I
find
the
care
from
the
GP
is
outstanding
but
the
after-service
is
lacking
hence
3
stars
and
not
1.
I
often
have
issues
with
having
prescriptions
filled
and
end
up
paying
for
emergency
tablets
even
though
I
ring
days
in
advance.
Take
the
time
of
writing
this
review
for
example,
I
called
for
a
refill
on
Tuesday
and
was
told
I
wouldn’t
get
it
before
Friday
which
is
too
long
but
was
fine
as
I
had
a
few
to
last
however
it’s
Friday
and
I
haven’t
received
my
prescription
and
I
had
to
order
emergency
ones
as
the
phones
aren’t
being
answered
and
they
haven’t
called
back
as
promised
for
me
to
pay
for
the
prescription
so
it’s
unlikely
to
be
filled
today.
Speaking
of
call
backs,
I
have
also
been
promised
call
backs
from
reception
in
the
past
which
normally
ends
up
with
me
calling
back
only
to
receive
all
kinds
of
excuses
like
they
called
and
left
messages
only
to
discover
they
called
a
number
that
wasn’t
mine
though
they
have
the
correct
number
on
file
or
they
just
didn’t
bother
to
call
back.
Reports
from
my
specialised
doctor
they
referred
me
to
requesting
blood
pressure
monitor
was
sent
and
they
didn’t
action
it
in
time,
resulting
in
me
having
to
do
it
independently
and
at
my
cost
even
though
I
followed
up
weeks
in
advance.
Unfortunately
the
care
with
clinics
on
a
whole
seems
to
be
poor
from
my
experience
so
will
probably
be
looking
for
a
new
clinic
once
my
health
issues
are
resolved.

than
take
criticism
on
board
to
improve
their
service,
I
received
this
email
after
ordering
a
subscription
:

to
the
pharmacy
you
have
requested.
Doctor

notes
your
public
dissatisfaction
with
our
Clinic
and
now
urges
you
to
find
a
more
satisfactory
Clinic

that
meets
your
standards.
