Such a little gem of a beach, especially when the tide is out! We love going here for walks. Especially with the dog. It's a very dog friendly beach. During the summer months there is a toilet in place. Also two large waste disposal bins available.

Great place to bring your dog. Tiny strand. 5 minute walk from one side to the other.

Nice long sandy beach in Ringaskiddy. Next to factory there is a concrete walkway, to the beach. Lot of shell all over although nice sandy shore. In april it is windy, but in the summer it is the perfect family beach. Dogs also enjoying beach.😊

Very beautiful and clean beach... water was warm too. Only problem was there was no bathroom and shower or water room there for cleaning urself afterwards.

Came in the evening but couldn't find it with Google maps as it brought us to closed gates leading into private company property and then down a narrow lane and almost into the water! Maybe during the day it is better to go 🤣

Sandy small beach. It's nice to walk with a dog. Seashell lovers will love it there.

Nice beach. The only problem is the parking, not enough spaces.

1st time at loughbeg beach, I was surprised it was such a sandy beach. Water was lovely too so calm. I will be back again.

Near to me nice for walk but I would not swimming there as like many industry buildings around and I think they let in chemicals but I saw locals still do swimming there

What a lovely little hidden gem in amongst some large multinational companies. The access to this beach is almost through a business park. We were relatively early on a bank holiday so there wasn't much crowds, just gorgeous doggos 🐶 It's a calm beach but may require aqua shoes if going for a swim. Found lots of sharp shells along the shore. My only disappointment was that there wasn't a single bin provided by the council. There was so much of rubbish flying around, it was heartbreaking. Not a bad spot for bird watching too!

Little beach, so close to industrial sites, one would never think of finding it there. It was not busy at the time we visited.
