Was in Friday to ask about sheets of wood, and multiple other things, met a man on the floor who shot pass us, as we asked did the cut wood he just said no as he kept walking away, so we quickly asked would he know where we could go and can we still buy the stuff here, as he still walking with his back to us and just says around the corner!! The shop was not busy, he did not want to interact with us! The lady on the phone was absolutely amazing tho she was the reason we went. But he is the reason I will never go there again very rude!!

My initial (yet to contact for refund) impressions are, unfortunately very negative. It seems like Chadwicks has absolutely no respect towards their customers. I'm really trying to support local business, but, with all respect - who do you (seller/service provider) think your customers are, if you send a product, that is advertised as new etc and it looks like on the picture attached? What you see, is an "Eco Composite Fencing 1.83m x 300mm Graphite" product, that I ordered and paid 117 Euro for. I orderred 5 panels to verify if this will be suitable solution for a 30-40 meter long fence - essentially a 2000 Euro+ order for the future. Which I certainly won't be placing anymore, even though the idea/product itself seems to fit my needs. If only it wasn't dragged behind the truck all way from Midleton to my location? I can't even comprehend it - whoever loaded it and allowed to be shipped in this state - did you really think it was OK? Is that how much your job mean to you?? And now what - will you dispatch ANOTHER truck to collect it back? Was it worth it?

They seem to care more about what's in front of them rather than their phone customers. Left waiting over 20 minutes on hold when I called. It's obvious that this store only gives a damn about who they know is an account holder. I will be terminating mine and go somewhere that actually wants my business

The plumbing guy knew what he was talking about and i got what I needed.

Definitely not recommend. You can find even 33% cheaper products elsewhere. When I showed the price of the products being much more cheaper in a different shop, the sales person just gave me a smirk. The shop is not women friendly, I felt discriminated. It is also very messy with the prices being mixed up and sales people do not care about that when being confronted.

Can get most things here,bit pricey though!!

Not great, the guy on plumbing duty just went on lunch asked arrived and no one else could help us, we had to wait 30 mins for service!
