Friendly locals. Lots of benches. Distance around Lough not too far, but far enough. What the heck is that sound in/on the water after dark though? Esp. at North end of Lough... Is it fish?

Peaceful, clean, and green place close to city center. Small kids play area, swarm, and ducks in the pond (perhaps fish as well) add to the beauty of this park. Number of benches for sitting and lawn for enjoying the earthy touch!

A nice walk if you're a nature lover. A host of different waterfowl and birds have made this place their sanctuary. It's peaceful and beautiful on a sunny day.

😐 This is an interesting and badly needed resource for Cork City. The walk starts at Cork Dump and runs alongside the link road which can make it a little noise polluted unfortunately. The start of the walk incorporates a little municipal fitness area. This is a nice touch. Informative little signs...

During the summer they have some events that are free and worth coming to!! Just be aware like in any place in Cork there’re no toilets or they are not worki...
