Stayed here for 1 night with my partner and she was very irritated with the receptionist who had checked us in. It started when my partner tried to tell the receptionist that she doesn't have the card that she used to book the room online through booking.com and that if she can use other card. She wasn't even finished talking when the receptionist strongly said that they have no access on any card details we have provided on the third-party website. My partner then tried to make her point about using another card. The receptionist just agreed, no apology about the previous misunderstanding. When we arrived in the room, we noticed that the teaspoon on the kitchenette has not been changed. There was a coffee stain that left the teaspoon slightly stuck on the saucer. We then phoned the reception for fresh cups which never arrived. We also noticed that the plugs in the room were too far from the bed which makes it hard if you are charging and if you are intending to check something from your phone. 2 stars for the other lovely and professional staff especially in the restaurant. I recommend this hotel if you are having an event. The lighted full body mirror in the room makes dressing up easier. Recommended for families as well because they have a playground for kids. Not recommended for leisure and relaxation since it was a bit noisy. We're Asians and sadly, we didn't feel the receptionist's welcome to be as warm as in other hotels. Won't be coming back unless we are desperate for accommodation.

In October we celebrated my sisters wedding here. We had the most enjoyable experience. The staff were so accommodating and welcoming. Everyone who attended the wedding was so complimentary of the food, the surroundings, the accommodation and most of all the incredible staff. It was the most enjoyable wedding and this was hugely down to the staff of the hotel. I'm looking forward to getting a chance to visit this hotel again.

The building has a mould problem. Check your lintle above the curtains particularly if you're in a corner room. The walls under those windows are sweating badly also. Staff are nice for the most part, location is good for getting into cork but not staying in cork. There's another hotel in cove which is much nicer for less at the time I stayed here.

The room wasn't very well sound proofed at all was my main issue. A wedding party in the smoking area woke me multiple times. Banging doors in the hall way woke me in the morning. Rooms were not clean. The bathroom had a chop stick and questionable hairs on the floor when we arrived. The windows on the outside were absolutely filthy, looked like they had never been cleaned. The curtains had small holes in them so the room wasnt fully blacked out which i would expect. The main room and bed was nice as well as clean to be fair. The pool had no towels two times we went and had to walk out to reception dripping with water to remind them they were supposed to bring us towels. Pool also had no jacuzzi which was a surprise. We were given a discount to the Spa but when we went to book it was all booked out until mid week. Communication between the hotel and spa could have spared our disappointment. Why hand out discount codes if there is no slots available. It was not cheap and very disappointing for the price to be entirely honest. We were not in the basic rooms either.

Overpriced, Poor staff, stayed for a weekend away, first night we got there ordered cocktails from bar to find a hair in one, bath/shower set up is lethal, slipped and fell. went down to reception to explain everything, best they could do is a room transfer for night 2 and a free drink to our room. Night 2 - We got a room transfer, after getting to the room we got asked to move, because there was a mistake and the room was already booked.. packed up again to be moved first time eating in restaurant, orders taking ages to come, when food finished we stayed for drinks, at one stage waiting 30 mins for a drink, after asking multiple staff they still didn't arrive, when drinks arrived one of the drinks was completely wrong, they took it back and 10 minutes later, the original drink came down and they came down with the wrong drink said we could have it for free so wasn't wasted.. got the bill and we still got charged for it after saying we could have it for free?? not happy at all.

Main issue with Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa, Cork is the Entrance which will feel like we are entering a haunted place during Winters because its dark to the Core we can see anything after 5pm. During my first visit I couldn't find the hotel itself because I used public transport. And Dogs near by homes where Barking at me! It was a terrific experience until I reach my Hotel entrance. I will not recommend if your are going to reach the hotel by walk from near Bus/train station. And the gym is too bad I will not recommend that too in this hotel. Best thing Breakfast. I loved that for sure and the staffs are very kind !.PFA the picture of Entrance how it looks at 5pm

Upon check in, I was quickly greeted by a very polite and professional guy. Aron. I was checking in for 3 rooms, part of a wedding party. My room was upgraded, which was really pleasing. Aron processed check-in quickly and efficiently, and was extremely helpful. A great asset to the Radisson team. Staff, overall were very helpful and pleasant but it was not good to have only two bar tenders at such a large wedding. Breakfast was nice once we got it but had to ask and wait on some items. Staff reacted well to requests.

