Terrible
service.
I
ordered
online
and
was
promised
expedited
delivery
by
the
customer
service
agent,
Amy
Stokes.
The
order
was
for
a
wedding
gift
and
the
agent
said
she
would
fast-track
the
order.
The
order
was
not
delivered
on
the
promised
delivery
date.
The
agent
tried
to
make
excuses
that
the
courier
was
busy
and
that
they
would
call
the
next
day
with
the
order
-
the
day
of
the
wedding
which
was
being
held
in
Meath
while
I
live
in
Cork.
I
informed
the
agent
that
I
was
leaving
Cork
that
night
and
I
could
not
wait
until
the
next
morning
for
the
delivery
as
this
would
mean
that
I
would
miss
the
wedding.
When
I
informed
the
agent
that
I
would
like
to
cancel
the
order
and
get
a
full
refund
she
ensured
me
that
a
full
refund
would
be
issued.
I
paid
€99.95
for
the
order
and
received
a
refund
of
€15.00
only.
I
contacted
support
again
today
and
they
ensured
me
that
my
remaining
refund
will
be
processed
soon.
Disgraceful
that
they
thought
they
would
get
away
with
refunding
me
much
less
than
what
the
order
originally
cost
for
an
issue
of
miscommunication
on
their
end
between
customer
service
and
the
courier.
