Atrocious service. I attended for an initial appointment to arrange a dental implant. I had 2 teeth requiring extraction. One, I was informed, was very infected. I was told that I would get a telephone call that evening to arrange extractions. I did not recieve a phonecall. I waited a few days but I was concerned that I had an untreated infection as I was not prescribed antibiotics or anything during the initial appointment and so I wanted the extractions done as soon as possible. During the next 10 days or so I made two telephones and sent an email voicing my concerns that I was still waiting for the extractions During one of the telephone calls I was informed that the team who perform extractions were off that week. This left me in limbo. I arranged the extractions and dental implant with another dentist. I did, EVENTUALLY, get a call back 26 days after I had had my initial appointment and was promised a call. Were they seriously letting me wait for this long with an infection???? Even if I didn't have an infection.... 26 days of waiting on a reply is atrocious. I do appreciate that the lady who schedules appointments was out sick but surely a business cannot become that dependent on one person and fail to appoint someone to fill in for her during sick leave. Biggest waste of money ever. Initial appointment cost €150.... to be told I needed work done... but nobody to schedule it and no team to extract teeth.

I attended Citygate Specialist Clinic late last year to have a gum graft procedure with Dr Jennifer Kearney. The whole setup is excellent, even in the current environment. The clinic is spotless, sanitized and temperature etc taken on entry. The staff are wonderful and very responsive, especially the dental nurses who explained procedure in detail, took the time to answer any questions I had and in general were just so incredibly friendly and kind. The procedure went off without a hitch... A few months later and it's still holding. The procedure itself only lasted 1 hour and Dr Kearney is skilled at what she does. Never in my life had I heard of a gum graft and to see what she was able to do with what she had to work with is unbelievable. Has saved my teeth from gum recession. Would def recommend.

I was referred to Dr.Jennifer Kearney @ Citygate Specialist Dental Clinic by my own dentist late last year. I had ongoing issues with receding gums and bone loss. My first impression of Citygate was that of a modern, bright and professional clinic. The care I received from Dr. Kearney, the Dental nurses and Hygienists was 5 star without a doubt. I found Dr. Kearney to be very thorough and knowledgeable. I trusted her skill and advise from day one. The Dental nurses and the Hygienists were also professional, knowledgeable and caring. My experience from my first visit to the last was always positive. I’m grateful to Dr. Kearney & team for my care. I’m delighted with the results and would not hesitate to recommend City Specialist Dental Clinic to others.

I can’t recommend Dr. John Ed and his dental assistant enough - as a really anxious patient, they both put me at ease as much as possible throughout the entire process whilst getting my wisdom tooth removed. A really professional clinic with lovely staff, I would certainly return if needed.

My son recently attended Citygate clinic for a surgical procedure. Dr John Ed was so kind and reassuring at the consultation, that my son wasn't in the slightest bit nervous on the day of the treatment. He was extremely professional and thorough, as well as gentle, which resulted in a completely successful outcome. All the staff at Citygate were friendly and helpful, especially Dee the surgical assistant. Thank you for a really positive experience.

My dentist referred me to Dr John Edward as I needed 3 teeth pulled. I have (or had I can say now) an extreme phobia of the dentist so I needed a light sedation to get me through it. Himself and Dee had me at total ease and they genuinely couldn’t have been nicer and more professional before during and after. They healed perfectly and I would have no hesitation in going back again if needed. Thanks a mill :)

Easily second worst dentist in ireland, its dangerous they are considered specialist clinic, insane plan and horrible attempt to execute. Avoid by mile!

I attended the maxfax team with specialist Dr John O'Connell & his surgical nurse manager Dee. I was super impressed by the professionalism, level of expertise and patient care/consideration I received. Best dental experience I've had. This is a high tech clinic - not your run of the mill dental practice.

A Brilliant service, I had gum disease for several years and found I kept having problems with my teeth although I brushed them a lot. I was referred to Citygate dental by my dentist and after several rounds of treatment my teeth are in great shape. I learnt a lot from Jennifer and her team plus they were very nice to deal with.
