My laser hair removal was an absolute waste of time and money, zero results. The machine was on a very low setting every session, despite asking for it to be increased each time. Awful customer service too. Please do not waste your money.

This company is the worst. They made me pay for 6 treatments of Coolsculpting but only performed 4. They will not refund the 2 treatments that were not performed! I am shocked at this company's customer service, appalled by how the staff treated me. I feel bullied and ganged up on by all the staff. They are gaslighting me about the treatment results - there are photos that clearly show post treatment looks worse. Trying to bully me into getting more treatments to cover up the bad result? In what world is this ok?

SCAM ALERT!!!! Absolutely no change in hair growth. I have gotten laser done before from multiple places which has done wonders. This place is a total scam. They don’t disclose the laser settings. They keep it as low as possible so you keep coming back to them. I just finished a session and the lady did not even take the time to laser the entire area. DO NOT BUY!!!!!

The reason for this your customer service is shocking. I have sent three emails no response, visited the store in Cork Therapie clinic spoke to Dawn and the first time I rang the girl said they are extemely busy that my email would be addressed. This never happened. I rang again today and put on hold and fifteen minutes later still no one answered the phone. This happened again the following day. I have sent an email to customer solutions following reading your reviews on line but no response received.The basic courtesy is to look after the customer this is not happening. I spoke to the manager of the Cork Store Dawn today who informed me that she has been in the post for three weeks and that the emails and the phone calls are attached to a call centre She informed me she is looking into my email but many staff are off for their Christmas holidays.

Please avoid this place, no respect for customers, still waiting1 month for the response from management. 1.5 year ago I bought laser removal procedures,I got an offer in Opera Lane Cork. That offer wasn't on the clinic official page ,as they said that its special offer for loyalty. I didn't want to get that offer, as I didn't need that much procedures to be done ,as I was getting hair laser removal for years, and my hair don't grow that fast. The receptionist told me that it's no expiring date, and I can use as long as I need. 1 month ago I have received a message about that my treatment procedures valid till next year March. I gonna loose my money ,as I have left 6 procedures, and wouldn't be enough time to be use ,as I don't need to go every 6weeks, as like I mentioned before its no reason. I'll change the clinic in the future. Wouldn't recommend !!!!Be careful !!!! I gave 1 star for the email was responded from Amy ,about the management respond which they never did.

Where to start ... 1) I went for a skin consultation about two weeks ago. The staff were very nice. We discussed which treatments would be good for my skin etc. The girl I was dealing with was nice. 2) After the consultation I was set an appointment two weeks later. She advised they were too busy to fit me in before this. I advised I’m available between 12-13 everyday. She suggested 11.50 for an appointment. I had to take time off work. I advised I would be taking the time off of work to sit this appointment. (This has cost me) 3) They called me for a split second at 9.08 I assumed they were confirming the appointment as they didn’t ring for long. As soon as it rang the call was gone. 4) At 11:40, ten minutes before the scheduled appointment, I got a call. The girl had called in sick. They can’t fit me in until next week. The bottom line .... This has cost me money. I don’t work around the corner, I had to book time off which will impact my payslip. Extremely unprofessional, I would not recommend this place to anybody. I’m not the tricky customer who loves giving out. I am a very positive person. I’m really unimpressed with the therapie clinic. Stay away from this place.

I went in for a consultation about a year ago just to see what my options were - the person who was with me for the consultation didn’t patch test, didn’t ask any questions i think I was in and out of the room in less than 5 minutes and it was because she was asking what I did for work and general conversation. When I went down stairs she said to me, “Ok so it is x amount for what you’re looking for.” Mind you she did not ask me what I was looking for, she asked the areas I was interested in, but didn’t ask anymore nor even look at my underarms. She was signing me up to 10 sessions of underarm laser, no options. At the time I was a 19 year old student and it caught me off guard so I didn’t question it The no refunds policy is an absolute joke and makes the entire company look like every employee knows what they are providing is a fake service, like they know that everyone would look for refunds so they’ve opted out of even giving the common decency of even refunding store credit. After maybe 3 sessions of my treatment I was pleasantly surprised. I emailed customer services to say all I would need was 6 sessions, can I keep 3 and have the remaining 4 sessions refunded - which a) I had surplus sessions because of the consultation and b) couldn’t get a refund, could only get store credit. I said ok put it to store credit no problem thanks for your help, only no one did. A week later I had to follow up. When I did someone new must have been assigned I’m not sure, but did not read back through the emails and refunded my whole package without questions. I said to her I did not want that I only wanted partial refund to which she then replied, sorry we don’t offer that… why was I offered that in the first place then? On top of all these bad experiences already mentioned, I have shown up before with the tiniest touch of hair in an area on my underarm and the girl doing my session said “I must avoid that area because you missed it.” It felt like she was giving out to me, but also every other place I know of that offers laser hair removal has disposable razors for this scenario. You get enough money out of us all to have disposable razors on the trolley. Another time I had a small area of tan left on my underarm and a girl still zapped through and said it should be okay……. This place is an abomination and I actually cannot wait to just be done my sessions