The staff are very kind and accommodating, but the hotel itself is very loud, including when getting treatments at the Spa which is not great. The pool is quite small so when lessons are on it’s hard to get a good swim in. Restaurant and bar are a bit of a hit and miss, we were left waiting 15+ minutes for our drinks to go with dinner. The location is great. Breakfast is okay.

I visited the spa recently. Sanja and her team did an outstanding job. The rooms were so relaxing and the care the therapist took was immaculate. They used amazing products. The hot stone massage was especially lovely. I would definitely recommend visiting the spa here. Great experience all round.

Stayed here for four days. Staff really helpful in supporting us as my wife needs quiet spaces to eat, sleep etc due to a head injury. Bit of a challenge on St Patrick's Day but they achieved it with great aplomb. Nice hotel some distance outside the city next to main road to Waterford. Good food at reasonable prices. Would definitely stay again :)

Hotel is lovely, great selection of food in the breakfast buffet. Staff were lovely. The rooms were big, and beds were comfortable, however the heat in the rooms was too high. I wasn’t able to control it from my room either, however a fan was supplied in the room.

The room was good apart from the main light not working (we were brought an additional desk lamp). However there was an event booked right below our room that we weren't informed of which resulted in us changing rooms at 2330. We were told the DJ had only just arrived, so the event was likely to go on till 0200. In their defence (and hence the better score) the staff on we're different to those when we checked in the day before. The room change was agreed upon quickly and they helped us move.

    1. The pillows were stained 2. There was a bunk bed in our superior room for no other reason than to obstruct the view out - when we asked reception to move it, they insisted that there was nowhere else it could go. We were two people sharing a king bed, why a bunk bed?! 3. The smell - from the lift door at the lobby into the bar/restaurant area, either the most stanching air freshener or else building works? Very odd For the price that we paid, there is no way we could justify ever coming back. It does appear that the hotel was once nice, however this was far from pleasant. The people within were very pleasant and nice, the review is purely based on the hotel and our experience however

Was there was exams and between exams we went for food in the restaurant. First they told us was not open so we went back to reception area to sit down and wait. We seen some people go in and went back. The woman asked did we have a reservation but we didn’t. I explained we were sitting the exams here in the hotel. She said ok give me a few minutes to see if can get a table. The place had plenty of tables and was not busy. Eventually we got a table but their attitude were like they didn’t want us there. Took them ages to come back and take our orders and we were in a time limit because the next exam would be starting. When we got the food my dinner was so bad I could only just eat the chips and salad that came with it. The woman supervising the exams was waiting ages for her food to arrive. Another table with four people who were also doing the exam got three of the dinners but one person was waiting and they told the staff multiple times. She got the fish and said it was like it was reheated in the microwave. They had plenty of staff there so staffing wasn’t the problem. Some of the girls had big long eyelashes and long nails. Even the restaurant manager wasn’t friendly. Very bad standard for such a big hotel name. Avoid this restaurant. They leave a comment to email them but I have sent an email and have heard nothing. I think they just write a reply to look good for the public but do not reply personally.

They invoiced me for a dinner I did not take, adding that to my room invoice. I complained, the agreed after a lot of discussion to take it out recognizing it was not me, correct my invoice. So already I was not at all satisfied if the check out process. BUT after a few days I realized that my credit card has been invoiced and no credit has been issued. I called them but this first call could not solve the problem, they promised to call back so it is still pending And now I need to have that in mind and making sure it is solved and get back this amount of 83€ ! I am deeply unhappy and this is not at all in line with this category of hotel.

It took days for the person responsible for the bookings & reservations to get back to us. Her attitude on the phone was rude and gave us a general feeling as if we are bothering her for wanting to make a reservation. We paid €9 for two decaf espresso which turned out to be made from instant coffee. I still can't believe it. We had a good time the last time we were there 3 years ago, but this time something seemed very off.

If your from the US.. This place is like a over priced and kinda fancy MOTEL 6. Oh boy where do I get started.. First, this is not by the city of cork. Its about a 20 minute drive over to cork from here with traffic and to get off the island. This place seems to be the local gym as well. People are constantly coming in the back door to the hotel gym with gym bags and towels and then leaving about an hour later. Is this a hotel or an athletic club?? The hotel itself is located in an industrial zone for car sales and equipment rentals down an obscure side road and not visible from any street. The carpets are stained, the beds are hard and there are no refrigerators in rooms. The sounds of doors slamming in the hallways perfect acoustics will surprise you through the evening and early morning. The only thing good about the place was the full Irish served for breakfast and lovely staff there handing such a proper fry up, buffet style.

