Had a excellent experience while returning items I purchased online.Theblady her name is Deborah such amazing lady her customer service is definitely a assett to the company. They have an amazing and efficient online service and a great rerun policy. Only down side was I wasn't able to purchase any items in-store as I had to wait for the return to go back into my account. Fantastic service keep up the good work..

My name is lisa and I was in the store today and felt unwell. I have stage 4 breast cancer and I had my chemo today but when I got to the store things went so wrong. There are so many people I want to thank because within seconds they had me seated with plenty of water and they stayed with me. If I am right Declan was one name there was a girl in a yellow and white top I'm sorry I cant remember your name you had long blond hair tied up then there was another girl with a white top blond hair and glasses. These guys were amazing.

The store didn't have my size so I asked could I order it in and get it delivered to my house. The clerk helping me didn't take down my address properly which meant it didn't arrive the Saturday he said it would..... It arrived the following Wednesday. And then it was the wrong size!!! Now I have to travel back in to try make an exchange. I did ring the store but the call conveniently got cut off 😡

Good stock though limited in the petite sizes. Click and collect is available though for website orders. Like all branches it is hectic when sales are on

I went there to buy a Tuxedo suit, I asked a shop assistant for help, she told me that she is sending somebody over. I waited for ten minutes, nobody came so I left the shop.