Very unprofessional company. I was booked for cool sculpting but was cancelled the day of because they had to do maintenance on the machine. Why did they book me for that day and why didn’t I get advance notice? I had to free up my schedule for this appointment. I didn’t end up doing the cool sculpting and they wouldn’t refund me the deposit I paid, so I booked the hydra facial. I was ignored when I came in for my appointment and I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time before I was seen. The customer service is so poor. And again there was an issue with their equipment. The machine did not work and they instead offered to do a vitamin c peel instead. It was not worth the money but I felt pressured to say yes. Definitely go somewhere else if you are wanting medical grade aesthetics procedures. This company needs better customer service and equipment that actually works.

I have been doing laser hair removal here for a year. The girls are always nice and very professional. Facilities are clean and in good condition. Treatment works well so far. Strongly recommend here if you want to have laser hair sessions.

It was a pleasure to deal with Therapie Cork, the staff are highly motivated in helping you on whichever journey you are on. They are knowledgeable and friendly , putting you at ease. I can honestly say at No point in any of my consultations or after appointments was it suggested taking further treatments, I I look forward to seeing the girls again in the future. Money well spent.

I have had nothing but great experiences at Thérapie Cork. All the staff are so welcoming. Lauren was my laser therapist and she was amazing. I was a nervous client, but she put me at ease straight away with her patience. She had so much knowledge on any treatment I got which I found so helpful and I am seeing great results.. Very good experience! The staff is very nice and helpful. In my last two sessions I had Maegan working with the last two sessions and I couldn't have asked for a better service. She is fantastic at her job, but she is also an amazing cheerleader, keeping me sane through the experience. Also, at times they offer very good discounts.

Tara is very thorough with her work, she knows what she is doing and is a bery well job done. I had my second session with her today and definitelly not the last one. Highly recommend her :)

I made a procedure there on February 2020 and my lips got very diferente, I called the clinic and they told me only when lock down was over could sove that, and with the same person that made my procedure. After lockdown I call back, august, and explain everything thing, and they told me the person that made my procedure was on vacation. Them came second lockdown and nothing was dived and I never hear back from them! I paied a big money to a not satisfactory result! I do t recommend at all! Now is September 2021 and they never called me or answered my complain. Don’t recommend at all!!!!!

Ignorant staff this morning first day that rules have changed regarding Covid, it new to everyone. They had a q here sign outside the shop, 2 receptionist inside the glass window I waited at the sign outside, they can could clearly see me. Another costumer bypassed the sign and walked in. I went in after, asked about the sign, the black haired girl smirked and stated she should bring it it, no apology! Went for my treatment approx 30 minutes....the sign was still outside. Early Monday am and buns overflowing in the treatment room, praise for the girl doing the treatment. But bad welcome to a shop/clinic. Poor costumer service.

I am happy to say the staff is very professional and they demonstrate high quality service. If you have any doubts, questions or concerns, just Speak Up and they will explain everything. Personally I am doing hair removal treatment and it's customized to my needs. For example my upper leg area wasn't showing as much progressive results as other parts of the body so we did analysis and they adjusted the laser treatment to suit my needs. I highly recommend their services and I will be using their laser in the coming year. I am waiting for their Black Friday Deal as they offer amazing deals. Well done yall!