Have just left from my stay here and I am blown away. I stay in hotels very often and this is officially my top hotel in Ireland. It was lovely to still see the Christmas decorations up. The lobby was stunning, very elegant. Check in was quick and easy and ended up with an upgrade to a suite, we were delighted. They were very friendly at the front desk. The room was perfect. Bed was so comfy. Only fault was that it was very very warm, but we opened a window and it sorted the problem. We had 2 courses included in our stay. Dinner was incredible. Myself and my partner tried different things off the menu and everything was to perfection. We spent the evening relaxing in the room. Breakfast was buffet style which we were pleasantly surprised by. It had all breakfast options and it was delicious. Didn’t get to use the pool or spa facilities but from what we saw they looked great! Overall , we had an amazing time and we will definitely be back. Thank you too all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable.

Stayed here for 2 nights for work, Lovely hotel settled away from the busy roads and motorway. Good range of food on offer and staff very polite. My room was lovely, bed big and comfortable, my only negative would be the cleanliness of the bathroom. Toilet roll holder covered in dust and the sealant around shower screen was a bit mouldy. All that aside I would stay again the next time I'm in Cork

    1. Table service poor in the restaurant. Not enough staff to cover the customers. Long wait time between course. The food was good but expensive and considering the service was so bad it felt like a bad deal. 2. The superior room is not very superior! Just a big room. No real frills. 3. The pool was very chilly. And the concentration of chlorine was incorrect, lots of people coughing with eyes irritated. The manager at the reception desk was really helpful hence the 2 stars rather than 1. If the raddisson are reading this my advice would be to hire more staff!

Where to start! Disappointing for the price of this hotel. Expected a much better experience. No heating in the bedroom on two very cold mornings. Had to wait 20 minutes to get into the room late at night as there was an issue with the access card and nobody at reception for 5 minutes. Shower areas of spa not well maintained, no shower gel in four of the five cubicles. Rock hard croissant at the breakfast buffet, seems at least two days old. No remote control for air con/heater. Sauna and steam room not the cleanest. Raised some of these matters with the lady at reception who cut me off before I had finished with a generic apology. No attempt to provide even a complimentary coffee never mind offering us a taxi back to the city. Agree with Hannah Packay’s review below and they clearly haven’t taken on board her feedback Bed was comfortable and our evening meal was decent but I would never stay here again and I would advise others to spend their hard earned money elsewhere.

I arrived at 1pm for a 4:30pm event that this hotel hosted and I was hoping for an early check in and unfortunately I was unable to, which is fair because check in isn’t until 3pm. Thankfully they held my bags and I was able to go workout and enjoy the pool until 3pm. At 3pm I went to go check in like they said I could and they said that the rooms weren’t ready yet but that the room keepers were on their way and that they would prioritize our rooms and said it would be about another 30mins so we waited in our bathing suits and towels in the lobby. We went back 30 minutes later and asked to once again check in but once again our rooms weren’t ready. At this point it is 4:00 and I was unable to get ready for this event and throughout this time of waiting I would see other people coming in and checking into their rooms. When I would ask if they could switch rooms and allow me and my friends (who booked 2 rooms) into at least one room to get ready for this event they said that’s not how it works and told us that they have bathrooms we could go to for us to get ready (the spa/workout/bathroom). Now we are late to this event which once again was being hosted by this hotel and were told to prioritize our rooms for cleaning but at this point we have been waiting/getting ready in the hotel for 4 hours. We gave them our numbers to call us when our rooms were ready. They were not ready until 6:30pm. On top of that the bar keepers were rude when I asked for just some water. This made for such an unpleasant experience. The hospitality was awful and their mission statement is based on their service and hospitality. Would not recommend at all.

We had a very good experience. The food in the restaurant is great. More than everything the staff have been extremely supportive. Special mention of Martin, Stephie,( front office) Katie and Tara from the kids club for their excellent customer service. Hotel premises the great and very well maintained.

Had an amazing hot stone massage, beautiful relaxation room. Couldn't fault the therapist or relaxation suit. Only slight fault toilet facilities were across hallway in swimming pool area, would be preferable to have toilet facilities for the relaxation suit within the area. But overall would recommend.

