We had a great birthday party here today. The staff were fantastic and so nice. Everything went smoothly and they were so accommodating. The face painting was especially good! Great experience, everyone loved it!

Had my 2 kids birthday parties here (4 & 6 yes old) a few weeks ago. The staff were amazing, they could not do enough for the kids or parents. They gave us table service when ordering teas/coffees. The kids are watched very well and brought to table for food. The blonde lady (manager) was fantastic, unfortunately cannot remember her name. Highly recommended 😀

Kids had fun. Although charging the parents entrance is a bit cheeky. Just my opinion

The kids always have a great time here. And their selection of hot food, snacks, hot and cold drinks is great.

The play area is not too big, but the price is in relation to the quality. At the weekend I think there should be extra staff because waiting 40 minutes for a portion of fries is a bit too much.

My grandson loves this place and the staff are great.

Great setting for kids to play and have fun safely.. also great for adults to relax with a cuppa and a toastie knowing kids are enjoying themselves

Our 2 Yr old absolutely loved this place, staff are amazing and can't do enough for the kids, activities are Brilliant our fella left wrecked after hours of fun, lovely selection of food for both parents and kids.

Just had a party here and i can honestly say our boys had a ball. The staff were fantastic, the price was beyond reasonable and the added little gifts fir the birthday boys was so kind and thoughtful. Ye guys rock k.

Our girls love this place & so do we. It is kept very clean and the staff are very friendly. Always lots of kids for them to mingle with and the snacks and food are tasty. It is hard to find down the back of the business park the first time.

Fantastic set up and lovely coffee. Great that they are open again. The staff are wonderful too. My daughter had a great time. Highly recommend a visit.

Celebrated our daughters 4th birthday here in October and we couldn't recommend the place and staff highly enough. Lisa was extremely accomodating and ensured our daughters day was special and hassle free. Staff went above and beyond from start to finish. Absolutely amazing experience. Will definitely be back. First visit to kool kidz today,play centre easy to find,plenty of parking.Staff were friendly and helpful.Play area ,cafe and toilets were all clean and well maintained.Nice selection in cafe and reasonably priced.We’ll definitely be back.

My daughter celebrated her 8th Birthday here this evening. It was fantastic, the kids had a ball and Lisa and the staff were brilliant. Thank you for making the event so special.

We celebrated our daughters 4th birthday party here. The owner and her staff were so incredibly kind and accommodating. Our daughter is quite a shy person but Lisa and her team did everything they could to make her feel comfortable and relaxed , going above and beyond what we could have expected. We will definitely be back here again and would highly recommend for anyone looking for an enjoyable time out with the Kids.

Staff seemed nice but lighting really poor as main lights were off (probably to save with energy costs) risking accidents and crashes from kids flying down slides etc. Not very clean or maintained and crisp packets etc in play areas. Huge potholes near parking area so could also blow a tire out going there at all!
