Recently I finished my 9 month treatment at the Cork hair Clinic and id like to leave a review to inform others of my experience here and also praise the staff of the Clinic. I am 23 and started noticing hair loss about 2 years ago. It was never extreme or noticeable to anyone else however having noticed it myself I had to start now before it had gotten too far. Because of this, I have not seen an incredible difference in my hair on a daily basis but I have noticed much less falling out then before and believe this treatment has put a halt in the balding process. I am very pleased with the Results During the treatment, Gino was fantastic organising the sessions to ensure the two week cycle of laser treatment was never missed and was always accommodating on arrival or through WhatsApp. Big thank you to Gino in particular for the process and I will be referring the clinic on to friends

I had the most positive experience with this establishment for 9 months. I mainly dealt with Gino who was professional approachable and focused on getting me the best results for my thinning hair. My hair 100% improved . Through covid Gino posted by mail my tablets and hair lotion so i never ran out and once they were opened up again he was very prompt in booking me in to continue my treatment. I visited the Hair Clinic for an assessment as I was having problems with severe hair loss. I was really worried as it was really starting to get noticeable. I was immediately impressed with their professionalism and above all empathy. I have since commenced treatment and am half way through my course and already I have seen a big difference, the hair loss has stopped and I am seeing a marked improvement already. I don't usually write reviews but I felt it appropriate in this case if it helps anyone with problems.

The Clinic is very centrally located in the city and close to numerous carparks. The clinic provides both a professional and warm environment. Matt was very welcoming and friendly throughout my treatment. He was also very obliging to ammend clinic appointments due to work commitments. My hair is both healthier and stronger.

I was very impressed with the Initial consultation, very thorough and in-depth and it was explained to me what could and couldn't be done. I have been receiving treatment in the hair clinic in Waterford and it is just amazing! So happy with the results in less that three must there is a massive difference already and I’m only half way there, couldn’t recommend anything or anyone better!

I have been suffering with hair thinning and excessive shedding for the last 3 years which was really upsetting me as it was starting to get harder to disguise when styling it. I started laser treatment at the Waterford Clinic in Jan of this year and i can only say the difference has been amazing. My hairdresser and my friends have all commented on how good my hair looks. My confidence was really low when I went to the clinic but they were very friendly and reassuring and I liked it that everything was totally confidential and I didn’t have to see other patients as everything is very private there, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I would strongly recommend this clinic to anyone worried about their hair loss.

I am using a pseudonym for this review. When I first went to the Clinic they took 8 or 10 photos of my hair from various angles. On the last day at the clinic they take just 1 and then claim that the photos are ‘like for like’. I also later got an email from Mark explaining that it is company policy not to comment on your treatment, whether it is working or not, until the very last day. Which seems mad to me after the money I paid. When Mark is still unavailable to meet and give me a proper review, as he is out of the country, it eventually even arranged that I meet Gino instead. Gino is livid with me for expressing my dissatisfaction. He verbally abuses me, calls me names and is absolutely horrible. I have heard of customers abusing staff, but never the other way around. I didn’t raise my voice once and acted decently, however his behaviour was awful, unnecessary and over the top. All I did was express my disappointment in the treatment, something I am surely allowed to do. When I relayed the incident to Mark, he did not apologise or make any attempt to rectify the situation. If I had received any complaint about an employee like this I would phone the customer immediately and try to sort the issue. Instead it was another email saying he is unavailable to meet at the moment. So just to warn people, take photos with your own phone too on the first visit if you still feel compelled to go there. And beware if you feel that the treatment didn’t work. I received professional treatment on the first day and the complete opposite on the last. Perhaps I shouldn't have paid in full up front.

Very pleased with my results, completed treatment last week. Extremely impressed with the professionalism and attitude of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble, they even opened an hour early to help me one day as I was struggling to get in. Many thanks Mark Gino and Alan .

Hair loss has been a problem for me since 2016 and since then has gotten steadily more noticeable until my family have started to comment, as a 22 year old girl this has affected my confidence quite badly. I spoke with the clinic and commenced treatment early this year. I am so happy with the results as the shedding has stopped and my hair looks the best it has for years. I would also like to say how wonderful the staff are there and nothing is too much trouble. Very Central also and late opening helped massively!

Just thought I would leave a review in the hopes it helps others who have been through what I have with hair loss. Around 2 years ago I noticed my hair starting to thin down the centre, it was also shedding really badly, I got so worried that I was literally scared to wash it for fear of going bald!! I went to my doctor who did my bloods and everything came back normal which was more worrying than anything because he seem to have no idea what was causing it. I was referred to the Hair Clinic by one of the nurses at the practice who was herself having treatment. I met with Gino who examined my hair under a machine and talked me through the different options and I have to say showed real empathy and compassion. I undertook treatment last year and it was the BEST decision of my life!!! My hair looks better and feels thicker and stronger than it ever has since I was a teenager! I would add a footnote that the genuine care and understanding I received from Gino, Alan, Mark and Angela were exceptional and I would highly recommend it. Nothing was too much trouble… great coffee too !!
