I'm
not
sure
why
this
hotel
has
4
star
status,
they
need
to
give
one
back.
I've
stayed
in
better
3
star
hotels.
On
the
outset
the
hotel
does
look
nice.
Pretty
lobby,
but
beyond
that
everything
else
is
quite
mediocre.
The
corridors
had
an
unpleasant
musty
odour
and
cod
to
with
better
maintenance.
I
stayed
in
a
deluxe
double
room
and
I
was
quite
underwhelmed.
There
was
absolutely
nothing
deluxe
about
it.
The
room
was
quite
dusty,
I
literally
saw
dust
hanging
from
the
ceiling!
The
bathroom
was
very
very
basic,
not
what
I'd
expect
from
a
4
star
hotel.
A
fabric
shower
curtain
(I
don't
even
want
to
think
about
how
often
it's
replaced
or
washed),
on
a
rusty
shower
curtain
rail.
The
TV
was
ancient,
no
smart
TV
options.
Again
this
is
disappointing
for
a
4
star
hotel
in
2022.
There
walls
are
also
not
soundproof,
I
could
hear
conversations
from
the
room
next
to
me
The
food
wasn't
any
better.
I
tried
to
order
room
service
on
my
evening
of
arrival,
first
of
all
I
even
wasn't
able
to
order
over
the
phone
or
through
their
online
portal
as
it
wasn't
working.
I
was
told
by
reception
to
come
down
to
the
restaurant
and
place
the
order
in
person,
kind
of
defeats
the
purpose
of
ROOM
service
doesn't
it?
I
was
even
more
disappointed
when
I
received
the
food
as
it
was
just
the
most
bland
thing
ever.
I
ordered
buffalo
wings
and
a
buttermilk
chicken
burger
with
fries,
the
chicken
was
soggy
tasted
like
it
was
cooked
from
frozen,
definitely
not
worth
€30.
I've
had
better
from
the
deli
of
a
petrol
station.
I
also
ordered
a
bottle
of
still
water
with
this
meal
and
I
never
got
it,
despite
calling
reception
and
the
restaurant
about
this.
On
a
brighter
note,
the
buffet
breakfast
okay
with
many
options
of
both
hot
and
cold
foods....
unless
you're
vegetarian
or
vegan.
If
so
then
I'm
sorry
you'll
be
abit
disappointed.
My
friend
who
is
vegan
had
to
make
do
with
some
fruit.
Overall
I
would
not
recommend
this
hotel,
and
I
personally
will
not
be
staying
here
again.