It's not great. I only stayed there for one night on a business trip, I normally love the Radisson brand, but the one in Cork isn't great. The carpet in my room was dirty with heavy staining, there was plaster board and cables exposed at the base of my bed, the room was like a sauna and when I asked to swap rooms and mentioned the heat the staff were so distracted they could not help with my request. (In fairness, it was not their fault. There was a group of yobs staying the night I was there, who drank way too much and were loud/obnoxious and kept banging on the piano in the bar area) Finally, the hotel location is terrible. In short I wouldn't recommend this place. As there are nicer places to stay that are more centrally located.

Great service. Friendly hotel. Both meals (dinner and breakfast) were extremely good with attentive service. The ambience of the restaurant was calm. The room had a good, firm mattress, sufficient lighting and TV set with many Irish and UK channels. The temperature was inadequate but was supplemented with an electric radiator which was sufficient until the heating came on at 6pm. I attempted to have a bath but the water was tepid. I would give the hydro pool and gym only 2 out of 5 especially as they were a main selling point of the hotel. Many of the jets were not working but after pointing that out the man obtained batteries to enable some of them to work. The pool had activities such as mothers and fathers and babies that had no pre-warning of the times so one couldn't schedule time to swim lengths. Circuit training was advertised by didn't start for another month. The sauna's top layer was broken. When visiting the gym I decided to leave early as gangster rap was put on which featured a very angry man spewing out a whole string of expletives which was totally out of line with a relaxing trip in an upmarket hotel. All in all, not bad but certainly not four star!

I came here to celebrate my sons birthday. The moment we came in staff were greeting us and checked us in in under 5 minutes. The rooms were nice, came with a kettle coffee machine and a fan. The pool was never packed with people and has a steam room. Overall I recommend this place.

The hotel overall was nice and clean and appealing. There is no A/C, which I've come to find out is normal, however, when I asked for a room fan, they didn't bring one up. I asked at re eption when I checked in and I asked again that night. It wasn't until I asked the following night that they brought one to me and it barley worked. I ordered food from the restaurant for room service and the hostess wasn't paying attention to me while taking the order, she was more concerned with people walking in. Which is fine, but I did ask if I should go to the bar to order or order from my room. Our door didnt shut, we waited over 30 min for maintainence and no one came. We took our bags to a families room on another floor to store since we had a tour booked we couldn't miss. When I called to check on status of the door they had no idea what I was talking about. Poor communication. If you want somewhere nice and clean to sleep, it's for you but if you need someone to help you, this isn't the place for you.

Had lunch last week in the bar. Greeted by a staff member who informed where not to sit so we sat outside. Very dirty table asked for a cloth to clean it and you could see that the staff were not impressed. They got the order wrong for my friend. We just decided to leave asap as no supervision of the staff as badly needed. I used to go there every week for lunch but I am now going to other venue. Radisson seriously need to review the staff training and have a supervisor present to ensure no issues.

I confirmed with them we will be two persons in two separate beds,on arrival there was one double the said they change that when we go out for Dinner ,when we came back after more than an out around 20.00 beds was not changed and when we tried to use tv batter was gone from remote control I left it on bed and we went out again for 2h on return beds was changed but remote control still not fixed. After that when we looked around there was more issues as room was not even clean spider webs on corner and bathroom was not to clear as well. Was expecting way more from Radisson Blu ... Staff in reception didn't look to bother with our problems...

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Our room was huge and I requested an extra bed and this was no problem. Checking in, staff were lovely. So helpful. In fact all staff in the whole hotel are extremely nice. Our room had a huge balcony, only thing that would of been nice was to have a little table and chairs to sit outside. The pool is lovely, big pool and loads of little spa details. My daughter loved the pool area. It was clean, and towels provided. The food is amazing. This is the first hotel I've stayed in Ireland where they actually cater so well for children. They have a buffet style food for kids, where they can go up and get what they like, they had chips, goujons, sausages, garlic bread, pasta plain or with sauces etc plus brownie and ice cream all for 10e. I found this brilliant for my fussy eater, as she could just pick at things and not worry about paying tons extra. The adult menu alot on it. We actually ate here both nights as I felt the kids buffet was so good. The bar & restaurant area both lovely. It's real modern. The breakfast was gorgeous. So much choice. Like that you serve yourself. I was never waiting to get anything. All the food looked so fresh, they had a little area for kids with fresh pancakes and Nutella. I just find that such a nice touch as many hotels I've been too they have nothing for kids for breakfast. Outside there is a playground. And they have a kids club and games room. Your close to everything. I would highly recommend this hotel. Very child friendly. Ive only 2 negative things to say. One our room was extremely warm, no air con. But i just requested an extra fan and that helped alot. Other thing was pool closes at 7pm for kids. It would be nice for a later time for kids, as my 12 year loved that in a previous hotel we stayed in the pool sad open til 9pm and it was nice. But overall extremely happy with this hotel.

