I’m delighted to say that I had an amazing experience at Keane’s today. I traveled from Dublin just to visit this store and I wasn’t disappointed. In fact, I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the minute I walked into the store, I got the feeling that this family business was one that I wanted to deal with. I spoke to a number of staff members who were all polite, attentive and genuinely helpful. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and the gifts that were given to me as well. This is the way business should be done. I wish other jewellers were as pleasant to deal with. I already cannot wait for the next opportunity to visit the guys in Keanes again and I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family!

I bought a watch this weekend from Keanes and had a fantastic experience. It's a nice store with a great selection of watches from the likes of Tudor, Omega, Breitling etc. The staff were great; friendly, welcoming and polite. They weren't pushy or 'salesy' at all and were more than happy for us to chat, look around, try on watches etc. I was helped by Patrick and David who were a pleasure to deal with; patient and not pushy at all, really knowledgable and answered all of my questions, and just generally friendly and engaging throughout. Honestly I don't normally write reviews on here but I've bought several watches (Tudor, Longines, Ball, etc.) from various shops over the last few years and this was easily the best experience of the lot so I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I had been looking for a particular type of Rolex for some time now in other establishments in Dublin. I decided to travel down to Cork for a better experience, the minute I walked through the door of Keanes, I felt instantly welcomed . I was met by Patrick who works at Keanes and my first impressions of him was nothing less than professional and ready to help me through the process in purchasing my new watch . I find this jewellers, their staff and back office workers very accommodating. I couldn’t recommend them anymore and I would tell all of my friends to travel to Keanes if you they want quality and ask for Patrick.

I recently purchased a watch from Keanes Jewellers that was a wedding day gift. Christina McDermot looked after me in store and the customer service I received was excellent. Christina went through every detail about the watch with me from the materials, to settings and services. I visited Keane's jeweller on Oliver plunckett st in cork yesterday afternoon and the service I received for all the staff was absolutely outstanding especially penny and Mary water and Liz to mention a few but to be fair all of the staff of Keane's jeweller are turely out on their own with both their assistance and they are.always in fabulous form. . They are out on their own.

Bought a engagement ring a couple of months ago. Great selection of rings for all. Had one small hiccup which was dealt with very professionally. Fantastic service all round, with a special mention to Liz who I dealt with on the day and Ger who helped a lot after. Could not recommend Keanes enough!

I contacted Keanes in Cork regarding a Tudor watch and spoke to Rachel who kindly provided the exact Tudor model that I was interested in. I travelled from Galway to Cork to collect the watch and it was such a great experience to be in Keanes and to do business with Rachel who is really helpful and very professional and knowledgeable about watches. I found the rest of Keanes staff very friendly and helpful, and had a chance to meet Ger Keane Jr who's a respectful and welcoming person. In addition to this great experience, I really like and admire the history and good reputation of Keanes in Cork which is definitely my number one store in Ireland to buy watches and jewellery.

Excellent service. I dealt with David O'Connor in Keanes who is the Watch Manager there. He was professional, knowledgeable and his communication was second to none. The staff in Keanes were extremely friendly during my interactions with them. I went to collect my new Rolex and from the moment I walked in I was treated with great respect in a friendly environment. The watch was everything I had hoped for and I couldn't have been happier. My experience was not very good here. I purchased a watch online as a gift for my wife and when I went to collect it they didn't actually have it. I spent a lot of time picking out this gift and expected way better from keanes. The only reason they are getting a star is because of Rachel who went above and beyond to try to help me.

My partner gifted me a beautiful emerald & diamond necklace for my birthday, and was raving about the service he got at Keane’s when he purchased it. I went into the store to see if they had a yellow gold necklace instead just so it matched my other jewelry. When I went in to exchange it however, it was a totally different experience than his. It was as if the saleswoman wanted me gone from the counter as soon as possible despite her spending only 3 minutes with me. I thought never mind and left as she clearly didn’t want to be assisting me, maybe they work on commission and she had no time for me because this would’ve been an exchange. Usually jewelers in general have very good customer service, especially a well known business like Keane’s however I will not be running back after my experience.

I had a very good experience purchasing a watch. Due to limited supply I had to wait some time for the item. I dealt with Ian and he regularly kept me up to date via email. He was professional and courteous which made travelling from Dublin well worth the journey.

I was in Keanes in cork this weekend collecting some watches and had a fantastic experience. I was dealing with Ian and he was very helpful from when I first got in touch with him a few months previously. He answered any questions I had and is a very knowledgeable guy and a gentleman to deal with. He went out of his way to let me know what they had in stock in the store and kept me in the loop with everything that was going on and was happy to answer any questions I had. I was running a little late but was not rushed in any way while I was in the store and it was a very relaxed experience. The store is beautiful and all the staff are friendly and welcoming. I will be recommending Keanes in cork to my friends and I’m looking forward to my next visit already.

Absolute trash bazaar-quality shop. Staff are not knowledgeable. They don't know anything about stones they are selling, don't know the difference between the stones. Completely unreliable when it comes to orders. Not considering customer's preferences, instead trying to rub-in low quality stuff they display on their windows. They were doing so much better some 15 years ago. Shame!
