This is mainly down to customer care from staff, 4.30pm Saturday 14th January 2023, female check out operator was more interested in her colleague's tea break and if she'd go with her than attending me the customer. Manager should get on top of these older staff and stop the chit chat amongst themselves when there is a queue of customers waiting, 27th April and I haven't changed my opinion,

Excellent staff at the Dunnes grocery store. The products are always well kept and arranged. The store is always clean and the staff at the deli is fabulous. Although a tad bit costlier than other the retail grocery outlets the quality of the food and other items is super! I did find the staff at the dunnes clothes store to be rude though.

Fabulous shopping mall nice and quiet with free parking although not many eatery’s here so poor selection on the food front

What a lovely vibrant store . . Everything you need under one roof. . From Supermarket, Clothes, Footwear & Underwear for Children,Ladies &Gents. . . Plus also something for the Home, Kitchen & also Bathroom. You need something Dunnes Stores Bandon Road has it. They have a lovely Cafe & Resturant for a bite to eat at a very reasonable price. . There a hairdresser & a chemist there as well. There also a very large car park . .

The clothes/homeware section is not great. The queue is always really long every time I go, you’d wait 15-20 minutes most times. I find the staff quite rude as well. They seem quite understaffed.

Not enough staff on check out. Always a long wait. Lots of products missing. Empty shelves. Poorly stocked.

For the last 5 shopping trips in various Dunnes stores there was a problem with being overcharged for at least I item or the barcode was incorrect, never to my advantage always to the stores, have to check receipts every time

Always excellent service, quality products at great value for money extensive range..

Not as cheap as tescos you will need a 10 off 50 for dunnes to be worth it

Great place to shop from men,women and kids clothes to meat,chicken and groceries also a book store,barbers store,household store, bakery, phone stores, shoe store, chemist, sport stores, boutique stores, couple coffee shops, restaurants and a euro giant store plenty free parking also wheelchair parking and kids parking

Very nice place for entire family You have groceries store on sane building and home and clothing store too infront of groceries store this place has designed free parking it very well situated right in middle of town very easy access to all amenities food restaurants barbershops etc. This place called as castle west shoping mall has tea cofee cafe fruit juice shop pharmacy sports store resturant just outside and fone accessories shop chineese one but expensive shop . You can park here free and visit entire Ballincollig tidy town in 30 mins .

Love Dunnes stores great staff and good selection for such a small store

Always really long queues here for whatever reason and the staff on check outs are a bit slow so wouldn't go in a hurry. Has a very decent range of food, clothes and homeware.

Shop floor staff need to smile and need to offer help when customers need it. The more experienced staff should be on checkouts as they no more.

This is one of the fancier Dunne’s Stores around which has an artisan bakery and fancy pants butchers galore. The store is always busy which is something I can not a fan of. I don’t like the car parks as the spaces are small and the end and flow for the entrances and exits to each lot is dangerous due to the sharp corners. The store itself has a wide election of all sorts of goods. It’s a very nice store which I would highly recommend.

The store is on a good loction, south side of the city. Plenty parking space. Many new section added recently. Staff is helpful and friendly

Nice, clean, friendly staff. Same as other Dunnes if a bit smaller. Watch the expiry date. Slow to open other tills when it is busy. Plenty of staff around, this should not be an issue. They have now started closing earlier, very strange.

This store has a good offering of all items needed. As all clones of Dunnes stores do. The majority of staff in many many Dunnes stores are absolutely fantastic however 8 out of 10 managers are completely arrogant and ignorant. ( Based on interaction with managers over several stores and several counties) I blame higher management as this is what they allow. This store is no exception. In my humble opinion. Of which I am allowed.

Chicken in the vegetarian/vegan section. In all fairness. Went to 10 or less till. Cashier walked away. Came back for a chat with her co worker. Staff training needed big time.

Good place to shop. Expensive enough these days. Helpful enough staff. Fridges are all changed to door ones instead of open top ones. There is one very helpful guy there.

Lovely store ,plenty of room between rails of clothes got some lovely clothes there ,and very reasonable.

Very spacious and everything easy to find. Staff can be helpful. . Also has self check out. Loosing * just When store is busy ques tend to form down the isles which impedes other shoppers.
