I
am
a
regular
customer
of
TKMaxx
and
I
am
reviewing
their
customer
services.
I
returned
a
recent
purchase
with
my
receipt
on
Thursday.
Although
I
was
over
the
15
day
limit
by
four
days,
I
had
my
original
receipt
(and
had
spent
over
β¬250
on
that
visit)
and
the
bathroom
product
was
still
on
the
shelf
so
it
was
not
out
of
date.
My
total
purchases
on
this
visit
were
β¬186
and
when
I
asked
that
the
product
be
exchanged
and
I
be
credited
the
amount
the
employee
said
I
was
outside
the
deadline.
I
asked
to
speak
to
a
manager
and
spoke
to
manager
Haley.
I
pointed
out
to
Haley
that
I
was
a
regular
customer
who
spent
a
lot
in
her
store,
I
had
a
receipt
for
my
purchase,
the
item
was
still
being
sold
in
the
store
and
yet
she
said
the
returns
policy
would
stand
no
matter
what.
She
was
unhelpful
and
did
not
acknowledge
in
any
way
tha.
In
these
circumstances
she
should
make
an
exception.
This,
I
believe,
is
awful
customer
service
and
in
these
circumstances
they
should
have
accepted
the
return
for
β¬18
as
an
exchange.
This
is
Multinational
Global
culture
at
its
worst.
I
will
not
be
returning
to
the
store
nor
will
a
number
of
friends
who,
when
I
shared
this
story,
each
had
a
story
of
their
own
about
the
store's
behaviour
towards
customers.
I
would
not
recommend
giving
this
store
your
business.
