Absolutely stunning place, where you can relax while observing spectacular views and wild life. However, on summer days / nice weather days there will be a problem with parking and accessibility. The road is quite narrow and there is almost no place to park. The beach is not very big so it can be crowded. But it's a place worth to see if you're in the area ☺️

Beautiful isolated spot on the coast of west Cork. Don`t rely on your sat nav which will bring you into someone`s Garden. The Owners of that Garden have a sign that will direct you the rest of the way. Parking is limited but you shouldn`t have a problem because it`s so isolated. The views are immaculate and the Rock formations are stunning. The cliff face to your right are unstable so best to stay to the left where the views are much better

The cliff walk at Nohoval Cove is closed off now so a lot of the lovely pics down over the rocks can't be captured. Been a few times. The parking is very limited and the road very narrow. There is an old slate mine ruined here also. Not sure if I'd visit without being able to do the cliff walk. I've attached some pics from 2023 and August 2021

A beautiful place indeed. Not much known but worth a visit. The road leading up to the Cove is quite narrow and be prepared as it can be hard to find a suitable place to park your car. You can drive till close to the Cove but along the way if you find a place to park, please do so and walk the way. The hills on both sides of the cove are very steep. The views are incredible.

Best place if you need to escape from your busy life and sit somewhere quiet and listen to nature, calm yourself!! This place is for you. Not very busy. So many cute pebbles. I love collecting them.

One of the most spectacular little spots on the Cork coast. Fantastic rock formations visible from the clifftop just 5 minutes walk from the road (extreme care necessary as winds can be strong at times). 19th. century Lime kiln buildings still remain but on private property. I would advise against bringing a car here if it is busy as it may not be possible to turn around.

Good place. But not worth to plan seperately. If you're on the way then you can spend sometime. The roads are very narrow and parking is also difficult. So better to avoid during peak time. Can visit during the off season.

Pretty much zero parking here, just a wide part of the road to tuck your car in. Epic views though from the derilict building to the sea stacks

This is a small abandoned cove. Cars can be parked on the side of the road. A narrow path to top, worth to climb. In rain very slippery. If you find it you will love it.πŸ’š

Beautiful if an understatement.. Check out the cliff in the left, the views are great, take a walk on the little beach and explore the caves.. Watch out for the tide though.. Great place to fish too.. Got some great ling cod from the beach.

Beautiful landmark, but little to no parking. Surrounded by private property, so not much exploring around either.

Beautiful place but it has been plastered over with a lot of warning signs directly on the ruins which wreaks the vibe of the place. Clime on the top of the hill is challenging but also very picturesque. On top of the hill you of course encounter another warning sign that no trespassing and no liability is taken.

This hidden gem is as beautiful as the reviews here says it is. You don’t need to spend long here but it’s just a stunning place for photography and nature. Enjoy!

Lovely views but very narrow access road and limited parking (about 3 to 4 cars only), nice short walk up the nearby cliff

A beautiful place to visit. Can be dangerous when wet. Limited parking One road in and out so passing is a little difficult.

Lovely place, great views from the Cliffs when it's clear. I cycled with friends from Cork City during a weekday in early April and it was such a quite and relaxing 😌 place, perfect for a short get away.

Beautiful cove, at the end of a country road. Limited parking spaces and no special facilities. Not touristy, so don't expect food/coffee. Great place to sit in peace if weather is good.

A must-see. The most spectacular view you can see. The encapsulation of natural geography of Ireland... the only downside, the road to get down there.

Beautiful cove. Try to get there for low tide or a lot of the beach will be inaccessible. You will also need to cross some running water to get to the beach. The parking area is pretty small. There are some ruins to check out, but you do have a small stream to cross to get to them. Above the ruins is a good overlook of the beach

Beautiful cove. Not much of a beach when the tide is out though. No access to most of the cliffs due to them being privately owned. This sadly is one area where Ireland is lacking compared with other countries. Too many signs littering the area.