Appointments are being rushed. I get the full bikini done but multiple therapists have skipped over the middle section which is the section that needs treated most (as it is regularly ignored). I don’t even feel the laser anymore and have seen little to no results in my last 8 sessions. My first package of 6 sessions was quite good and I felt the laser at most sessions. The last 8 from my package of 10 have been pointless and have not allowed me to reduce my frequency of shaving. My 45 minute appointments are often over in less than half of that time. I have told my therapists I am seeing little to no difference and one did seem to up the intensity of the laser. In my total of 14 sessions I don’t think I’ve ever had the same therapist twice. Staff always seem to change and recently I’m not sure I’ve had any who actually understand what they are doing. Once my sessions are done I’ll be going somewhere I might actually see results

Would not return. I did a skincare consult and chose around 450 worth of products to introduce a new skincare routine. The mask was out of stock so I said I'd buy it online and the girl said she could do that at the till for me. She never mentioned a delivery fee. The email came through right away and I asked why the price was higher than she had said, she said it was for delivery. I was a bit stumped on what to say and then she put through the charge for the rest of the products which was a few hundred quid. I was unhappy they didn't credit the delivery fee when I was dropping so much cash but decided not to do anything. Then a few days ago my Vit C serum pump wasn't dispensing any serum, I thought it was gone at first which was very surprising because I would not be religiously using it day and night. But I felt like there was still some weight in the bottle so I took the lid off and sure enough there'd product in there. So I rang Therapie who told me firstly it should be gone by now and secondly that I broke the seal by lifting the lid off and they can't help. I explained many times that I took the lid off because the pump was already not working but the girl on the phone didn't seem to hear that part, she just kept saying I broke the seal on the bottle. I gave up at that point. So I'm getting my skincare from a smaller salon going forward where the customer service and after sales support is better.

RUN - now let me explain what happened today. Appointment booked and paid for microneedling a week ago. Got a call from staff saying device has issue and is not working asking me to reschedule tomorrow appointment on the 31rst December. I missed the call and called back on the 1rst to cancel and refund impossible neither through the app. I went after work cause the rarely pick-up the line I tried a couple times this year each attempt were unsuccessful anyway I told the lady at reception politely ill not reschedule thesessiin (after being told no availability before to reschedule this week ). I checked if the institute I usually go had availability this week. They did, the lady at reception was with me while I was checking if any other place could perform it. I cancelled the session (session cancelled by the staff because the machine is not available ok, not on my behalf because of a change of heart.) the appointment was cancelled BUT can't perform refund cause no refund policy. Staff told me that tonight at my face. Lol... I'm very patient and I preferred to walk away cause this is not sg to be told when the clinic itself is the one failing to proceed a service they engaged to do. This is absolutely out of this world a service canceling itself can say this straight. To resume I paid a session I will not use, neither be refunded for, I was too kind to attempt trying the place a second time after a year before leaving a review. Whoever read this, please love let me be the last one wasting money here do yourself a favor ☘️

Don’t waste your time or money going to them! Doesn’t work and terrible customer service. 16+ sessions and still didn’t work for me. Also Worst customer experience I’ve ever encountered. Went in for 2 ‘treatment reviews’ at different stages and each time told someone from manangement will contact me. After the first review I had to chase someone to get back to me with emails, Facebook messages and calls. My more recent review after the 16 sessions was in September and once again nobody has still contacted me. Won’t waste my time contacting them again.

For the last year I have been getting laser hair removal with Leah and I highly recommend it! Leah and the team are all so friendly and welcoming and put you at ease so much during the treatments! I’ve been a customer of Therapie for a while now but I can honestly say I’ve seen the most progress and improvement with my consultant Hollie. She is really professional and understanding. I think it is so important to be working with the same consultant throughout the sessions as they can then monitor progress and adapt to meet your individual needs. While that wasn’t the case for me at the beginning, I’m delighted to have met Hollie and now I make sure to book in with her each session!

I am with Therapie since January 2020. I've been getting laser hair removal and skin treatments. I nearly know everyone by their first names, because they are all so friendly. Manager Sarah is pure pleasure to deal with. My therapist also called Sarah and she is an absolute lady!!! She is so down to earth but extremely professional and does her very best to get the best results for me. I recently visited Therapie was greeted by Denise at reception who was wonderful to deal with, very friendly, informative and explained everything in detail to me before my visit to the Doctor. Visit with doctor was also great going through step by step the procedure. Will definitely return to the clinic.

Such great professional staff. They're super easy to talk to and they give great advice. I would really recommend them. They do great offers on treatments.
