😠 The staff have no customer service skills. I have been a member there for 3 months and the jacuzzi has been broken 4 times. They keep it off so they have less work to do and can have more time to spend on their phones and to sulk at the reception desk. People often mention staff, pool, member,

Good gym, however the changing room is terrible - barely any lockers working and very old. Rowing machines not working properly either. For the price we pay they should fix these things...

The jacuzzi has been broken for the past 2 weeks. No apology given to members. The staff have not been trained in customer service, aggressive towards customers

I’m not yet a member but I’m a parent of one of the kids attending the Turtle Tots class that is held here. I honestly felt borderline harassed by one of the employees manning the pool. Turtle tots policy is we’re only allowed to be there 10mins before class (I wasnt fully aware of that at the time— we were new members). My toddler takes time to settle in so we came 20mins before the class. A member of the staff approached us in a very rude, condescending and reprimanding manner, talking to me as if I’m a savage dying to swim in their precious pool. Mind you, i had a crying toddler on my hands. So yeah, rude staff. I may not be a Club Vitae member, but that doesnt mean I get to be treated with less dignity and respect.

The gym is fine apart from the rowing machines not working property. The pool and Sauna are nice, never too busy. The big let down is the changing rooms; most of the lockers don't work, often there's no toilet paper and there is hair and dirt everywhere.

Friendly staff but the gym equipment is old and a lot of it is actually broken. Many of the benches are unstable and are missing pins to adjust the height, the free weights rack is falling apart and you need to be extremely cautious putting heavy dumbbells down as the edges are sharp , and the bench press frame is unusable for someone like me with long arms. I asked the staff to see if it could be adjusted any higher and they said no. Nice but unhelpful. Once my membership expires I won't use this gym anymore. It's too expensive and the equipment just doesn't suffice. If I was staying in the hotel and saw this gym however I'd be happy to use it once off.

Used to visit the pool pay as go once a week for couple of weeks . Went today with two children and surprised that saying it's only for members to use the facilities and was mistaken let me in before , more than 6 or 7 times mistake !!! And surprised it the manager Lopes who should of handle it more professionally instead of send us back and rolling kids evening but was offering me to take a membership so he can let me in , of course with your roud attitude o wouldn't take membership even if I was going to..

Very well run gym. Staff are friendly and helpful. Equipment is kept in good condition and changing rooms are always kept very clean. Nice pool. Good location if you're working or living in the city centre. Can be busy enough at peak times but that's the case with any decent leisure centre.

Facilities are great, plenty of machines for cardio, when peak times, can be difficult to work oit properly but patience is key. Being your towel or clean any of the benches or machine you are planning to use, it seems people there forget to bring theirs. Sauna, jacuzzi and pool, quite good too and if you like to join the classes which is a great addition, you pay way less than any non member.

I've been a member of this gym for around 4 months now. I've found it to be a good gym and chose it because you have access to a gym, pool, steam room, sauna and jucuzzi. There is a good selection of free weights and plenty of CV machines to use. The staff are friendly and helpful. The only reasons I didn't give it five stars is because often there is a bad smell in the shower area, the floor in the changing room can often be quite wet and dirty and does not really get attended to often enough and the parking charges. There is a parking charge of €1.50 for the first two hours and the then €2.50 after this. Often, if you go to use the gym and then spend some time in the sauna after, by the time you've showered and changed, you often go just over the two hour point making a regular gym membership suddenly increase by around €80 a month!

The staff is always lovely and helpful. The pool is amazing and clean even though it's not really big. Just a small cons when swimming classes for babies are happening, it's very noisy and very messy and we don't have space to swim anymore. Other than that, I'm happy for this club that has an ideal location.

Great gym for value. The gym is getting a face-lift at the moment. The staff at the front desk are extremely competent and friendly. The locker rooms are decent and the cleaners are constantly going around. You can pay more somewhere else and receive a lot less.

The receptionist working today at 12:30 didn’t even greet guests to the gym. This is the worst gym in terms of customer service I have ever experienced. Very lazy staff

😠 Went to this gym for 4 years, came back today to use a guest pass and I was told I could only use certain parts of the gym after paying €11. Receptionist couldn’t have cared less. It’s a shocking system, extremely crowded gym with staff who could be friendlier and nicer. The booking system is very i...
