I have been going there with years and couldn't prese the vets there high enough, for all the care and understanding they gave and that goes for all who work there, I appreciate all what they ever did for my Anamels I would recommend them any time,

Really terrible experience two years ago in which our beloved dog of 14 years was knocked down by a car, we rushed him to this vets and were left outside waiting for about 15 minutes and our dog was left just pass away as if they didnt have an ounce of care to give. The vet then came out after we called for the seventh time and informed us that he's after passing away sorry. That was all the input they gave, would avoid at all costs if you have any veterinary emergency.

We brought our puppy for a grooming yesterday. We asked to tidy up her hair. They shaved her hair and she is now a skinhead! They shouldn't have done this without ours permission.Our puppy is a double-coated dog. Shaving a double coat is the worst thing to do. As a professional groomer she should be aware of this , all puppies details are on the file in Abbeyville. Now we don't know if her hair ever will grow again the same texture they were or they become corse. Its really heart broken to receive such disgusting grooming service. We never come back again!!!!!!!!!!!! She shaved her so short that puppy is trembling inside the house and when she goes outdoors as she is cold.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. Service was great. And the vet we saw, Ciara, was wonderful! She was so warm and gentle with our cat and very informative and friendly talking to us. 6/5 stars for her!

We switched to going to Abbeyville from another vet that recently closed and we couldn't be happier with our experience so far. They've been nothing but accommodating to our schedules, our animals, and our personal needs. They are extremely clear in their care plans and prices/costs, and expectations for animal care.

Nice and pleasant veterinary, Emma just had to have a healt tjek and worm cure because of breaksit in great Britain. We travel from Irland, Great Britain, France, Belgien, Nederland, Germania and home to Denmark. Very nice people the Irish.

I don't take my pets anywhere else! Abbeyville looked after my cat when I brought him from London, looked after my first Shih Tzu, and they now take wonderful care of the 2 Shih Tzu I have now. Would definitely recommend.

Donal has gone above and beyond to find the right treatments for my little guy, from inhalers to doggy acupuncture. All of my extended families pets attend Abbeyville and we are all so grateful for the service they provide. We had our two cats neutered and vaccinated with Abbeyville last year and were very happy with the service. I don't know how I can even begin to thank all the staff at Abbeyville for their handling of an emergency situation this week. They assisted our beloved kitty Honey immediately. They monitored her situation over the course of two days and I know they did their very best for her and provided me with regular updates. Unfortunately the conclusion was that we had to say goodbye to our angel, but the staff at Abbeyville helped us so much throughout such a devastating experience. Their compassion, patience, understanding, support, advice and professionalism is second to none. They put so much attention into every little detail. They have a special way of making both pets and pet parents feel at ease. They gave us as much time as we needed and really made an effort to minimise trauma both to Honey and to us and I really cannot recommend them or thank them enough. Thank you Ken, Michael, Máiread, Donal and everyone else who has cared for baby Honey.

I have been going here for some time with my dog for everything. I'd like to think that we have met every vet at this stage and I can only say good things. All team (receptionists, nurses, vets are extremely caring and nice). You can book appointments online, order meds online, etc. If your pet is sick, give them a call and they will always make it possible for you to see a vet on the same day. A little extra that I love - I get email and Text reminders when my pup is due his worming tablet. Super happy with the vets and can only recommend.
