TK Maxx is a shop one storey above Lidl. This shop sells clothes and furniture. The clothes are similar to Penneys and this shop sells brand clothes like Nike.

Quite a poor selection for me on this occasion. I was looking for a nice top, larger size 🤭. Nothing. 😪. Did find a warm jacket at quite a good price ready for cooler days ahead💙I think they are prepping for Christmas 🎄 so limited space. I shall enjoy continuing to check on a regular basis. Not that I'm addicted to tkmax or anything 😊. This was my first visit to this particular tkmax in cork.

I found it very disrespectful. I'm spending 3 days in this city, I went to the store and went up to the second floor. From the minute zero that an employee saw me, a black-haired boy with many hairs and beards, it was as if he had seen a thief or was what he gave me to understand. always by my side and he did not stop talking into his microphone, I realized and the discomfort was so great that he did not let me look for what I wanted, I decided to leave, the next day he returned he was at work but when he saw me it was the same yes attitude, I was not wearing anything but the situation was so uncomfortable. He asked me to take off my clothes so he could check me because he didn't understand why he acted that way with me. It is the first time in my life that I feel this harassment. I thought that in Cork Phoebe it is a city with a lot of insecurity problems. because in Ireland it is the first time in my life that I feel or have been made to feel this way. In the end, I couldn't do my shopping at TK-MAXX because I didn't want to feel uncomfortable because of this employee. I'm sad because I'm a customer of this store. I think I don't look bad and I don't dress badly either. I usually walk, I am a well-groomed boy and I always want to have a good physical appearance and behave everywhere

I am a regular customer of TKMaxx and I am reviewing their customer services. I returned a recent purchase with my receipt on Thursday. Although I was over the 15 day limit by four days, I had my original receipt (and had spent over €250 on that visit) and the bathroom product was still on the shelf so it was not out of date. My total purchases on this visit were €186 and when I asked that the product be exchanged and I be credited the amount the employee said I was outside the deadline. I asked to speak to a manager and spoke to manager Haley. I pointed out to Haley that I was a regular customer who spent a lot in her store, I had a receipt for my purchase, the item was still being sold in the store and yet she said the returns policy would stand no matter what. She was unhelpful and did not acknowledge in any way tha. In these circumstances she should make an exception. This, I believe, is awful customer service and in these circumstances they should have accepted the return for €18 as an exchange. This is Multinational Global culture at its worst. I will not be returning to the store nor will a number of friends who, when I shared this story, each had a story of their own about the store's behaviour towards customers. I would not recommend giving this store your business.

Amazing bargains and such a nice store with a large variety. Items here are a little more expensive compared to UK TK MAX items. Christmas Items were lovely!

I purchased a gift and asked for a gift receipt. Later at home when I was going to gift wrap it I noticed there was a defect. I was very upset because I did not want to give a gift that was not in a good condition. A bit of a struggle to find another gift for the birthday party last minute. As I do not live in cork city centre it was a huge inconvenience to have to spend time and money to drive to cork town on a Saturday, spend money on parking just on purpose to be able to return something that should have been in a good condition. I have been a customer since the store opened. After queuing at the till I noticed my gift receipt was showing the price (my understanding is that gift receipts should not mention the amount spent). I did not say anything about the gift receipt but I did explain to the young lady the inconvenience it caused that they sold something that was not in a good condition. She did not say a word! I could not believe that she did not even apologise. It is very disappointing that on top of all the inconveniences it has caused me and all the time spent I don’t even receive a small apology or a sorry comment! Customer service at this store is downhill, you should select and train your staff better. I wanted to speak to the manager about it but was rushing and did not want to spend more time and money on this issue.

Very large store with a great array of goods. Great value there if you spend time browsing.

Easy access and quality shopping. Parking close by at multi-level venues. This is an area of interest for visitors and locals. Great Restaurants, Pubs and specialist shops. Complex includes Lidl, health foods and a wealth of other outlets.

Has some high end designer clothing sometimes. Can be busy but well worth the shop.

I used to go often at TKmax, before the Brexit. When the Brexit happened, i noticed less stuff was available but now seems to have put for sale a good range of products. Some looks pricey, but definitely good quality.