The staff at reception were great and very welcoming! When we entered our room we realised it was for a twin booking. When making the reservation on the actual hotel website there was no way of requesting a double/king bed. When we went to reception about this they said we could change to another room which was above the ballroom, we declined as there was a wedding on that night and the following night. The receptionist kindly offered for housekeeping to do up our beds as a king. This was okay as obviously it was the best that could be done however the base of the beds were not connected and the mattresses were of different heights which caused issues and back pain if you ended up sleeping over the gap. The room itself was clean-ish. The nightstands and the headboards were quite dusty which caused issues with my asthma. Additionally the room was extremely hot, it appeared that the climate control in the room just didn’t not work or if it did, it did not make a noticeable difference. The light above the headboard was working however the cover for it had been pushed in. Additionally the safety latch on the door did not work either half of it was hanging off. The walls appear to be extremely thin. It’s possible to hear full conversations, alarms and music amongst other noises. The pool is really nice and it’s a good temperature down there too. The changing rooms have lockers that you can securely place your belongings. The staff down there are also helpful and provide guests with extra towels. There’s also a place where guests can place these towels when they’re finished with them which was nice to not have to bring damp towels up to the room. The hotel is located a 15-20 minute drive from cork city so you need a car or taxi as the public transport is not the most reliable. Taxi to the city from the hotel cost 25 euro for two passengers.

I only use the health club, which is well run, with great staff! The only issue is maintenance, the contractor is based out of town . And appear to leave, remedial repair work for weeks. The swimming pool itself needs repair as does the changing rooms. It is not undertaken in a timely manner and certainly there are health and safety concerns!!

Rooms lovely, spacious and clean, really comfy bed. The brasserie restaurant is ok, steak and beef featherblade lovely, carbonara is totally bland and creamy , not real carbonara..the young girl at the desk in the restaurant is so rude. We asked for a table for 4 she rolled her eyes and sighed saying I’m going to have to clean a table, like we were a total inconvenience..other than that was lovely hotel

Fantastic rooms, not too hot. Really comfortable beds, clean room. No/poor sound proofing. For dinner we Felt like we were rushed to a table and into our meal at dinner time jug of water came half way between our starter and then our drink orders came after that. When we were finished a waiter asked if everything was ok expecting him to pick up our plates as we were done, I was ready to hand up to him and he turned and walked away. The food was mediocre at best a bit of colour and variety of veg would have helped. Food was waaaaaayyyy over priced for what you got. We stopped of elsewhere on our way home for dinner got a much nicer meal for well under half the price. My advice would be dine out in town for dinner. But breakfast was a fantastic spread, so much variety good selection of hot food, fresh fruit, nice coffee. Pool unfortunately you can see the dirt line around the pool very unsightly. Also the road way in is right beside the pool and smokers were right outside the pool windows looking in. Didn't come across as appealing. No towels available on check in to the pool.

Would not recommend a wedding here. They hide behind awards they received years ago. Absolute joke of a hotel. Trying to reserve a room took weeks waiting for a call Back. Some rooms that were confirmed booked went missing. Half the rooms were not ready before the wedding meal at 6pm, including that of the bridemaids and grooms Men. All the bridal party had room Upgrades that the bride and room wanted to treat them too. Only a few of them got it. The service was slow, the food was incorrect to that of what the bride and groom had chosen and it was cold. No matter who complained the service did not get better. Bride and groom had an 8 month old baby that they brought water for for bottles that the hotel lost and it too nearly 2 hours and 2 complaints from the bride to get water to the room. This isn't even half of the issues. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND FRUSTRATION AND GET MARRIED Elsewhere. The ground staff like waiters and bar staffwere pleasant, but really believe lack of management or ownership over situations is the main issues, absolute joke, would not recommend

Incredible service, staff went above and beyond as me and my parter celebrated our anniversary! Truly cannot reccomend enough and cannot wait to return again soon! Only downside was the room was over 2 hours late in being ready for check in which in turn made us late for our concert and had to take a rather expensive taxi to the city. Staff we're still so helpful.

