high standard.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had, terrible customer service especially from Sabrina the manager. Not willing to help in any way when trying to make a return/exchange when it should have been done as all conditions had been met. Shocking attitude from the start, would not recommend to anyone unless you want to waste money.

Don't ever buy jewellery from this counts because you can't bring back even 1 day before you have bought . Terrible experience

Unless you are dealing with Theresa I wouldn’t bother wasting your time here... Her level of customer service and general kindness to picking out wedding rings for our special day was beyond 5 stars but unfortunately that is as the only saving grace for what would follow.. Unfortunately the visit to collect them we were bearly spoken, the colleague assisting us literally could not have been arsed dealing with us in the slightest and overall unfortunately taking away from what should be a happy memory. We also had my fiancée's engagement ring insured which to be honest is a waste of the paper it's printed on nevermind the money spent on it. One stone had fallen out yet they said it was beyond economical due to being over half what the ring cost. Never explained to me when picking up, dropping it off and only told when it had come back in from being "Repaired".. they did however offer a replacement but who would want another ring that's not the original for the sake of a tiny stone? No compassion or literally any level or customer service from this person either to really finish off the whole dealings. Do yourself a favour. Save the hassle and shop elsewhere..

Great experience but the only disappointment was the watch i wanted was extra 20%off online for limited time, and as they dont have option online for delivery, so therfore i couldn't purchase it and as the offer was for limited time and shop were closed , I didnt get extra 20% in the shop unfortunately.

H Samuel in the square was awful. We were in looking to buy our wedding rings and the girls attitude was terrible. We asked for a certain size in a ring and she told us they dont keep rings lying around. She seemed so disinterested that we left and had a fantastic experience elsewhere

Seller extrememte sellers unwilling to answer and solve problems after purchase. I went to the store, I didn't get good service on 10/26. I went on 10/27 at 13:00 and I bought the desired ring, unfortunately fate, I only had to pick it up at this store. I live in Northern Ireland together with my fiancee. Today is a celebration day, I went to the store, I made a mistake, forgetting the receipt. But I verified virtual payment. How I paid at the Dublin store 1. The store gives me directs to this store, in impossible time to arrive before 18:00. No time proposed Or wanted to call dublin 1 shop. Today finally official day, engagement party, I'm driving to northern ireland again. They didn't want to sell me another engagement ring. Actions like this compromise many personal situations, including time and distance. I have always worked in the hotel market and luxury gastronomy. When you allow me to come to the store, I expected to have a minimum of descent and Respect for the customer. I'm disappointed with the course of this history, it brought a lot of wear and tear in a simple change of rings. I hope to resolve tomorrow, or return the ring and buy my engagement ring in a brand that respects the price.The customer and provide minimal adequate service.