Attended a wedding. It was outstanding from beginning to end. The food was amazing the staff helpful and on the ball. Would definitely recommend it as a wedding venue. Traffic on a Bank Holiday Friday was busy but worth the wait. Outside reception area was perfect

I stayed here while on a stag do last week, too old for hostels you know yourself. When I arrived the lobby was very busy for to a large event. There was one gentleman running the show, Connor I think it was. A true professional. He had many plates spinning and still made time to help everyone and do the check ins. The room was very spacious although a strange layout as it has bunk beds in it as well as the main bed. Room was very clean and the bed comfortable. There was a locked for adjoining the next room, the sound from next door travelled very easy with even low level conversations being audible. The room was quite warm and stuffy despite windows being open and being Ireland, no air conditioning. I went to the bar after getting settled to grab a bite, little did I know I was about to have the best burger I've ever eaten! The waygu burger. Just unreal. The chef truly knows what he's doing. It set me up for the evening. I had my big breakfast delivered to the room the next day and while bit the hottest it was very tasty and indeed big! All members of staff I encountered were polite and friendly and what every hotel wants. Couldn't flaw the building or its staff. A great location and a comfortable stay if visiting Cork.

I recently went for a day of relaxation at the Spa in Radisson Blu Cork. On arrival I was met by a very friendly receptionist who guided me to the changing room and gave me towels and robe etc. From there she brought me to the sauna and hydrotherapy pool so I could have a bit of chill time before my treatment. When it was time to go for my treatment I was met by my therapist Michelle. What a beautiful person she is. Michelle is a complete professional, kind and very friendly. It was my first time having a Hot stone massage and I was a little nervous but Michelle put me right at ease. It was amazing. Then it was time for my Dynamic resurfacing facial. Wow!! Probably one of the best facials I've had. If you want to treat yourself then book into the Spa in Radisson Blu and make sure you request Michelle. You will not be disappointed. I can't wait to go back!

Beautiful hotel we were staying in a giant room! Spotless clean and fresh towels, drinks, tea and coffee all available. Breakfast was amazing..go early though! We had drinks in the bar at night, huge selection and friendly bar staff. Piste de resistance had to be the pool and spa. Glorious! towels available and you must wear a swim hat so bring one if you don't want to buy one. They have the different temp thermal baths and jet baths. So relaxing..we staying in way too long! Then there is a sauna and steam room you can use as a resident. We had a coffee and a cake before leaving super relaxed! Look forward to returning.

This hotel was relatively affordable and I resided two nights in there. I was located in the second floor in a room at a corner of the long hallway. Plus: My room and the bed was quite large, modern TV with local program. There is a spa and a fitness Center but I didn’t use it Restaurant offers a decent breakfast and the bar also showed a cricket match one night. The service Personal is very friendly. Minus: The downside of the price I found is that the doors close automatically with a loud bang so if guests arrive late you might be awake from that. I think the water pressure of the shower is relatively low, the shower head doesn’t stay in the place you wish, light in the bathroom is quite shady and the light from the hallway shines through the gap below the door. Location is on a so called “island”, it is not really an island as in the sense of the word, but off-center it is. There is a bus during the day going every hour as far as I have seen. All in all a solid stay.

Went here for a break away. Room was lovely, although a spot light wasn't quite working. Called the reception and they sent up amaintenance guy to fix it. I guess it was just faulty, as it kept blinking. So the first night we ate at the hotel restaurant. Both the starter and the main course came at the same time. The manager (well I think he was) asked loudly did you order the starter and main for the same time? Which we didn't. As he was walking away he shouted, who took table 8 order? While taking our mains back to the kitchen. When it was time for our main to come back they brought back the mains they took away. You could see they were sitting under the hot light. absolutely not okay. I asked I'd they were fresh plates or the ones that were sent back with the manager. I told they were fresh plates. Clearly not..anyhow they brought them back and gave us two fresh hot plates of mains...which were very disappointing. They lacked seasoning. I honestly would not return for the restaurant. The drinks were alright!
